果脯具有增进食欲、强身健体、滋阴补虚等功效,老少皆宜。目前市场上的果脯种类繁多,如冬瓜果脯、苹果果脯、山楂果脯、柠檬果脯等。然而,目前市场上的果脯种类较为单一。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术中所存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种具有保健作用的青梅果脯。
本发明采用以下技术方案来实现:一种具有保健作用的青梅果脯,由以下质量份的原料制成:青梅90-100份、红枣30-40份、蜂蜜10-15份、冰糖10-15份、姜黄2-3份、甘草片2-3份、柠檬酸5-10份、红茶15-20份、薄荷根茎20-25份。
