Abstract

本发明涉及一种串式文丘里管组合气液融合装置,主要解决现有装置脱硫脱酸效果不佳的技术问题。本发明的技术方案为:一种串式文丘里管组合气液融合装置,其特征是:由多个文丘里管组通过烟管法兰连接而成,每个文丘里管组由多个文丘里管串接而成,每个文丘里管设有多个小剂量喷嘴,小剂量喷嘴下设有气雾分割器,在每个文丘里管组尾段设有高压喷嘴,并在高压喷嘴下设有气雾分割器。本发明主要用于垃圾焚烧、燃气燃煤锅炉烟气排放净化系统,使得烟气脱硫、脱酸一次处理达到烟气排放新国标要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及气液融合装置,主要用于垃圾焚烧、燃气燃煤锅炉烟气排放净化系统,使得烟气脱硫、脱酸一次处理达到烟气排放新国标要求。
技术背景
生态文明建设,关系人民福祉,关乎民族未来。 国家积极提倡“节能减排”政策,为此制定了《中华人民共和国环境保护法》和《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》。全国各地启动监测“空气质量指数PM2.5”数据来控制空气污染程度。这就对我们殡葬火化行业及涉及燃气、燃煤等其他行业烟气排放提出更高的要求:提倡使用清洁能源的同时,对排放的烟气要进行进一步处理达到国家规定GB1327-2014中的相关标准,才允许排放。
而国内烟气处理中的脱硫、脱酸技术与欧美发达国家相比起步比较晚,一般采用湿法、干法、半干法技术,其中湿法是运用最为广泛的一种方法,一般国内烟气中脱硫技术都采用湿法水膜法及其派生型,其工作方法:水膜式、喷淋式、喷雾式这几种。
其存在的主要问题:1、湿法脱硫脱酸主要采用双塔式结构,由于工作塔四周要形成水膜,烟气沿切线方向旋转进入主塔内,靠沿主塔四周的水膜除尘脱硫,其核心部分的高速烟气中烟尘和SO2无法与水膜接触被清除净化,高速气流通过主副塔之间的烟气管道进入到副塔逃逸。从而降低了脱硫、脱酸的效果。2、干式与半干式脱硫脱酸方法中碱性物质一般以粉状形式喷散与烟气存在难易充分、均匀混合,从而导致烟气的脱硫脱酸不能完全达到国家日趋严厉规定的排放标准。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种串式文丘里管组合气液融合装置,主要解决现有装置脱硫脱酸效果不佳的技术问题。本发明对排放烟气进行二次处理,从而使得烟气排放中脱硫脱酸指标高于国家标准,经实测同时烟气排放中脱硫脱酸指标优于欧盟排放标准。
本发明的技术方案为:一种串式文丘里管组合气液融合装置,其特征是:由多个文丘里管组通过烟管法兰连接而成,每个文丘里管组由多个文丘里管串接而成,每个文丘里管设有多个小剂量喷嘴,小剂量喷嘴下设有气雾分割器,在每个文丘里管组尾段设有高压喷嘴,并在高压喷嘴下设有气雾分割器。
所述的每个文丘里管组由3-5个文丘里管串接而成,所述的多个小剂量喷嘴在文丘里管轴向方向投影外圆周上按一定角度均布。小剂量喷嘴数量n=πd²V/Q;式中d是管径m,V是烟气的速度m/s,Q是喷雾量m3;一般为2-4个。所述的文丘里管组为2-5个。所述的多个文丘里管组呈弯管并排布置。
本发明的有益效果是:采用高、低压雾化碱性液体混合装置使得碱性雾化气水按照不同的方向随烟气顺流、逆流或多级串联交迭逆顺流。一部分喷嘴运用高压雾化自动混合装置充分利用烟气处理系统中大型空压机产生的高压气体,并采用喷嘴前端加装自动气雾分割器使得在文丘里腔内喷射碱性液体雾化气流通过喷射装置内部旋转切割装置,使得雾化液体旋转并相互碰撞,旋转切割装置切碎、搅混气泡、微气泡,引起的主体对流扩散和涡流扩散,增加了液体间分子扩散,使得所喷射雾化液体与烟气高度混合作用。另外采用文丘里管式结构使得该烟气在文丘里管通道内高速烟气本身产生不同方向较强的烟气紊流。由于上述各方面因素的综合作用,烟气与所喷射碱性液体雾化液能够更加充分的混合,使得烟气中的SOX、HCl、HF、NOx能够与碱性液充分的融溶,使其进一步的去除。处理好的烟气进入干燥机去除水蒸气雾后再进布袋脉冲除尘器和活性炭吸附器处理后排放到大气中。采用串式文丘里管多组合式气液融合装置经实测证明,烟气中SOX、HCl、HF、NOx等吸收率达99.8%以上。水中的硫化物、含氮化合物等溶解度可达0.8--1.0mg/L以上。气液融合装置外壳体采用304不锈钢制作,内腔采用耐酸、耐碱316L不锈钢材料制作,产品坚固耐用,无机械故障免维修,安装方便,运行可靠,为目前投资最少,混合效果最好的设备。优点:能耗较低,高效混合,烟气与雾化碱性液体气强力混合,使烟气中 HCl、H2S、SOx、NOx等污染物的含量能再次降低,烟气的排放质量得到大幅度提高。

具体实施方式
实施例1,参照图1,一种串式文丘里管组合气液融合装置,由3个文丘里管组通过烟管法兰连接而成,所述的3个文丘里管组呈弯管并排布置安装在外壳体6内,每个文丘里管组由4个文丘里管4串接而成,每个文丘里管设有3个KB小剂量微雾喷嘴2(购自池内公司),KB小剂量微雾喷嘴2下设有气雾分割器3,在文丘里管轴向方向投影外圆周上按120度角均布。在每个文丘里管组尾段设有KB型高压微雾喷嘴5(购自池内公司),并在KB型高压微雾喷嘴5下设有气雾分割器3。
一次处理后的高速烟气进入文丘里管组,高速烟气进入文丘里管组后,烟气迅速对流扩散和涡流扩散,烟气形成紊流,同时碱性液经由KB小剂量微雾喷嘴2喷射出后并高速打在自旋转气雾分割器3上,自旋转气雾分割器3随即高速旋转把喷射在其上的碱性雾液切碎、搅混气泡、微气泡,碱性液迅速均匀扩散到文丘里管组中。KB小剂量微雾喷嘴2圆周布置能够使得碱性处理液能够全方位的喷射到文丘里管腔中。KB型高压微雾喷嘴 5采用逆流喷射,喷射出的碱性液喷射出后高速打在自旋转气雾分割器3上,自旋转气雾分割器3随即高速旋转把喷射在其上的碱性雾液切碎、搅混气泡、微气泡,碱性液迅速均匀扩散到文丘里管组中。综上所述,烟气与微雾状碱性液均匀混合,使得脱硫脱酸效果更好。
实测的数据与标准对比见下表:
实施例2,文丘里管组为2个,每个文丘里管组由5个文丘里管4串接而成,每个文丘里管设有2个KB小剂量微雾喷嘴2,在文丘里管轴向方向投影外圆周上按180度角均布,其余同实施例1。
实施例3,文丘里管组为5个,每个文丘里管组由3个文丘里管4串接而成,每个文丘里管设有4个KB小剂量微雾喷嘴2,在文丘里管轴向方向投影外圆周上按90度角均布,其余同实施例1。

Claims (7)

1.一种串式文丘里管组合气液融合装置,其特征是:由多个文丘里管组通过烟管法兰连接而成,每个文丘里管组由多个文丘里管串接而成,每个文丘里管设有多个小剂量喷嘴,其下设有气雾分割器,在每个文丘里管组尾段设有高压喷嘴,并在高压喷嘴下设有气雾分割器。
