本发明公开了一种果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂,包含以下重量比的组分:海藻糖1‑2份、聚谷氨酸2‑4份、番木瓜汁1.5‑3份、绿茶提取物0.4‑0.7份、高良姜提取物1‑2.5份、马齿苋提取物2‑4份、茶籽油0.2‑0.4份、水90‑100份。本发明制备的果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂,加入成膜剂、抑菌防霉剂和植物提取物等,不仅可以起到协同增效的作用,而且水溶性好,会在果蔬表层形成一层薄膜,可有效附着在果蔬上,起到保护、保鲜果蔬的作用,并保持口感和营养;使果蔬的保质期有延长且不变质,是一种高效且安全的果蔬防霉保鲜剂。

本发明属于农业技术领域,具体涉及一种果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂。
背景技术
果蔬保鲜是果蔬生产、贮藏和销售过程中一个非常重要的环节。采用科学、合理的贮藏保鲜技术,能有效延长新鲜果蔬的贮藏期,调节淡旺季,繁荣果蔬市场,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。之前果蔬保鲜一般在果蔬刚刚成熟之际采摘以期多放置时间或采用化学合成的防霉剂,这样会造成果蔬营养成分的丢失和化学成分的再次残留。随着人们健康意识的提高,利用天然产物如从植物中提取有效成分作为霉菌抑制剂代替传统的化学合成防霉剂用于果蔬保鲜是保鲜领域现今发展的趋势。在此趋势下,经过本公司的多次实际试验和总结,本发明公开了一种复配植物提取物的果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂,安全环保且高效。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述,本发明的目的在于提供一种复配有植物提取物的果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂,再加入成膜剂、抑菌防霉剂等,可以起到协同增效的作用,而且高效且安全。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂,包含以下重量份的原料:海藻糖1-2份、聚谷氨酸2-4份、番木瓜汁1.5-3份、绿茶提取物0.4-0.7份、高良姜提取物1-2.5份、马齿苋提取物2-4份、茶籽油0.2-0.4份、水90-100份。
所述海藻糖、聚谷氨酸和茶籽油的重量比为(3-8):(5-15):1。
上述果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂的使用方法为:每一吨果蔬喷涂18-20升果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂。
本发明采用海藻糖、聚谷氨酸和茶籽油的合理配比,其不仅具有良好成膜性和流动性,还具有良好的生物相容性,同时能被人体吸收,且有抗菌抗氧化、保健作用,安全无毒副作用。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂,加入成膜剂、抑菌防霉剂和植物提取物等,不仅可以起到协同增效的作用,而且水溶性好,会在果蔬表层形成一层薄膜,可有效附着在果蔬上,起到保护、保鲜果蔬的作用,并保持口感和营养;使果蔬的保质期有延长且不变质,是一种高效且安全的果蔬防霉保鲜剂。

海藻糖1.5份、聚谷氨酸3份、番木瓜汁2.4份、绿茶提取物0.5份、高良姜提取物1.8份、马齿苋提取物3份、茶籽油0.3份、水96份。
上述果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂的使用方法为:每一吨果蔬喷涂20升果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂。经检测,果蔬的保质期为普通保存的1.3倍。
实施例2
一种果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂,包含以下重量份的原料:
海藻糖1.8份、聚谷氨酸3.5份、番木瓜汁2.6份、绿茶提取物0.6份、高良姜提取物2.2份、马齿苋提取物3.4份、茶籽油0.32份、水100份。
上述果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂的使用方法为:每一吨果蔬喷涂20升果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂。经检测,果蔬的保质期为普通保存的1.37倍。
实施例3
一种果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂,包含以下重量份的原料:
海藻糖2份、聚谷氨酸3.6份、番木瓜汁2.8份、绿茶提取物0.65份、高良姜提取物2.3份、马齿苋提取物3.6份、茶籽油0.4份、水100份。
上述果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂的使用方法为:每一吨果蔬喷涂19升果蔬复配防霉保鲜剂。经检测,果蔬的保质期为普通保存的1.42倍。
