本发明涉及一种大型矩形顶管管节吊装装置,包括吊装孔管和吊销,所述吊装孔管为圆柱管形,在管节制造时预埋在所述管节的侧壁内,其内端置于所述管节侧壁内部,其外端面与所述管节外壁相齐平;所述吊销为圆柱体形,其直径与所述吊装孔管的内径相配合,其长度大于所述大吊装孔管,使其能够插装在所述吊装孔管内,并有部分置于所述吊装孔管之外,供吊绳挂接;所述吊销外端的下部和上部分别设有半圆形的挡板和横“7”形的防脱销块,能够防止所述吊绳的与吊销脱离。本发明设计合理,结构简单,连接强度可靠而方便,可确保超大管节能够安全吊入顶管工作井内,满足主通道建设要求,同时,还可提高吊装速度,降低施工成本。

Description

一种大型矩形顶管管节吊装装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑施工装置,尤其是一种适用于吊装大型管节的装置,具体的说是一种大型矩形顶管管节吊装装置。
背景技术
目前,在矩形顶管施工中,对于1.5m标准管节吊装作业,大都是采用“扁担式”的吊架。然而,对于矩形顶管通道中的超大断面和超大吨位的非标准管节的吊装作业,“传统”扁担式吊架就无法满足吊装要求。因而,急需设计一种新型的吊装装置,满足此类大断面矩形顶管管节的吊装需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对当前在超大断面、超大吨位的矩形顶管管节吊装中遇到的问题,提供一种大型矩形顶管管节吊装装置,可确保超大管节能够安全吊入顶管工作井内,满足主通道建设要求,同时,还可提高吊装速度,降低施工成本。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种大型矩形顶管管节吊装装置,包括吊装孔管和吊销,所述吊装孔管为圆柱管形,在管节制造时预埋在所述管节的侧壁内,其内端置于所述管节侧壁内部,其外端面与所述管节外壁相齐平;所述吊销为圆柱体形,其直径与所述吊装孔管的内径相配合,其长度大于所述大吊装孔管,使其能够插装在所述吊装孔管内,并有部分置于所述吊装孔管之外,供吊绳挂接;所述吊销外端的下部和上部分别设有半圆形的挡板和横“7”形的防脱销块,能够防止所述吊绳的与吊销脱离。
进一步的,所述吊装孔管外端的外缘设有与其相连的面板,该面板同时嵌装在所述管节的侧壁内,使外表面平整,能够增加所述吊装孔管的强度。
进一步的,还包括止水板和加强筋;所述止水板通过焊接套装在所述吊装孔管的外部中间,能够防止所述吊装孔管壁外渗水;所述加强筋为两组,每组均为“井”字形,分别沿所述吊装孔管轴向焊接在所述吊装孔管壁外侧,增强所述吊装孔管的受力强度。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明设计合理,结构简单,连接强度可靠而方便,可确保超大管节能够安全吊入顶管工作井内,满足主通道建设要求,同时,还可提高吊装速度,降低施工成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示。
一种大型矩形顶管管节吊装装置,包括吊装孔管1和吊销5。所述吊装孔管1为圆柱管形,在管节制造时预埋在所述管节侧壁8内,其内端置于所述管节侧壁8内部,其外端面与所述管节外壁8相齐平;所述吊销5为圆柱体形,其直径与所述吊装孔管1的内径相配合,其长度大于所述大吊装孔管1,使其能够插装在所述吊装孔管1内,并有部分置于所述吊装孔管1之外,供吊绳挂接;所述吊销5外端的下部和上部分别设有半圆形的挡板7和横“7”形的防脱销块6,能够防止所述吊绳的与所述吊销5脱离。该挡板7和防脱销板6可通过焊接的方式固定在所述吊销5上。
所述吊装孔管1外端的外缘设有与其相连的面板4,该面板4同时嵌装在所述管节侧壁8内,使外表面平整,并增加所述吊装孔管1的强度。
本发明还包括止水板3和加强筋2;所述止水板3通过焊接套装在所述吊装孔管1的外部中间,能够防止所述吊装孔管1壁外渗水;所述加强筋2为两组,每组均为“井”字形,分别沿所述吊装孔管1轴向焊接在所述吊装孔管1壁外侧,增强所述吊装孔管1的受力强度。
本发明的实施方法为:
以断面为7000*5000*7560mm超大断面矩形管节为例,采用8个吊点,分布在其两侧位置。吊装孔管可选用20#预埋钢管,内径Φ200mm,壁厚10mm,埋入400mm。外端处的面板为500mm*500mm的钢板。吊销采用Φ195mm,L=500mm的45#插销,插入深度400mm。所述挡板半径为200mm,厚度为10mm。钢丝绳悬挂时,将相近的吊点使用单独一根吊绳,确保能够自我调节。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种大型矩形顶管管节吊装装置,包括吊装孔管和吊销,其特征是所述吊装孔管为圆柱管形,在管节制造时预埋在所述管节的侧壁内,其内端置于所述管节侧壁内部,其外端面与所述管节外壁相齐平;所述吊销为圆柱体形,其直径与所述吊装孔管的内径相配合,其长度大于所述大吊装孔管,使其能够插装在所述吊装孔管内,并有部分置于所述吊装孔管之外,供吊绳挂接;所述吊销外端的下部和上部分别设有半圆形的挡板和横“7”形的防脱销块,能够防止所述吊绳的与吊销脱离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大型矩形顶管管节吊装装置,其特征是所述吊装孔管外端的外缘设有与其相连的面板,该面板同时嵌装在所述管节的侧壁内,使外表面平整,能够增加所述吊装孔管的强度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大型矩形顶管管节吊装装置,其特征是还包括止水板和加强筋;所述止水板通过焊接套装在所述吊装孔管的外部中间,能够防止所述吊装孔管壁外渗水;所述加强筋为两组,每组均为“井”字形,分别沿所述吊装孔管轴向焊接在所述吊装孔管壁外侧,增强所述吊装孔管的受力强度。
