本发明公开一种生物降解塑料,该生物降解塑料包括以下重量份的组分原料:聚乙烯100份、丙烯酸树脂60-80份、淀粉30-55份、聚乳酸15-25份、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2.5份、抗菌剂0.08-1.2份、增塑剂1-3份、抗氧剂0.2-1.5份、硬脂酸0.5-1份。本发明提供一种生物降解塑料,通过在氧乙烯、丙烯酸树脂中加入淀粉、聚乳酸以及偶联剂、抗菌剂等化工助剂,本发明的塑料力学性能好,可生物降解,减少细菌滋生,保护环境。

本发明属于塑料技术领域,具体是一种生物降解塑料。
背景技术
目前,塑料已成为人们生产和生活中的必不可少的合成材料。随着塑料产量的不断增长,在给人们带来便利的同时也带来了严重的环境污染问题。塑料具有耐酸碱、抗氧化、难腐蚀、难降解的特性,埋地处理百年不烂,燃烧时产生大量的有毒气体。因此,在研究废旧塑料回收利用技术的同时,可降解塑料作为最可能解决塑料废弃物问题的途径而成为了国内外研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生物降解塑料。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种生物降解塑料,其特征在于,该生物降解塑料包括以下重量份的组分原料:聚乙烯100份、丙烯酸树脂60-80份、淀粉30-55份、聚乳酸15-25份、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2.5份、抗菌剂0.08-1.2份、增塑剂1-3份、抗氧剂0.2-1.5份、硬脂酸0.5-1份。
作为进一步的优选,该生物降解塑料包括以下重量份的组分原料:聚乙烯100份、丙烯酸树脂70份、淀粉43份、聚乳酸20份、钛酸酯偶联剂1.5份、抗菌剂0.75份、增塑剂2份、抗氧剂1份、硬脂酸0.8份。
作为进一步的优选,所述聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯按照质量比1:1:1混料。
作为进一步的优选,所述增塑剂为乙酸三丁酯或矿物油;所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂168。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供一种生物降解塑料,通过在氧乙烯、丙烯酸树脂中加入淀粉、聚乳酸以及偶联剂、抗菌剂等化工助剂,本发明的塑料力学性能好,可生物降解,减少细菌滋生,保护环境。

实施例1
一种生物降解塑料,该生物降解塑料包括以下重量份的组分原料:聚乙烯100份、丙烯酸树脂70份、淀粉43份、聚乳酸20份、钛酸酯偶联剂1.5份、抗菌剂0.75份、增塑剂2份、抗氧剂1份、硬脂酸0.8份。
本发明实施例中聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯按照质量比1:1:1混料。增塑剂为乙酸三丁酯;抗氧剂为抗氧剂168。
实施例2
一种生物降解塑料,该生物降解塑料包括以下重量份的组分原料:聚乙烯100份、丙烯酸树脂60份、淀粉30份、聚乳酸15份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份、抗菌剂0.15份、增塑剂1份、抗氧剂0.2份、硬脂酸0.5份。
本发明实施例中聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯按照质量比1:1:1混料。增塑剂为矿物油;抗氧剂为抗氧剂168。
实施例3
一种生物降解塑料,该生物降解塑料包括以下重量份的组分原料:聚乙烯100份、丙烯酸树脂80份、淀粉55份、聚乳酸25份、钛酸酯偶联剂2.5份、抗菌剂1.2份、增塑剂3份、抗氧剂1.5份、硬脂酸1份。
本发明实施例中聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯按照质量比1:1:1混料。增塑剂为乙酸三丁酯;抗氧剂为抗氧剂168。

1.一种生物降解塑料,其特征在于,该生物降解塑料包括以下重量份的组分原料:聚乙烯100份、丙烯酸树脂60-80份、淀粉30-55份、聚乳酸15-25份、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2.5份、抗菌剂0.08-1.2份、增塑剂1-3份、抗氧剂0.2-1.5份、硬脂酸0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物降解塑料,其特征在于,该生物降解塑料包括以下重量份的组分原料:聚乙烯100份、丙烯酸树脂70份、淀粉43份、聚乳酸20份、钛酸酯偶联剂1.5份、抗菌剂0.75份、增塑剂2份、抗氧剂1份、硬脂酸0.8份。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的生物降解塑料,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯为低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯按照质量比1:1:1混料。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的生物降解塑料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为乙酸三丁酯或矿物油;所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂168。
