本发明提供一种塑料编织袋用材料,其特征在于,按重量由下述组分组成:聚丙烯80‑120份;植物纤维淀粉30‑40份;线性低密度聚乙烯20‑24份;无卤膨胀型阻燃剂3‑15份;添加母料4‑8份;抗氧剂0.2‑0.6份;紫外吸收剂5‑7份;抗老化剂2‑4份;偶联剂0.5‑2份;硬脂酸锌0.2‑1份;蒙脱石1‑4份;环氧树脂2‑4份。本发明所需原料来源广泛,使用本发明配方的材料生产的塑料编织袋防潮性能优越,阻燃性能好,韧性高,提高了编织袋的使用寿命,并且废弃后容易降解,保护了环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑料编织袋用材料。
背景技术
塑料编织袋的主要原料成分为聚丙烯、聚乙烯,目前广泛应用于水泥、肥料、化工等领域。其主要生产工艺是利用原料经过挤出薄膜、拉丝、收卷、圆织、印刷、裁割、缝纫,最终得到塑料编织袋成品。而现有编织袋在高温环境下,容易发生老化、腐蚀,甚至发生自燃现象,在天气比较冷时容易发硬、发脆、起皮、断裂,严重影响使用安全和使用寿命,既浪费资源又污染环境。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种塑料编织袋用材料。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种塑料编织袋用材料,其特征在于,按重量由下述组分组成:
聚丙烯:80-120份;
植物纤维淀粉:30-40份;
线性低密度聚乙烯:20-24份;
无卤膨胀型阻燃剂:3-15份;
添加母料:4-8份;
抗氧剂:0.2-0.6份;
紫外吸收剂:5-7份;
抗老化剂:2-4份;
偶联剂:0.5-2份;
硬脂酸锌:0.2-1份;
蒙脱石:1-4份;
环氧树脂:2-4份。
所述添加母料为纳米碳酸钙、氧化钡、蛭石按重量比3:2:1的比例混合研磨制得混合物。
所述抗氧剂选用抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1076。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所需原料来源广泛,使用本发明配方的材料生产的塑料编织袋防潮性能优越,阻燃性能好,韧性高,提高了编织袋的使用寿命,并且废弃后容易降解,保护了环境。

聚丙烯:80份;
植物纤维淀粉:30份;
线性低密度聚乙烯:20份;

添加母料:4份;
抗氧剂:0.2份;
紫外吸收剂:5份;
抗老化剂:2份;
偶联剂:0.5份;
硬脂酸锌:0.2份;
蒙脱石:1份;
环氧树脂:2份。
所述添加母料为纳米碳酸钙、氧化钡、蛭石按重量比3:2:1的比例混合研磨制得混合物。
所述抗氧剂选用抗氧剂1010。
实施例2一种塑料编织袋用材料,其特征在于,按重量由下述组分组成:
聚丙烯:120份;
植物纤维淀粉:40份;
线性低密度聚乙烯:24份;
无卤膨胀型阻燃剂:15份;
添加母料:8份;
抗氧剂:0.6份;
紫外吸收剂:7份;
抗老化剂:4份;
偶联剂:2份;
硬脂酸锌:1份;
蒙脱石:4份;
环氧树脂:4份。
所述添加母料为纳米碳酸钙、氧化钡、蛭石按重量比3:2:1的比例混合研磨制得混合物。
所述抗氧剂选用抗氧剂1076。
本发明所需原料来源广泛,加入紫外吸收剂、抗氧剂和抗老化剂,可提高编织袋的抗老化、防腐性能,加入环氧树脂使得编织袋的力学性能好,编织袋尺寸稳定性好,加入蒙脱石后,吸附性能好,具有吸附活性、静态减湿和异味去除功效,另外加入的硬脂酸锌对聚乙烯的降解有显著的催化作用,总之使用本发明配方的材料生产的塑料编织袋防潮性能优越,阻燃性能好,韧性高,提高了编织袋的使用寿命,并且废弃后容易降解,保护了环境。

聚丙烯:80-120份;
植物纤维淀粉:30-40份;
线性低密度聚乙烯:20-24份;
无卤膨胀型阻燃剂:3-15份;
添加母料:4-8份;
抗氧剂:0.2-0.6份;
紫外吸收剂:5-7份;
抗老化剂:2-4份;
偶联剂:0.5-2份;
硬脂酸锌:0.2-1份;
蒙脱石:1-4份;
环氧树脂:2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料编织袋用材料,其特征在于,所述添加母料为纳米碳酸钙、氧化钡、蛭石按重量比3:2:1的比例混合研磨制得混合物。
