【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂及其应用,属于纺织助剂技术领域。
【背景技术】
尼纶、尼纶/氨纶织物常用来做泳衣面料,也是一种高分子材料,用酸性染料染色,属于一种户外纺织面料,穿着在户外长时间暴露在强烈阳光照射下,很容易褪色,该问题一直困扰着泳衣面料加工行业。影响泳衣面料的日晒牢度因素很多,但主要原因是现代工业的发展,氟利昂的应用使臭氧层遭到破坏变薄并形成臭氧空洞,过多的紫外线照射到地球表面不但影响人类的健康,而且加速户外用高分子材料的老化。酸性染料吸收太阳光中的紫外线,在一定的环境下,产生光化学反应,造成泳衣面料上的酸性染料褪色。太阳光中过量的紫外线辐射,很容易使酸性染料染色的泳衣面料褪色,强力下降,影响泳衣的外观。另一方面大量的紫外线透过泳衣,照射到皮肤上,对人体有害,很容易引起皮肤病变。
目前市场上通过印染后加工处理的日晒牢度提升剂大部分都是针对这两类织物的颜色,其一是涤纶织物的分散染料染色,改善分散染料的耐日色晒牢度;其二是针对于纤维素纤维的活性染料染色,改善活性染料的耐晒色牢度。对改善这两类纤维的耐晒色牢度有一定的帮助。但对改善酸性染料在尼纶、尼纶/氨纶泳衣面料日晒牢度作用不大,特别是对一些酸性染料染得鲜艳颜色几乎没有作用。有些日晒牢度提升剂,整理在泳衣面料上,服用性差,手感发硬,不耐洗,很容易造成整理织物色变等缺点。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是为了解决酸性染料在尼纶、尼纶/氨纶泳衣面料日晒牢度差问题,提供一种酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂,该提升剂能够改善酸性染料在尼纶、尼纶/氨纶泳衣面料上日晒牢度,使整理后的织物服用性能良好,不发生色变,耐洗和手感不发硬。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述提升剂的应用。
本发明采用以下技术方案来实现上述目的:

本发明酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂,制备方法为:将紫外吸收剂、光稳定剂加入反应釜中,然后加入溶剂搅拌25-35min搅拌均匀再加入油酸和乳化剂搅拌45-60min,然后升温至60-65℃至反应物全部溶解,变成透明液,再逐渐加入水,高速搅拌45-60min,降温得乳白色乳液,静置一周,未出现沉淀和飘浮物即可。
本发明日晒牢度提升剂的制备方法对设备要求低、工艺简单、生产效率高,不需要研磨工艺,仅通过高速搅拌,就能制得分散稳定、均匀的久置不分层的日晒牢度提升剂。
本发明中的紫外吸收剂为水溶性紫外线吸收剂和/或水分散型紫外线吸收剂。
本发明中的水分散型紫外线吸收剂为丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷,水溶性紫外线吸收剂为3-[3-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-4-羟基-5-叔丁基苯基]-丙酸-聚乙二醇300酯。
本发明中的光稳定剂为四(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸酯。
本发明中的溶剂为十四酸异丙酯,润滑剂为油酸。
本发明中的乳化剂为油酸聚氧乙烯醚(EO~18)。
本发明酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂的应用,其特征在于应用织物为尼纶/氨纶泳衣织物,应用方法分为与染料染色同浴使用和后整理浸轧焙烘。
本发明应用的具体选择如下:

经过除油、增白的尼纶针织物、尼纶/氨纶弹性针织物。
2、染色同浴法
3、后整理浸轧焙烘法
本发明应用时,酸性染料的用量为0.3-0.5%,所述提升剂在与染料同浴染色中用量为2.0%o.w.f,在后整理浸轧中用量为20g/l。
本发明相对于现有技术,具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的日晒牢度提升剂主要针对有尼纶、尼纶/氨纶弹性染色织物的耐晒色牢度,主要用作泳衣面料的日晒色牢度的提升,泳衣面料经过本发明的日晒牢度提升剂后处理,经过户外暴晒,依旧能保持颜色鲜艳,不褪色。本发明提供的日晒牢度提升剂是针对尼纶、尼纶/氨纶面料的材质特点而开发,所以尼纶、尼纶/氨纶弹性织物的亲和力特别高,在织物上的耐洗性比较好,水洗10次,面料仍具有很好的耐晒色牢度。
本发明提供的日晒牢度提升剂与市场上现有相比,使用方法更加简便,它既可以织物染色完毕之后,通过浸染方式上染织物,也可以在定型机上通过浸轧方式处理在织物上。最省时间、节约能源和水、最经济的方式,可以通过与酸性染料染色同浴使用的方法上染织物,不影响织物的得色率,又使染色面料具有很好的耐晒色牢度。本发明提供的酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂对酸性荧光染料、酸性艳兰等日晒牢度很差的染料都有积极的改善作用,能提高0.5-1.5,目前市场还没有类似日晒牢度提升剂针对这些酸性荧光染料、酸性艳兰等日晒牢度很差的染料有作用。
与其他日晒牢度提升剂相比,本发明的酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂具有以下优点:1.无刺激性、腐蚀性和挥发性,故对印染工厂生产和使用环境影响较小;2.添加量少,是面料重量2.0%左右,添加成本低,效果持久;3.在与染料同浴染色添加或染色完毕之后浸染添加或定型工艺浸轧方式添加,不影响染色纺织品的得色和鲜艳度。4.生产工艺简单,不需要研磨设备和研磨工艺。5.耐洗性能好,与织物同浴染色上着到织物上去,经过10次洗水之后,仍有很好的日晒牢度。

按照图1所示染色工艺曲线,把染料、日晒牢度提升剂一浴工艺对织物进行加工,使织物在着色的同时日晒牢度也得到改善,这种一浴法工艺可以为工厂减少加工时间、节能减排,并且能使实施例中的日晒牢度提升剂有充分的时间上转移到织物上、渗透到织物的内部,提高实施例中的牢度提升剂在织物上的耐洗水牢度。
按照图1染色工艺后,降温到60℃排水,进水按照图2工艺进行固色。固色材料如下:
酸性固色粉Dyapol NBF new 2%
醋酸0.5-1.0%控制PH为4.0-4.5,75℃X 25min。
应用例2:
织物先用图3工艺仅用染料染色,不添加实施例的日晒牢度提升剂,然后用图2工艺进行固色,固色出缸之后,烘干定型过程在定型机上通过浸轧方法分别将实施例1-5整理在有色织物上,提高染色织物上的日晒牢度。具体工艺如下:
日晒牢度提升剂 20g/L
一浸一轧,带液率80-90%,100℃烘干,190℃X 60秒
然后测试织物的日晒牢度。
将实施例1-5制得的产品A、B、C、D、E日晒牢度提升剂与染料同浴染色得到的纺织品样品与通过先通过染色、后浸轧日晒牢度提升剂制得的纺织品样品在恒温恒室中放置24小时,测其日晒牢度,耐日晒牢度按照AATCC TM16-1993 20H方法测试,处理织物的洗水方法按照AATCC 124-2016标准进行,结果见表1。

从表1可以看出,实施例制备的A,B,C,D,E与染料同浴染色后的纺织品样品耐日晒牢度提高0.5-2.0,颜色不同,提高的级数会有差别,其中实施例制备的A,B,C,D,E日晒牢度提升剂通过同浴染色的方法比通过后整理浸轧方法在织物上的耐洗牢度要好,建议与染料同浴染色一起使用,不但可以简化工艺,缩短加工时间,节能减排。

Claims (5)

1.一种酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂的应用,其特征在于所述日晒牢度提升剂包括以下质量百分比组分:

所述的紫外吸收剂为水溶性紫外线吸收剂和/或水分散型紫外线吸收剂,所述的水分散型紫外线吸收剂为丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷,所述的水溶性紫外线吸收剂为3-[3-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-4-羟基-5-叔丁基苯基]-丙酸-聚乙二醇300酯,所述的光稳定剂为四(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)1,2,3,4-丁烷四羧酸酯,所述的润滑剂为油酸;
所述日晒牢度提升剂的应用织物为尼纶/氨纶泳衣织物,应用方法为与染料染色同浴使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂的应用,其特征在于所述日晒牢度提升剂通过以下方法制备:
将紫外吸收剂、光稳定剂加入反应釜中,然后加入溶剂搅拌25-35min搅拌均匀,再加入油酸和乳化剂搅拌45-60min,然后升温至60-65℃至反应物全部溶解,变成透明液,再逐渐加入水,高速搅拌45-60min,降温得乳白色乳液,静置一周,未出现沉淀和飘浮物即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂的应用,其特征在于所述的溶剂为十四酸异丙酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂的应用,其特征在于所述的乳化剂为油酸聚氧乙烯醚EO~18。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸性染料日晒牢度提升剂的应用,其特征在于酸性染料的用量为0.3-0.5%o.w.f,所述提升剂在与染料同浴染色中用量为2.0%o.w.f。
