Description

Novel fecal collection processor
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical equipment, and particularly relates to a novel fecal collection processor.
Background
The fecal nucleic acid detection is a new detection item which is developed in recent years, and the pathophysiological changes of intestinal tracts can be known by detecting host free nucleic acid and intestinal microbial nucleic acid in the feces, so that the fecal nucleic acid detection is used for diagnosis (such as noninvasive early diagnosis of colorectal cancer), treatment (such as fecal flora transplantation treatment) and the like of intestinal diseases. The correct sample collection and preparation are the first step of the detection work and are also the key steps for ensuring the accuracy of the detection result. At present, most of the feces collection of medical institutions is that a patient scrapes the feces by using a disposable collection spoon and then loads the feces into a collection box, and after the feces are sent to a test room, the test staff picks the feces in the collection box and performs related operations such as host or intestinal microbial nucleic acid extraction after dilution treatment.
However, this acquisition method has a number of drawbacks: the collection process is not sanitary enough, and the fecal sample is easy to pollute in the steps of collection, transportation and storage, so that the detection result is influenced; the patient can not necessarily meet the requirement of sample multipoint acquisition in the acquisition process, and the detection result can be influenced; the collected feces are not easy to remain, and the emitted smell affects the environment and causes discomfort to detection personnel; the collected solid feces contain a plurality of large-particle dietary fibers, food residues and the like, which can influence the efficiency of nucleic acid extraction and increase the working difficulty of detection personnel.
Chinese patent CN 203811408U discloses a disposable stool sample collecting processor, which can connect two steps of sample collecting and diluting to complete, and compared with the traditional stool sampler, the disposable stool sample collecting processor is more convenient to use, but has some disadvantages: firstly, in order to achieve the purpose of multipoint collection, the disposable stool sample collection processor must be used for respectively sampling at different positions of the excrement in several times, and the operation is more complicated; secondly, the sampling rod of the disposable excrement sample collecting processor cannot be used for collecting liquid excrement and water samples; thirdly, the sample obtained after being processed by the disposable stool sample collecting processor is possibly mixed with impurities such as large-particle dietary fiber and the like, and effective coarse filtration cannot be achieved.
Therefore, when the excrement sampling and testing device is designed, a series of works such as multipoint collection, dilution and preservation of excrement samples, rough filtration and the like can be compactly connected, and a novel excrement collection processor which is hermetically and intensively carried out is very necessary.
