本发明涉及一种砂熬烙饼器,它以下重量百分含量的原料制备而成:青矸、锂灰石、白粘矸、大同砂、陶粒砂。其制备步骤:配料:按配比称取青矸、锂灰石、白粘矸、大同砂和陶粒砂,并混合均匀;研磨:将上步中的配料放入球磨机中研磨至200目出磨,将研磨后的细粉和水按需要的软硬度要求进行配比;澄泥:将上步中混合好的泥在澄泥中将泥与水进行分离,制成坯泥;晾干:将上步中的坯泥放置在阴凉处晾干,使坯泥的含水量为70%;揉泥:将上步中晾干好的坯泥反复揉成泥团,泥团要求无气孔、无杂质,且泥质均匀;成型:将上步中制好的泥团放置在泥台上拉坯制成所需坯体,并进行形状及造型及色彩的修饰;烘干;烧制成型。

技术领域
本发明属于砂器制品领域,具体涉及一种砂熬烙饼器及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,砂器壶在我国有两千多年的制作历史,因其为砂质器皿,所以具有较好的透气性和吸附性,被人们广泛用做为盛放食物的器皿,由于其所采用的原料成本低,且不含有任何有毒物质,环保卫生,因而被广泛采用,但是,现有砂器壶由于原料及原料配比不合理,导致制成的茶器存在物理性能差,而且易炸、易裂,使用不安全等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一体砂熬烙饼器及其制备方法。本发明制成的砂熬烙饼器环保、使用安全,且原料配比合理。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种砂熬烙饼器,它以下重量百分含量的原料制备而成:
青矸40% 锂灰石30% 白粘矸20% 大同砂5% 陶粒砂5%。
本发明还提供了一体两用壶的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)配料:按配比称取青矸、锂灰石、白粘矸、大同砂和陶粒砂,并混合均匀;
(2)研磨:将上步中的配料放入球磨机中研磨至200目出磨,将研磨后的细粉和水按需要的软硬度要求进行配比;
(3)澄泥:将步骤(2)中混合好的泥在澄泥中将泥与水进行分离,制成坯泥;

(7)烘干:将步骤(6)中制好的坯体在50-60℃的温度下烘干;
(8)烧制:将步骤(7)制好的坯体放置在窑炉中,在1250-1300℃的温度下烧制24小时,自然冷却至常温后出窑。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:本发明制作工艺简单,成品率高,颜色纯正,手感光滑,使用寿命长,并且茶具健康环保无污染,具有很大的市场应用前景。

2.如权利要求1所述的一体两用壶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)配料:按配比称取青矸、锂灰石、白粘矸、大同砂和陶粒砂,并混合均匀;
(2)研磨:将上步中的配料放入球磨机中研磨至200目出磨,将研磨后的细粉和水按需要的软硬度要求进行配比;
(3)澄泥:将步骤(2)中混合好的泥在澄泥中将泥与水进行分离,制成坯泥;
(4)晾干:将步骤(3)中的坯泥放置在阴凉处晾干,使坯泥的含水量为70%;
