Abstract

本发明提供了一种防虫蛀塑料编织袋的生产方法,将聚丙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、石灰石、环氧树脂、十溴二苯醚、助剂、添加母料依次加入混合机中,在温度为79℃下进行混合均匀,得到混合物,将混合物以100kg/min的加料速度加入到挤出机中进行挤出,然后冷却成型,即得到生产编织袋的涂覆编织布;首先将预热辊筒的温度预热至85℃,冷却棍的温度调至25℃,然后以口膜至生产编织袋的涂覆编织布间隙为120mm将生产编织袋的涂覆编织布放入螺杆挤出机中进行挤出,得到编织袋涂覆布的扁丝;利用圆筒编织机采用平模方法将步骤Ⅲ得到的编织袋涂覆布的扁丝进行编织,然后依次经过切割、裁断和缝纫,即得到塑料编织袋。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防虫蛀塑料编织袋的生产方法。
背景技术
塑料编织袋按主要材料构成为聚丙烯袋、聚乙烯袋;按缝制方法分为缝底袋、缝边底袋。目前广泛应用于肥料、化工产品等物品的一种包装材料。目前广泛应用于肥料、化工产品等物品的一种包装材料。堆放在库房中很容易被虫咬破而导致内装物漏出。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种防虫蛀塑料编织袋的生产方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防虫蛀塑料编织袋,包括聚丙烯100份、线性低密度聚乙烯50份、聚苯乙烯20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷10份、石灰石5份、环氧树脂2份、十溴二苯醚0.5份、助剂5份、添加母料5份。
该防虫蛀塑料编织袋的制作方法具体如下:
Ⅰ、将聚丙烯100份、线性低密度聚乙烯50份、聚苯乙烯20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷10份、石灰石5份、环氧树脂2份、十溴二苯醚0.5份、助剂5份、添加母料5份依次加入混合机中,在温度为79℃下进行混合均匀,得到混合物;
Ⅱ、将混合物以100kg/min的加料速度加入到挤出机中进行挤出,然后冷却成型,即得到生产编织袋的涂覆编织布;
Ⅲ、首先将预热辊筒的温度预热至85℃,冷却棍的温度调至25℃,然后以口膜至生产编织袋的涂覆编织布间隙为120mm将步骤Ⅱ得到的生产编织袋的涂覆编织布放入螺杆挤出机中进行挤出,得到编织袋涂覆布的扁丝;
Ⅳ、利用圆筒编织机采用平模方法将步骤Ⅲ得到的编织袋涂覆布的扁丝进行编织,然后依次经过切割、裁断和缝纫,即得到塑料编织袋。
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:邻苯二甲酸酯40%、粘土20%、明矾15%、促进剂DM 5%、己二醇二丙烯酸酯5%、交联剂TAC5%、抗氧剂1010 4%、阳起石4%、二茂铁3%、二硼化钒2%
所述助剂制备方法是将粘土、阳起石送入煅烧炉中在735℃下煅烧2.5小时,然后,取出,送入20%的硫酸溶液中浸泡1.5小时,过滤,得滤渣,用清水洗净,烘干、研磨成350目粉体;所得粉体与其它剩余成分混合,加热至65℃,搅拌反应40-50分钟,冷却,研磨成浆料,即得。
本发明有益效果为:
本发明延长编织袋的使用寿命和提高拉伸性能,能有效防治虫蛀,编织袋不易老化,使用寿命长,拉伸力高,使得装载的物品不易产生腐败变质,不易破损,延长编织袋的使用寿命和提高拉伸性能。

下面对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例:
一种防虫蛀塑料编织袋,包括聚丙烯100份、线性低密度聚乙烯50份、聚苯乙烯20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷10份、石灰石5份、环氧树脂2份、十溴二苯醚0.5份、助剂5份、添加母料5份。
该防虫蛀塑料编织袋的制作方法具体如下:

1.一种防虫蛀塑料编织袋的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ、将聚丙烯100份、线性低密度聚乙烯50份、聚苯乙烯20份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷10份、石灰石5份、环氧树脂2份、十溴二苯醚0.5份、助剂5份、添加母料5份依次加入混合机中,在温度为79℃下进行混合均匀,得到混合物;
Ⅱ、将混合物以100kg/min的加料速度加入到挤出机中进行挤出,然后冷却成型,即得到生产编织袋的涂覆编织布;
