背景技术
在汽车领域中,放置在前端的热交换器可能被飞来的碎屑或砂石损坏,其可能破坏或刺穿换热流体在其中流通的平管道。
为了保护这些热交换器,在它们之前放置可以吸收这些冲击的保护装置是已知的。然而,这些保护装置通常通过夹具固定,所述夹具必须人为地装配,这是耗时和繁复的过程,与快速大规模生产不相容。还可以将保护装置固定于热交换器的外周,但是这可能在驾驶条件下由于保护装置没有在其中间部分固定而导致振动问题。

因此,本发明涉及一种用于热交换器的保护装置,所述热交换器包括第一流体在其中流通的相互平行的管道,以及连接两个相继的管道的垂直的翅片,第二流体通过经过所述翅片而在所述管道之间流通,所述保护装置是开孔的,从而允许第二流体穿过所述翅片流通,所述保护装置包括强制地插入所述翅片之间的固定尖刺(spikes)。

图1和图2示出用于热交换器20的保护装置1。热交换器20包括管道22,其在这一情况中是互相平行的平管道,第一流体在歧管24之间流通经过所述平管道。在这些平管道22之间,布置有连接两个相继的平管道22的翅片26。第二流体通过经过所述翅片26而在所述平管道22之间流通。

保护装置1还可以包括弹性接合固定件9(夹具),其定位在两个平管道22之间、在热交换器20不具有翅片26的外周部分,如图2所示。这些弹性接合固定件9愈加强化保护装置1的固定,特别是在热交换器20的外周区域中,在所述外周区域中,翅片26不存在并且可以形成振动。

Claims (9)
