本发明公开了一种充电器保护罩,包括顶盖、外罩、底盘和支柱,外罩为上下通透的长方体结构,顶盖下端设有与外罩内侧形状相同的凸起,并且凸起卡在外罩上端,顶盖左右两侧均设有防护瓦,一边通过若干销套和转轴连接顶盖一边,销套固定在顶盖一边,转轴穿设在销套内且下端连接防护瓦一边,在外罩左右两侧面上设有至少一个绕线柱,绕线柱对应的外罩上端开设有过线槽,前后两侧面上开设有若干平行的散热窗,底盘由若干平行分布的撑板组成并固定在外罩下端,在底盘下端四周固定有四个竖直设置的支柱。本发明能够保护充电器不被风雨侵扰。

技术领域
本发明涉及防雨保护装置,尤其是涉及一种充电器保护罩。
背景技术
作为一种清洁能源,电能在日常生活中使用的越来越广泛,特别是在出行方面,电动车越来越成为人们短距离出行的首要交通工具,现在的电动车技术主要包括车体和电池,电池作为电能的储存容器,在使用后需要进行充电,目前基本上采用的充电方式是通过专用充电器连接电池和交流电源,但是由于大部分住宅小区内电动车停车棚不够用,所以很多电动车都是露天充电,碰到下雨天气极易引发事故,所以人们需要针对上述情况的防护装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够保护充电器不被风雨侵扰的充电器保护罩。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种充电器保护罩,包括顶盖、外罩、底盘和支柱,外罩为上下通透的长方体结构,顶盖下端设有与外罩内侧形状相同的凸起,并且凸起卡在外罩上端,顶盖左右两侧均设有防护瓦,防护瓦横切面为圆弧形且一边通过若干销套和转轴连接顶盖一边,销套固定在顶盖一边,转轴穿设在销套内且下端连接防护瓦一边,在外罩左右两侧面上设有至少一个绕线柱,绕线柱对应的外罩上端开设有过线槽,前后两侧面上开设有若干平行的散热窗,底盘由若干平行分布的撑板组成,底盘固定在外罩下端,在底盘下端四周固定有至少四个竖直设置的支柱。
所述防护瓦横切面为四分之一的圆筒状。
所述绕线柱为勾形结构且一端固定在外罩侧面,另一端悬空。
所述散热窗上部设有向外罩外侧的凸起,凸起与外罩为一体结构。
所述绕线柱有两个。
本发明具有以下突出的技术效果:
1.本发明可将充电器放置在外罩内部的空间,顶盖保护充电器上方不被雨水淋到,充电器两端的电线可分别缠绕在绕线柱上,防止雨水通过电线流向充电器,防护瓦进一步的防止雨水被风刮进过线槽,保护了充电器的安全。
2.本发明外罩前后两侧设置的散热窗能够及时将充电器散发出的热量疏散出去,并且在有效散热的同时,上部向外侧的凸起能够起到遮蔽的作用,防止雨水沿着散热窗进入外罩内,底盘的撑板之间也具有散热间隙,进一步防止充电器温度过高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1至图4所示,一种充电器保护罩,包括顶盖1、外罩5、底盘6和支柱7,外罩5为上下通透的长方体结构,顶盖1下端设有与外罩5内侧形状相同的凸起,并且凸起卡在外罩5上端,顶盖1左右两侧均设有防护瓦4,防护瓦4横切面为四分之一的圆筒状且一边通过若干销套和转轴3连接顶盖1一边,销套固定在顶盖1一边,转轴3穿设在销套内且下端连接防护瓦4一边,在外罩5左右两侧面上均设有两个绕线柱8,绕线柱8为勾形结构且一端固定在外罩5侧面,另一端悬空,绕线柱8对应的外罩5上端开设有过线槽,前后两侧面上开设有若干平行的散热窗2,散热窗2上部设有向外罩5外侧的凸起,凸起与外罩5为一体结构,散热窗2可对外罩5冲压形成,底盘6由若干平行分布的撑板组成,底盘6固定在外罩5下端,在底盘6下端四周固定有四个竖直设置的支柱7。
本发明可将充电器放置在外罩5内部的空间,顶盖1保护充电器上方不被雨水淋到,充电器两端的电线可分别缠绕在绕线柱8上,防止雨水通过电线流向充电器,防护瓦4进一步的防止雨水被风刮进过线槽,保护了充电器的安全;外罩5前后两侧设置的散热窗2能够及时将充电器散发出的热量疏散出去,并且在有效散热的同时,上部向外侧的凸起能够起到遮蔽的作用,防止雨水沿着散热窗2进入外罩5内,底盘6的撑板之间也具有散热间隙,进一步防止充电器温度过高。

1.一种充电器保护罩,其特征在于:包括顶盖、外罩、底盘和支柱,外罩为上下通透的长方体结构,顶盖下端设有与外罩内侧形状相同的凸起,并且凸起卡在外罩上端,顶盖左右两侧均设有防护瓦,防护瓦横切面为圆弧形且一边通过若干销套和转轴连接顶盖一边,销套固定在顶盖一边,转轴穿设在销套内且下端连接防护瓦一边,在外罩左右两侧面上设有至少一个绕线柱,绕线柱对应的外罩上端开设有过线槽,前后两侧面上开设有若干平行的散热窗,底盘由若干平行分布的撑板组成,底盘固定在外罩下端,在底盘下端四周固定有至少四个竖直设置的支柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电器保护罩,其特征在于:所述防护瓦横切面为四分之一的圆筒状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电器保护罩,其特征在于:所述绕线柱为勾形结构且一端固定在外罩侧面,另一端悬空。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电器保护罩,其特征在于:所述散热窗上部设有向外罩外侧的凸起,凸起与外罩为一体结构。
