一种超耐候性聚乙烯粉末涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚乙烯粉末涂料,适用于各种户外的钢铁产品防腐,具有良好的耐候性,尤其适用于“热镀锌+聚乙烯”复合涂层公路钢护栏,具体的说,本发明涉及一种超耐候性聚乙烯粉末涂料的配方及制备工艺。
背景技术
聚乙烯粉末涂料是一种很普通的粉末涂料,主要用于冰箱篮筐、高速公路护栏、高速公路隔离栅、铁丝、钢塑复合电力穿线管、大型钢铁容器等等的防腐涂装。这些不同的用途对粉末有不同的要求,有的只需有好的韧性,有的只需有好的附着力和耐化学腐蚀性,有的只需要有好的附着力和耐应力开裂性,而高速公路护栏的要求最高,不仅要有好的附着力和韧性,还要有好的耐化学腐蚀、耐应力开裂、耐盐雾腐蚀、耐湿热性和耐晒性等,耐化学腐蚀、耐应力开裂、耐盐雾腐蚀和耐晒性统称为耐候性。
目前市面上的聚乙烯粉末涂料,耐候性都相对一般,最好的耐候性一般户外寿命也就10年左右,对于高速公路这种高投资的项目,10年的使用寿命远不能满足实际的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,就是开发一种高耐候性聚乙烯粉末涂料,使涂层寿命能够达到20年甚至更久。
本发明提供了一种超耐候性聚乙烯粉末涂料的配方及制备工艺,并对该粉末的涂装工艺进行了规范。
超耐候聚乙烯粉末涂料的配方,由以下重量份的原料药制成,包括低密度聚乙烯LDPE35-40份;线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE35-40份;胶粘剂10-15份;填料3-6份;颜料1-3份;酰胺0.2-0.4份;蜡0.1-0.3份;光稳剂0.3-0.5份;紫外线吸收剂0.3-0.5份;主抗氧剂0.2-0.4份;辅抗氧剂0.2-0.4份。
低密度聚乙烯LDPE熔体流动速率25~60g/10min;线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE断裂伸长率300~800%;胶粘剂接枝率≥0.8%;填料粒径≥800目。
光稳剂和紫外线吸收剂为二苯甲酮类、受阻胺类、苯并三唑类等,任选一种。
主抗氧剂可以选择121、1010;辅抗氧剂为168、618、2246等。
超耐候聚乙烯粉末涂料制备工艺,包括以下步骤:称料步骤;混料步骤;熔融挤出步骤;拉条步骤;切粒步骤;磨粉步骤;包装入库步骤。
熔融挤出步骤中使用的是挤出机;可采用螺杆为40~44:1的通用双螺杆挤出机。
聚乙烯粉末涂料生产设备挤出机共有10段加热,其中第1段为喂料区,即预热区,第2、第3段为升温区,第4至9段为混炼区,第10段为机头区。各区段温度为本发明的重点,参数设置如下:第1段:100~120℃;第2段:120~150℃;第3段:150~180℃;第4~9段:180~210℃;第10段:160~180℃。
本发明中耐候性的表征为耐化学腐蚀、耐应力开裂、耐盐雾腐蚀、耐湿热和耐晒性,试验检测方法引用GB/T18226-2015公路交通工程钢构件防腐蚀技术条件。其中普通聚乙烯粉末涂料在这四项检测中的时间分别为720h 、480h、168h、168h、1000h,而超耐候性聚乙烯粉末的这5项指标可分别达到1000h、1000h、480h、1000h、2000h。
具体实施方式
实施例,超耐候聚乙烯粉末涂料的配方,由以下重量份的原料药制成,包括低密度聚乙烯LDPE35-40份;线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE35-40份;胶粘剂10-15份;填料3-6份;颜料1-3份;酰胺0.2-0.4份;蜡0.1-0.3份;光稳剂0.3-0.5份;紫外线吸收剂0.3-0.5份;主抗氧剂0.2-0.4份;辅抗氧剂0.2-0.4份。
低密度聚乙烯LDPE熔体流动速率25~60g/10min;线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE断裂伸长率300~800%;胶粘剂接枝率≥0.8%;填料粒径≥800目。
其中,低密度聚乙烯具有良好的抗化学腐蚀性、抗盐雾性;线性低密度聚乙烯作用是提高耐应力开裂性能。
胶粘剂是提高涂料的结合力,用以提高粉末的抗盐雾性、抗湿热性等;填料可以选择硫酸钡、硅灰石、硅微粉等,用以增加涂层硬度、调节成本等。
蜡可以选择EVA蜡、聚乙烯蜡、氧化聚乙烯蜡等,用于改善颜料的分散性,辅助提高抗盐雾性、抗湿热性等。
光稳剂和紫外线吸收剂可以选择二苯甲酮类、受阻胺类、苯并三唑类等,任选一种,是抗紫外线的主要成分;主辅抗氧剂可以选择121、1010;辅抗氧剂为618、168、2246等,用于抵抗高温、高热的破坏。
超耐候聚乙烯粉末涂料制备工艺,包括以下步骤:称料步骤;混料步骤;熔融挤出步骤;拉条步骤;切粒步骤;磨粉步骤;包装入库步骤。
工艺流程主要为:称料→混料→熔融挤出→拉条→切粒→磨粉→包装入库。
混料步骤中使用的是市售通用的高混机。
熔融挤出步骤中使用的是挤出机;可采用螺杆为40~44:1的通用双螺杆挤出机。
聚乙烯粉末涂料生产设备挤出机共有10段加热,其中第1段为喂料区,即预热区,第2、第3段为升温区,第4至9段为混炼区,第10段为机头区。各区段温度为本发明的重点,参数设置如下:第1段:100~120℃;第2段:120~150℃;第3段:150~180℃;第4~9段:180~210℃;第10段:160~180℃。
生产设备主要包括三部分,一是混合器,用于将原材料混合均匀,该设备非本发明重点,可采用市售通用的高混机;二是挤出机,用于将原材料熔融、混炼,使所有原材料变成均匀、一致的塑条,并冷却后切粒,该设备非本发明重点,可采用螺杆为40~44:1的通用双螺杆挤出机;三是磨粉机,用于将制备的粒料磨成一定粒径范围的粉末,该设备非本发明的重点,可采用市售通用的塑料磨粉机。
聚乙烯粉末涂料生产设备磨粉机包括三部分,一是磨粉室,二是振动筛,三是超细粉回收装置。振动筛位于磨粉室上方,用于分离粗粉与合格粉,振动筛的筛网为不锈钢筛网,钢丝直径0.2mm,筛网目数60目;超细粉回收装置用于分离合格粉与超细粉。
本发明中耐候性的表征为耐化学腐蚀、耐应力开裂、耐盐雾腐蚀、耐湿热和耐晒性,试验检测方法引用GB/T18226-2015公路交通工程钢构件防腐蚀技术条件。其中普通聚乙烯粉末涂料在这四项检测中的时间分别为720h 、480h、168h、168h、1000h,而超耐候性聚乙烯粉末的这5项指标可分别达到1000h、1000h、480h、1000h、2000h。

1.超耐候聚乙烯粉末涂料的配方,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料药制成,包括低密度聚乙烯LDPE35-40份;线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE35-40份;胶粘剂10-15份;填料3-6份;颜料1-3份;酰胺0.2-0.4份;蜡0.1-0.3份;光稳剂0.3-0.5份;紫外线吸收剂0.3-0.5份;主抗氧剂0.2-0.4份;辅抗氧剂0.2-0.4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的超耐候聚乙烯粉末涂料的配方,其特征在于:低密度聚乙烯LDPE熔体流动速率25~60g/10min;线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE断裂伸长率300~800%;胶粘剂接枝率≥0.8%;填料粒径≥800目。
3.如权利要求1所述的超耐候聚乙烯粉末涂料的配方,其特征在于:光稳剂和紫外线吸收剂为二苯甲酮类、受阻胺类、苯并三唑类等,任选一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的超耐候聚乙烯粉末涂料的配方,其特征在于:主抗氧剂可以选择121、1010;辅抗氧剂为168、618、2246等。
5.超耐候聚乙烯粉末涂料制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:称料步骤;混料步骤;熔融挤出步骤;拉条步骤;切粒步骤;磨粉步骤;包装入库步骤。
6.如权利要求5所述的超耐候聚乙烯粉末涂料制备工艺,其特征在于:聚乙烯粉末涂料生产设备挤出机共有10段加热,其中第1段为喂料区,即预热区,第2、第3段为升温区,第4至9段为混炼区,第10段为机头区;
各区段温度为本发明的重点,参数设置如下:第1段:100~120℃;第2段:120~150℃;第3段:150~180℃;第4~9段:180~210℃;第10段:160~180℃。
