Abstract
一种抗静电粉末涂料的加工方法,属于化学涂料技术领域,在0.005mol/L的硝酸银溶液中加入氢氧化钠水溶液形成混合液;对混合液进行搅拌,在搅拌后的混合液中滴入稀氨水,沉淀溶解后得到银氨溶液;将重量百分比组分:改性树脂10%,高岭土2%,分散剂2%,白炭黑2%,表面活性剂0.5%,调节剂2%,碳酸钙0.5%和进行混合制成混合物;以及对混合物进行研磨,烘干,破碎等处理最终形成抗静电粉末涂料,本发明制备原理清晰,组分科学,与传统的粉末涂料相比,通过本发明制得的抗静电粉末涂料既具有抗菌性,又具有抗静电性能,满足了粉末涂料安全使用需求,提高了粉末涂料的安全性能,减少了安全隐患,降低了人身伤害和财产损失。

技术领域
本发明属于化学涂料技术领域,涉及一种粉末涂料的加工方法,特别是涉及一种抗静电粉末涂料的加工方法。
背景技术
市场常见的传统涂料是天然树脂或合成树脂为基料,再加入各种颜料、各种填料、助剂溶剂经机械加工制造而成。有些树脂的耐磨性差及一些在使用环境中存在磨擦,使用常常造成漆膜磨损,而失去功能;另一方面,因高分子材料多为绝缘性材料,在干燥环境中常常会产生静电,带来较大的危害,甚至危险;再因环境湿热环境等会造成漆膜的酶菌丛生。
发明内容
本发明针对现有粉末涂料在干燥环境中会产生静电,而静电容易带来火灾或爆炸的危险,容易危及人员生命安全,导致严重的财产损失等不足,提出一种一种抗静电粉末涂料的加工方法,可提高粉末涂料的抗静电性能,可减少人身、财产的损失。
本发明的技术方案:一种抗静电粉末涂料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)在0.005mol/L 的硝酸银溶液中加入氢氧化钠水溶液形成混合液;
(2)对步骤(1)中的混合液进行搅拌,搅拌时间不少于10min;
(3)在搅拌后的混合液中滴入稀氨水,沉淀溶解后得到银氨溶液;
(4)将重量百分比组分:改性树脂 10%,高岭土 2%,分散剂 2%,白炭黑 2%,表面活性剂0.5%,调节剂 2%,碳酸钙 0.5%和进行混合制成混合物;
(5)对混合物进行研磨,研磨颗粒径小于0.3mm;
(6)将步骤(3)中制得的银氨溶液加入至步骤(5)中的混合物中;
(7)对步骤(6)的混合物进行烘干;
(8)对步骤(7)中的烘干物进行破碎处理;
(9)对破碎后的烘干物进行二次研磨,研磨颗粒径小于0.2mm;
(10)对步骤(9)产生的研磨物进行添加颜料和表面活性剂;
(11)进行充分搅拌,搅拌时间不少于30min,搅拌速度不小于200r/min;
(12)包装入库。
所述颜料为钛白粉、氧化铁红、炭黑、硫酸钡、氧化铬绿、联苯胺黄、酞青蓝中的一种或两种的组合。
所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提出的一种抗静电粉末涂料的加工方法,制备原理清晰,组分科学,通过采用硝酸银和氨水来满足抗菌和抗静电性能,与传统的粉末涂料相比,通过本发明制得的抗静电粉末涂料既具有抗菌性,又具有抗静电性能,满足了粉末涂料安全使用需求,提高了粉末涂料的安全性能,减少了安全隐患,降低了人身伤害和财产损失。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种抗静电粉末涂料的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)在0.005mol/L 的硝酸银溶液中加入氢氧化钠水溶液形成混合液;
(2)对步骤(1)中的混合液进行搅拌,搅拌时间不少于10min;
(3)在搅拌后的混合液中滴入稀氨水,沉淀溶解后得到银氨溶液;
(4)将重量百分比组分:改性树脂 10%,高岭土 2%,分散剂 2%,白炭黑 2%,表面活性剂0.5%,调节剂 2%,碳酸钙 0.5%和进行混合制成混合物;
(5)对混合物进行研磨,研磨颗粒径小于0.3mm;
(6)将步骤(3)中制得的银氨溶液加入至步骤(5)中的混合物中;
(7)对步骤(6)的混合物进行烘干;

(1)在0.005mol/L 的硝酸银溶液中加入氢氧化钠水溶液形成混合液;
(2)对步骤(1)中的混合液进行搅拌,搅拌时间不少于10min;
(3)在搅拌后的混合液中滴入稀氨水,沉淀溶解后得到银氨溶液;
(4)将重量百分比组分:改性树脂 10%,高岭土 2%,分散剂 2%,白炭黑 2%,表面活性剂0.5%,调节剂 2%,碳酸钙 0.5%和进行混合制成混合物;
(5)对混合物进行研磨,研磨颗粒径小于0.3mm;
(6)将步骤(3)中制得的银氨溶液加入至步骤(5)中的混合物中;
(7)对步骤(6)的混合物进行烘干;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电粉末涂料的加工方法,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
