本发明涉及塑料编织袋领域,尤其涉及一种防水防晒塑料编织袋。
背景技术
塑料编织袋是以聚丙烯为主要原料,经过挤出、拉丝,再经织造、编织、制袋而成。塑料编织袋的使用范围很广,就目前来说,塑料编织袋主要用于农产品包装、水泥袋包装、食品包装、岩土工程、旅游运输、抗洪物资等。堆放在库房中很容易被虫咬破而导致内装物漏出,在夏季高温和紫外线照射下容易老化、起皮、断裂、粉碎,在潮湿的环境中容易渗水进去,不仅使塑料编织袋加速失效,且很可能污损塑料编织袋内的物品。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种防水防晒塑料编织袋。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种防水防晒塑料编织袋,其特征在于,塑料编制袋的原料组分及重量份数如下:
聚丙烯:60-70份;
线性低密度聚乙烯:40-60份;
聚苯乙烯:15-20份;
二氧化钛:8-12份;
纳米碳酸钙:10-15份;
八溴醚:5-10份;
紫外线吸收剂:15-20份;
增粘剂:8-16份;
增韧剂:10-14份;
抗氧化剂:6-12份;
阻燃剂:5-10份;
填充剂:4-10份。
特别的,所述紫外线吸收剂为邻羟基二苯甲酮类紫外线吸收剂、苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂、水杨酸酯类紫外线吸收剂中的一种或几种。
特别的,所述增粘剂为酚醛树脂。
特别的,所述增韧剂为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、线性低密度聚乙烯具有强度大、韧性好、刚性大、耐热和耐寒性等优点,便于提高塑料编织袋的耐冲击强度、耐撕裂等性能;
2、二氧化钛有较好的紫外线掩蔽作用,常用作防晒剂使用,且紫外线吸收剂是一种光稳定剂,能吸收阳光中的紫外线部分,降低有害紫外光对塑料编织袋的伤害,延长其使用寿命;
3、纳米碳酸钙能够改善塑料编织袋的流变性能、提高其成型性能,同时纳米碳酸钙具有增韧补强的作用,从而有效改善塑料编织袋的韧性,提高耐冲击性能;
4、聚苯乙烯、八溴醚、阻燃剂的使用,便于提高塑料编织袋的阻燃性能;
5、增粘剂、增韧剂、抗氧化剂、填充剂的加入,便于进一步提高塑料编织袋的拉伸性能、使编织袋不易老化、起皮、断裂、粉碎,且在潮湿的环境中不容易渗水进去,避免影响编织袋内装载的物品,塑料编制袋的防水防晒效果好。
