本发明涉及保鲜技术领域,具体涉及一种蔬菜保鲜剂。
背景技术
目前,市场上销售的常用防腐保鲜剂主要有三类:以咪鲜胺、甲基托布津、特克多、苯菌灵为代表的苯并咪唑类;以咪鲜胺、扑霉灵、施保克、抑霉唑、万利得为代表的咪唑类;以百可得为代表的双胍盐类。这些药剂单独使用时间过长容易使病菌产生抗药性,影响保鲜效果。
柠檬酸是有机酸中第一大酸,具有较好的抗氧化性和对某些菌类的抑制灭杀作用,常用于食品防腐保鲜。山梨酸是一种天然多糖,具有药物制剂辅料所需的稳定性、溶解性、粘性和安全性,是常用食品添加剂。壳聚糖作为常用的保鲜剂原料之一,其作用效果也得到较多认可。

本发明为了解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种保鲜效果时间长的水果保鲜剂。

一种蔬菜保鲜剂,由壳聚糖、山梨酸、抗坏血酸、赤霉素、乙醇、柠檬酸、葡萄糖、水配制而成,其各组分的质量分数比为:壳聚糖1-5份、山梨酸0.05-0.5份、抗坏血酸1.5-3.5份、赤霉素0.05-0.45份、乙醇50-70份、柠檬酸1-3份、葡萄糖1-5份、水700-900份。
优选地,蔬菜保鲜剂,由壳聚糖、山梨酸、抗坏血酸、赤霉素、乙醇、柠檬酸、葡萄糖、水配制而成,其各组分的质量分数比为:壳聚糖3份、山梨酸0.3份、抗坏血酸2.5份、赤霉素0.25份、乙醇60份、柠檬酸2份、葡萄糖3份、水800份。
