Abstract
本发明提供一种复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷60~120份、阻燃剂40~100份、无机填料50~80份、交联剂10~30份、偶联剂1‑4份、催化剂4~8份、防老剂3‑7份,所述密封胶具有优异的阻燃性能、耐老化、加工方便、质量稳定的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子结构密封胶技术领域,特别是涉及一种复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶。
背景技术
密封胶使用时是一种流动的或可挤注的不定形材料,能嵌填封闭接缝,能依靠干燥、温度变化、溶剂挥发、化学交联与基材稳定粘结,并逐渐定型成为塑性固态、粘弹态或弹性密封材料。为保证密封功能,密封胶应具备以下基本特性:良好的嵌填、挤注施工性,储存稳定,无毒或低毒害;对液体、气体等介质低渗透性;能承受接缝位移并随伸缩运动而变形;在接缝中经受反复变形后,能保证充分恢复其性能和形状;有足够强度,能承受应力;与接缝基面粘结稳定,不发生剥离和脱胶;高温下不过度软化,低温下不脆裂;耐气候,不粉化、龟裂、溶解或过度收缩,有足够寿命;特定场合使用时有特定性能,如:耐磨、抗穿刺、耐腐蚀、抗滚压、不燃、不污染、绝缘或导电等。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,具有优异的阻燃性能、耐老化、加工方便、质量稳定的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:
端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷 60~120份、
阻燃剂 40~100份、
无机填料 50~80份
交联剂 10~30份
偶联剂 1-4份
催化剂 4~8份、
防老剂 3-7份
进一步的,所述端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷的粘度为20000~40000Pa·s。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂为氮系阻燃剂20-50份和无机阻燃剂20-50份的混合阻燃剂。
更进一步的,所述氮系阻燃剂为三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺尿酸盐(MAC)中的一种或多种的混合物。
更进一步的,所述无机阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝及硅系阻燃剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
进一步的,所述无机填料为经过表面改性的超细碳酸钙或气相白炭黑。
进一步的,所述交联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷或四丁酮肟基硅烷中的一种或多种的混合物。
进一步的,所述偶联剂为γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷的任意一种或几种;所述交联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷的任意一种或几种。
进一步的,所述催化剂为钛酸异丙酯、钛酸丁酯或二月桂酸二丁基锡的任意一种或几种。
进一步的,所述防老剂为防老剂A、防老剂RD、防老剂4010、防老剂264任意一种或几种。
本发明与现有技术相比有如下优点:
1)交联剂采用烷氧基硅烷,不仅能够加深密封胶的交联深度,提高硬度和其拉伸粘结强度。交联剂同时与偶联剂配合使用,还可以增强粘结力、调整固化时间,方便施工。
2)阻燃剂选择所述阻燃剂为氮系阻燃剂20-50份和无机阻燃剂20-50份的混合阻燃剂,氮系阻燃剂或者氮系阻燃剂都具有良好的阻燃效果,当其配合使用,具有良好的协同阻燃效应,阻燃效果不会随着胶存放时间的延长而变差。
3)选用的填料无毒、绿色环保。

一种复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:
端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷 60份、
阻燃剂 40份、
无机填料 50份
交联剂 10份
偶联剂 1份
催化剂 4份、
防老剂 3份
所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的粘度为20000Pa·s,所述阻燃剂为磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)20份和三聚氰胺20份,所述无机填料为经过表面改性的超细碳酸钙,所述交联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷,所述偶联剂为γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷,所述催化剂为钛酸异丙酯,所述防老剂为防老剂A。

阻燃剂 60份、
无机填料 60份
交联剂 150份
偶联剂 2份
催化剂 4份、

所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的粘度为20000Pa·s,所述阻燃剂为磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)40份和三聚氰胺40份,所述无机填料为经过表面改性的超细碳酸钙,所述交联剂为甲基三乙氧基硅烷,所述偶联剂为N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷;所述催化剂为钛酸丁酯,所述防老剂为防老剂RD。

阻燃剂 80份、
无机填料 60份
交联剂 20份
偶联剂 3份
催化剂 6份、
防老剂 4份
所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的粘度为30000Pa·s,所述阻燃剂为二苯基磷酸甲苯酯(CDP)20份和三聚氰胺尿酸盐(MAC)20份的混合物,所述无机填料为气相白炭黑,所述交联剂为乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷或四丁酮肟基硅烷,所述偶联γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷;所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,所述防老剂为防老剂4010。

端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷 120份、
阻燃剂 100份、
无机填料 80份
交联剂 30份
偶联剂 4份

所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的粘度为40000Pa·s,所述阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯(TPP)40份和三聚氰胺尿酸盐(MAC)40份的混合物,所述无机填料为气相白炭黑,所述交联剂为四丁酮肟基硅烷中,所述偶联剂为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,所述防老剂为防老剂264。
实施例五
上述任一实施例中的复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,是由下述制备步骤制备而成的:按照配方重量称好原料,先将端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、无机填料和阻燃剂加入高速搅拌机中搅拌混合均匀,再加入交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂、防老剂,充分搅拌,混合均匀后通入双螺杆混炼挤出机中制得产品。

1.一种复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:
端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷60~120份、
阻燃剂40~100份、
无机填料50~80份
交联剂10~30份
偶联剂1-4份
催化剂4~8份、
防老剂3-7份。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,其特征在于,所述端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷的粘度为20000~40000Pa·s。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为氮系阻燃剂20-50份和无机阻燃剂20-50份的混合阻燃剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,其特征在于,所述氮系阻燃剂为三聚氰胺、三聚氰胺尿酸盐(MAC)中的一种或多种的混合物。
5.如权利要求3所述的复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,其特征在于,所述无机阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝及硅系阻燃剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.如权利要求1所述的复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,其特征在于,所述无机填料为经过表面改性的超细碳酸钙或气相白炭黑。
7.如权利要求1所述的复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,其特征在于,所述交联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷或四丁酮肟基硅烷中的一种或多种的混合物。
8.如权利要求1所述的复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷的任意一种或几种;所述交联剂为甲基三甲氧基硅烷、二甲基二甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷的任意一种或几种。
9.如权利要求1所述的复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,其特征在于,所述催化剂为钛酸异丙酯、钛酸丁酯或二月桂酸二丁基锡中的一种或几种的混合物。
10.如权利要求1所述的复合阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,其特征在于,所述防老剂为防老剂A、防老剂RD、防老剂4010、防老剂264中的一种或几种的混合物。
