本发明提供一种用于热熔胶的搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶体、搅拌电机、上支撑部、下支撑部以及热熔胶搅拌轴,搅拌桶体顶部安装搅拌电机;搅拌电机的输出轴竖直贯穿搅拌桶体的顶部向下连接上支撑部;上支撑部包括上支架、丝杠、滑杆、搅拌轴连杆;热熔胶搅拌轴的数量也为两个,均包括上搅拌轴与下搅拌轴,表面均匀分布有搅拌桨。本发明能够针对更为粘稠的热熔胶进行有效的搅拌混合,有助于提升其后续加工质量以及加工效率,大大提高了化工加工中的效率以及成品质量,带来成本的降低以及收益的提升。

技术领域
本发明属于化工设备领域,具体涉及一种用于热熔胶的搅拌装置。
背景技术
热熔胶是一种可塑性的粘合剂,在一定温度范围内其物理状态随温度改变而改变,而化学特性不变,其无毒无味,属于环保型化学产品,被广泛应用于化工生产中。在使用时一般需要根据具体用途适当加入其它助剂进行混合改性,但是现有的搅拌装置搅拌混合效率较低,在一定程度上延缓了后续加工效率以及质量。
因此,针对以上问题研制出一种用于热熔胶的高效搅拌装置是本领域技术人员所急需解决的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了用于热熔胶的搅拌装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于热熔胶的搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶体、搅拌电机、上支撑部、下支撑部以及热熔胶搅拌轴,搅拌桶体的顶部安装搅拌电机;搅拌电机的输出轴竖直贯穿搅拌桶体的顶部向下连接上支撑部;上支撑部包括上支架、丝杠、滑杆、搅拌轴连杆;上支架为开口向下的“U”型架;丝杠以及滑杆分别转动连接于上支架的中部以及开口处,丝杠的中部配合安装有两侧螺纹反向设置的丝杠螺母;搅拌轴连杆的数量为两个,设置于丝杠螺母的两侧,其顶端配合安装于丝杠的表面,底端套设于滑杆的表面并竖直向下设置;下支撑部转动连接于搅拌桶体的底部中心;热熔胶搅拌轴的数量也为两个,均包括上搅拌轴与下搅拌轴,表面均匀分布有搅拌桨;上搅拌轴的上端分别转动连接于两个搅拌轴连杆的底端,下端与下搅拌轴的上端滑动连接;下搅拌轴的下端分别转动连接于下支撑部的两侧。
本发明提供了一种用于热熔胶的搅拌装置,由搅拌桶体、搅拌电机、上支撑部、下支撑部以及热熔胶搅拌轴组成,其中搅拌电机安装在搅拌桶体顶部,并向搅拌桶体内侧顶部连接上支撑部,本发明中的上支撑部由上支架、丝杠、滑杆、搅拌轴连杆组成,并且上支架设计为开口向下的“U”型架,丝杠以及滑杆分别转动连接在上支架中部以及开口处,同时丝杠中部配合安装两侧螺纹反向设置的丝杠螺母,搅拌轴连杆设计为两个,设置在丝杠螺母两侧,顶端配合安装在丝杠表面,底端套设在滑杆表面并竖直向下转动连接热熔胶搅拌轴中的上搅拌轴,而下搅拌轴的上端设计为与上搅拌轴的底端滑动连接,下端转动连接在下支撑部两侧,并且支撑部选择转动连接在搅拌桶体的内侧底部,该设计使得下搅拌轴与下支撑部的间距始终保持不变,而滑动于其顶端的上搅拌轴能够在随着丝杠螺母转动进行移动的同时,底部与下搅拌轴的角度也能够随之调节,从而达到更为有效的搅拌效果。
作为优选,下支撑部为开口向上的“U”型架;下搅拌轴的下端分别转动连接于下支撑部的顶部开口两侧。
作为优选,上支撑部还包括调节电机与调节齿轮;调节齿轮安装于丝杠螺母的表面;调节电机竖直向下安装于上支架的顶部,其输出轴安装有传动齿轮;传动齿轮与调节齿轮相啮合。
为了使得本发明在运作时自动化效果更为优秀,本发明在上支撑部上还增设有调节电机以及调节齿轮,通过将调节齿轮安装在丝杠螺母表面,调节电机输出轴上固定有与调节齿轮相啮合的传动齿轮,保证了当调节电机运作时能够带动丝杠螺母旋转。
作为优选,丝杠位于丝杠螺母两侧的表面对称设有限位槽;搅拌轴连杆的顶端配合安装于限位槽中。
作为优选,搅拌桨为螺旋杆状。
本发明与现有技术相比,能够针对更为粘稠的热熔胶进行有效的搅拌混合,有助于提升其后续加工质量以及加工效率,大大提高了化工加工中的效率以及成品质量,带来成本的降低以及收益的提升。

以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示为本发明的结构示意图,本发明为一种用于热熔胶的搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶体1、搅拌电机2、上支撑部、下支撑部8以及热熔胶搅拌轴。
搅拌桶体1的顶部安装搅拌电机2;搅拌电机2的输出轴竖直贯穿搅拌桶体1的顶部向下连接上支撑部。
上支撑部包括上支架3、丝杠4、滑杆5、搅拌轴连杆6;上支架3为开口向下的“U”型架;丝杠4以及滑杆5分别转动连接于上支架3的中部以及开口处,丝杠4的中部配合安装有两侧螺纹反向设置的丝杠螺母7,丝杠4位于丝杠螺母7两侧的表面对称设有限位槽;搅拌轴连杆6的数量为两个,设置于丝杠螺母7的两侧,其顶端配合安装于限位槽中,底端套设于滑杆5的表面并竖直向下设置。
下支撑部8转动连接于搅拌桶体1的底部中心,为开口向上的“U”型架;
热熔胶搅拌轴的数量也为两个,均包括上搅拌轴9与下搅拌轴10,表面均匀分布有搅拌桨11,搅拌桨11为螺旋杆状;上搅拌轴9的上端分别转动连接于两个搅拌轴连杆6的底端,下端与下搅拌轴10的上端滑动连接;下搅拌轴10的下端分别转动连接于下支撑部8的顶部开口两侧。
其中,上支撑部还包括调节电机12与调节齿轮13;调节齿轮13安装于丝杠螺母7的表面;调节电机12竖直向下安装于上支架3的顶部,其输出轴安装有传动齿轮14;传动齿轮14与调节齿轮13相啮合。

1.一种用于热熔胶的搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶体(1)、搅拌电机(2)、上支撑部、下支撑部(8)以及热熔胶搅拌轴,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶体(1)的顶部安装搅拌电机(2);所述搅拌电机(2)的输出轴竖直贯穿搅拌桶体(1)的顶部向下连接上支撑部;所述上支撑部包括上支架(3)、丝杠(4)、滑杆(5)、搅拌轴连杆(6);所述上支架(3)为开口向下的“U”型架;所述丝杠(4)以及滑杆(5)分别转动连接于上支架(3)的中部以及开口处,丝杠(4)的中部配合安装有两侧螺纹反向设置的丝杠螺母(7);所述搅拌轴连杆(6)的数量为两个,设置于丝杠螺母(7)的两侧,其顶端配合安装于丝杠(4)的表面,底端套设于滑杆(5)的表面并竖直向下设置;所述下支撑部(8)转动连接于搅拌桶体(1)的底部中心;所述热熔胶搅拌轴的数量也为两个,均包括上搅拌轴(9)与下搅拌轴(10),表面均匀分布有搅拌桨(11);所述上搅拌轴(9)的上端分别转动连接于两个搅拌轴连杆(6)的底端,下端与下搅拌轴(10)的上端滑动连接;所述下搅拌轴(10)的下端分别转动连接于下支撑部(8)的两侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于热熔胶的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述下支撑部(8)为开口向上的“U”型架;所述下搅拌轴(10)的下端分别转动连接于下支撑部(8)的顶部开口两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于热熔胶的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述上支撑部还包括调节电机(12)与调节齿轮(13);所述调节齿轮(13)安装于丝杠螺母(7)的表面;所述调节电机(12)竖直向下安装于上支架(3)的顶部,其输出轴安装有传动齿轮(14);所述传动齿轮(14)与调节齿轮(13)相啮合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于热熔胶的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述丝杠(4)位于丝杠螺母(7)两侧的表面对称设有限位槽;所述搅拌轴连杆(6)的顶端配合安装于限位槽中。
