本发明公开了一种玻璃纤维复合材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:一种玻璃纤维复合材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:按重量份计,取乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物12份、酚醛树脂14份、聚丙烯酸10份、偶联剂9份、檬酸三乙酯6份、二氧化硅3份、氧化钙3份、氧化镁3份、氧化锌3份、高岭土7份、双酚型环氧树脂12份、过氧化二异丙苯15份混合均匀并投入熔窑,熔融拉丝,制得玻璃纤维;按上述重量份计,取竹纤维毡7份、双酚型环氧树脂12份混合均匀,纺丝形成聚合物纤维;将玻璃纤维和聚合物纤维编织成在一起,即得玻璃纤维复合材料。本发明提供的玻璃纤维复合材料的制备工艺,其制备出的玻璃纤维复合材料耐酸碱性、刚性好、抗老化、抗氧化。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃纤维复合材,具体是一种玻璃纤维复合材料的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着战场环境的发展,为了提高战术导弹的战场生存能力,有效压制、摧毁敌防空或预警系统,导弹的飞行速度越来越快,射程越来越远,因此战术导弹开始对重量提出了更加苛刻的要求,现有战术导弹天线罩大多采用陶瓷材料,由于材料本身的密度较大和材料韧性较差,因而产品的重量较,树脂基复合材料在天线罩中的使用,能大幅度降低天线罩的重量;但多数树脂基复合材料耐温性能较差,因而使用的范围较小,随着“生态意识”的不断强,人们对环境保护、卫生健康越来越重视,其中,加工性能优良、被用于各种工业制品的塑料对环境造成的污染已成为普遍关心的问题,特别是纤维增强复合材料通常是由玻璃纤维、碳纤维等与塑料组合而成,废弃处理较难,生产环境恶劣,给环境增加了很大的负担,因此,天然纤维如竹、麻、木材纤维等因其具有质轻、价廉、易得、可生物降解、对环境无污染等特点引起人们开发应用的兴趣,尽管玻璃纤维表面一般都用偶联剂进行表面处理,但由于聚丙烯为非极性聚合物材料,与玻璃纤维的界面粘接强度差,即使通常采用加入部分酸酐接枝的聚丙烯提高界面粘接强度,但玻璃纤维改性对聚丙烯性能的提高仍有限。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种玻璃纤维复合材料的制备工艺,以解决上述技术问题。
一种玻璃纤维复合材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,取乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物12份、酚醛树脂14份、聚丙烯酸10份、偶联剂9份、檬酸三乙酯6份、二氧化硅3份、氧化钙3份、氧化镁3份、氧化锌3份、高岭土7份、双酚型环氧树脂12份、过氧化二异丙苯15份混合均匀并投入熔窑,熔融拉丝,制得玻璃纤维;
(2)按上述重量份计,取竹纤维毡7份、双酚型环氧树脂12份混合均匀,纺丝形成聚合物纤维;
(3)将玻璃纤维和聚合物纤维编织成在一起,即得玻璃纤维复合材料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种玻璃纤维复合材料的制备工艺,其制备出的玻璃纤维复合材料耐酸碱性、刚性好、抗老化、抗氧化。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种玻璃纤维复合材料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)按重量份计,取乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物12份、酚醛树脂14份、聚丙烯酸10份、偶联剂9份、檬酸三乙酯6份、二氧化硅3份、氧化钙3份、氧化镁3份、氧化锌3份、高岭土7份、双酚型环氧树脂12份、过氧化二异丙苯15份混合均匀并投入熔窑,熔融拉丝,制得玻璃纤维;
(2)按上述重量份计,取竹纤维毡7份、双酚型环氧树脂12份混合均匀,纺丝形成聚合物纤维;
(3)将玻璃纤维和聚合物纤维编织成在一起,即得玻璃纤维复合材料。

(1)按重量份计,取乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物12份、酚醛树脂14份、聚丙烯酸10份、偶联剂9份、檬酸三乙酯6份、二氧化硅3份、氧化钙3份、氧化镁3份、氧化锌3份、高岭土7份、双酚型环氧树脂12份、过氧化二异丙苯15份混合均匀并投入熔窑,熔融拉丝,制得玻璃纤维;
(2)按上述重量份计,取竹纤维毡7份、双酚型环氧树脂12份混合均匀,纺丝形成聚合物纤维;
(3)将玻璃纤维和聚合物纤维编织成在一起,即得玻璃纤维复合材料。
