本发明公开了一种复合塑料编织材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料通过配料、熔融、过滤、挤压出膜、水冷、分丝、拉丝、收卷等工序制成:聚丙烯100、线性低密度聚乙烯12-14、聚苯乙烯2-3、聚异丁烯1-1.5、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-1.3、六偏磷酸钠0.8-1.0、甲基丙烯酸丁酯1.3-1.8、当归油0.1-0.2、助剂3-3.5;本发明配方简单,成本低,制成的塑料编织袋可有效的阻止紫外线光照所引起的氧化反应,解决了现有技术中包装袋使用寿命短的问题,而且本发明结实耐用,防滑、不破包,特别适宜远距离运输及出口。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,特别是一种复合塑料编织材料。
背景技术
塑料编织袋按主要材料构成分为聚丙烯袋、聚乙烯袋;按缝制方法分为缝底袋、缝边底袋。目前广泛应用于肥料、化工产品等物品的一种包装材料。其主要生产工艺是利用塑料原料经挤出薄膜、切割、单向拉伸为扁丝,经过经纬编织得到产品,一般称为编织袋。传统技术生产的聚丙烯扁丝编制的包装袋,耐候性差,在北方冬季容易出现发硬、发脆、脱膜、起皮、断裂等问题,在南方由于夏季气温高、光照强烈、紫外线穿透力强,容易导致编织袋老化、腐蚀、韧性差、强度低使用寿命短等问题,既浪费资源又污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合塑料编织材料。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种复合塑料编织材料,由下列重量份的原料通过配料、熔融、过滤、挤压出膜、水冷、分丝、拉丝、收卷等工序制成:聚丙烯100、线性低密度聚乙烯12-14、聚苯乙烯2-3、聚异丁烯1-1.5、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-1.3、六偏磷酸钠0.8-1.0、甲基丙烯酸丁酯1.3-1.8、当归油0.1-0.2、助剂3-3.5;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:粘土20-24、明矾5-6、促进剂DM2-3、交联剂TAC2-3、抗氧剂10101-2、阳起石3-4、二茂铁2-3、吗啉1-2、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯5-7、邻苯二甲酸酯35-40、没食子酸丙酯3-4、绿茶粉1-2、薏仁油2-3、二硼化钒2-3、表儿茶素1-2;制备方法是将粘土、阳起石送入煅烧炉中在720-740℃下煅烧2-3小时,然后,取出,送入10-15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤,得滤渣,用清水洗净,烘干、研磨成400-600目粉体;所得粉体与其它剩余成分混合,加热至60-70℃,搅拌反应40-50分钟,冷却,研磨成浆料,即得。
本发明的优异效果是:本发明配方简单,成本低,制成的塑料编织袋可有效的阻止紫外线光照所引起的氧化反应,解决了现有技术中包装袋使用寿命短的问题,而且本发明结实耐用,防滑、不破包,特别适宜远距离运输及出口。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种复合塑料编织材料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料通过配料、熔融、过滤、挤压出膜、水冷、分丝、拉丝、收卷等工序制成:聚丙烯100、线性低密度聚乙烯12、聚苯乙烯2、聚异丁烯1、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1、六偏磷酸钠0.8、甲基丙烯酸丁酯1.3、当归油0.1、助剂3;
所述助剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:粘土20、明矾5、促进剂DM3、交联剂TAC2、抗氧剂10101、阳起石3、二茂铁2、吗啉1、1,6己二醇二丙烯酸酯5、邻苯二甲酸酯35、没食子酸丙酯3、绿茶粉1、薏仁油2、二硼化钒3、表儿茶素1;制备方法是将粘土、阳起石送入煅烧炉中在720-740℃下煅烧2-3小时,然后,取出,送入10-15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤,得滤渣,用清水洗净,烘干、研磨成400-600目粉体;所得粉体与其它剩余成分混合,加热至60-70℃,搅拌反应40-50分钟,冷却,研磨成浆料,即得。
经测试,本发明生产的扁丝径向拉断力和纬向拉断力均大于800N/50mm,大大提高了扁丝的拉伸强度,杜绝了编织过程中的断丝问题。

1.一种复合塑料编织材料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料通过配料、熔融、过滤、挤压出膜、水冷、分丝、拉丝、收卷工序制成:聚丙烯100、线性低密度聚乙烯12-14、聚苯乙烯2-3、聚异丁烯1-1.5、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-1.3、六偏磷酸钠0.8-1.0、甲基丙烯酸丁酯1.3-1.8、当归油0.1-0.2、助剂3-3.5;
