本发明的一种用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其原料包括偶氮二异丁腈、硫酸钠、碳纤维、氨基邻甲酚、乙二醇硬脂酸酯、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、邻苯二甲酸二酯、碳酸钠、对氨基苯甲酸、间苯二胺、十二醇硫酸钠、单甘脂、对甲基苯胺、防静电助剂、耐热改性助剂和水,其中以偶氮二异丁腈为主料,以硫酸钠、碳纤维、氨基邻甲酚、乙二醇硬脂酸酯、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、邻苯二甲酸二酯、碳酸钠、对氨基苯甲酸、间苯二胺、十二醇硫酸钠、单甘脂和对甲基苯胺为主料的增强料,以防静电助剂和耐热改性助剂为补强改性助剂,通过主料、主料增强料和补强改性助剂配合,得到的猪毛印染染料具有优异的防静电性能。其中,防静电助剂通过将去离子水、叔丁醇、2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、异丙醇、纳米硅藻土、氢氧化镁、氧化铝、蒙脱土、纳米硼酸锌、碳化硅、氟化碳、硅微粉、石英粉、钼酸钠、陶瓷微粉和白玉刚粉末投入反应釜中混合均匀,加热,保温,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将苯乙烯、丙烯酸异辛酯、硅酸乙酯和有机硅单体加入物料a中搅拌均匀,升温,保温,冷却至室温得到物料b;将乙烯基硅油、二氧化硅气凝胶及二甲基甲酰胺加入物料b中,搅拌,得到物料c;向物料c中加入质量分数为5-15%的过硫酸钾溶液,然后升温,保温,冷却至室温,得到物料d;然后用氨水调解物料d的pH值至中性,过滤出料,得到防静电助剂,运用到本发明中,使得本发明的猪印染染料具有优异的防静电性能。其中,耐热改性助剂通过将纳米碳管和二氯乙烷混合均匀,超声处理,接着加入亚硫酰氯混合均匀,磁力搅拌,接着升温,回流20-30h,冷却至室温后加入2-丙烯-1-醇混合均匀,接着升温,搅拌,洗涤,离心分离后,将固体干燥,冷却至室温得到物料A;将聚丙烯、纳米氢氧化铝和多聚磷酸铝混合均匀,加热,保温,冷却至常温,然后加入聚四氟乙烯球磨,得物料B;将纳米石墨、炭黑、重晶石粉、纳米二氧化硅、云母粉和滑石粉混合均匀,加热,保温,然后加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯和硅烷偶联剂KH-570搅拌至常温得到物料b,然后将物料A和物料B混合均匀,烘干,研磨,冷却至室温得到耐热改性助剂,运用到本发明中,使得本发明的猪毛印染染料具有优异的耐热性能。本发明的猪毛印染染料具有优异的防静电性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做出详细说明,应当了解,实施例只用于说明本发明,而不是用于对本发明进行限定,任何在本发明基础上所做的修改、等同替换等均在本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其原料按重量份包括:偶氮二异丁腈15份、硫酸钠10份、碳纤维6份、氨基邻甲酚6份、乙二醇硬脂酸酯3.5份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份、邻苯二甲酸二酯5.5份、碳酸钠5份、对氨基苯甲酸3份、间苯二胺6份、十二醇硫酸钠3.5份、单甘脂2.5份、对甲基苯胺6份、防静电助剂6份、耐热改性助剂9份、水15份。
防静电助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份去离子水、10份叔丁醇、6.5份2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、4份异丙醇、3份纳米硅藻土、6份氢氧化镁、4份氧化铝、2.5份蒙脱土、6份纳米硼酸锌、4.5份碳化硅、3份氟化碳、5.5份硅微粉、2.5份石英粉、6份钼酸钠、6.5份陶瓷微粉和5.5份白玉刚粉末投入反应釜中混合均匀,加热至65℃,保温1.5h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将3份苯乙烯、6.5份丙烯酸异辛酯、4份硅酸乙酯和3.5份有机硅单体加入物料a中搅拌均匀,升温至85℃,保温2h,冷却至室温得到物料b;将5份乙烯基硅油、6份二氧化硅气凝胶及3份二甲基甲酰胺加入物料b中,搅拌35min,得到物料c;向物料c中加入6.5份质量分数为10%的过硫酸钾溶液,然后升温至62.5℃,保温25min,冷却至室温,得到物料d;然后用氨水调解物料d的pH值至中性,过滤出料,得到防静电助剂。
耐热改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将15份纳米碳管和4份二氯乙烷混合均匀,超声处理2h,接着加入3份亚硫酰氯混合均匀,磁力搅拌30min,接着升温至85℃,回流25h,冷却至室温后加入6份2-丙烯-1-醇混合均匀,接着升温至50℃,搅拌24h,洗涤3次,离心分离后,将固体于45℃干燥9h,冷却至室温得到物料A;将5.5份聚丙烯、3份纳米氢氧化铝和5份多聚磷酸铝混合均匀,加热至475℃,保温15min,冷却至常温,然后加入6.5份聚四氟乙烯球磨12min,得物料B;将6份纳米石墨、3.5份炭黑、3份重晶石粉、6份纳米二氧化硅、5.5份云母粉和3.5份滑石粉混合均匀,加热至80℃,保温10min,然后加入6份季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯和6.5份硅烷偶联剂KH-570搅拌至常温得到物料b,然后将物料A和物料B混合均匀,烘干,研磨,冷却至室温得到耐热改性助剂。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其原料按重量份包括:偶氮二异丁腈10份、硫酸钠15份、碳纤维4份、氨基邻甲酚9份、乙二醇硬脂酸酯2份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、邻苯二甲酸二酯3份、碳酸钠8份、对氨基苯甲酸1份、间苯二胺9份、十二醇硫酸钠2份、单甘脂4份、对甲基苯胺3份、防静电助剂8份、耐热改性助剂6份、水20份。
防静电助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10份去离子水、15份叔丁醇、4份2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、6份异丙醇、1份纳米硅藻土、9份氢氧化镁、2份氧化铝、4份蒙脱土、4份纳米硼酸锌、7份碳化硅、1份氟化碳、9份硅微粉、1份石英粉、9份钼酸钠、4份陶瓷微粉和9份白玉刚粉末投入反应釜中混合均匀,加热至60℃,保温2h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将1份苯乙烯、9份丙烯酸异辛酯、2份硅酸乙酯和6份有机硅单体加入物料a中搅拌均匀,升温至80℃,保温3h,冷却至室温得到物料b;将2份乙烯基硅油、9份二氧化硅气凝胶及1份二甲基甲酰胺加入物料b中,搅拌50min,得到物料c;向物料c中加入4份质量分数为15%的过硫酸钾溶液,然后升温至60℃,保温30min,冷却至室温,得到物料d;然后用氨水调解物料d的pH值至中性,过滤出料,得到防静电助剂。
耐热改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将10份纳米碳管和6份二氯乙烷混合均匀,超声处理1h,接着加入5份亚硫酰氯混合均匀,磁力搅拌20min,接着升温至90℃,回流20h,冷却至室温后加入9份2-丙烯-1-醇混合均匀,接着升温至45℃,搅拌26h,洗涤1次,离心分离后,将固体于50℃干燥6h,冷却至室温得到物料A;将9份聚丙烯、1份纳米氢氧化铝和8份多聚磷酸铝混合均匀,加热至450℃,保温20min,冷却至常温,然后加入4份聚四氟乙烯球磨16min,得物料B;将3份纳米石墨、5份炭黑、1份重晶石粉、8份纳米二氧化硅、3份云母粉和5份滑石粉混合均匀,加热至70℃,保温15min,然后加入3份季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯和9份硅烷偶联剂KH-570搅拌至常温得到物料b,然后将物料A和物料B混合均匀,烘干,研磨,冷却至室温得到耐热改性助剂。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其原料按重量份包括:偶氮二异丁腈20份、硫酸钠5份、碳纤维8份、氨基邻甲酚3份、乙二醇硬脂酸酯5份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份、邻苯二甲酸二酯8份、碳酸钠2份、对氨基苯甲酸5份、间苯二胺3份、十二醇硫酸钠5份、单甘脂1份、对甲基苯胺9份、防静电助剂4份、耐热改性助剂12份、水10份。
防静电助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将20份去离子水、5份叔丁醇、9份2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、2份异丙醇、5份纳米硅藻土、3份氢氧化镁、6份氧化铝、1份蒙脱土、8份纳米硼酸锌、2份碳化硅、5份氟化碳、2份硅微粉、4份石英粉、3份钼酸钠、9份陶瓷微粉和2份白玉刚粉末投入反应釜中混合均匀,加热至70℃,保温1h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将5份苯乙烯、4份丙烯酸异辛酯、6份硅酸乙酯和1份有机硅单体加入物料a中搅拌均匀,升温至90℃,保温1h,冷却至室温得到物料b;将8份乙烯基硅油、3份二氧化硅气凝胶及5份二甲基甲酰胺加入物料b中,搅拌20min,得到物料c;向物料c中加入9份质量分数为5%的过硫酸钾溶液,然后升温至65℃,保温20min,冷却至室温,得到物料d;然后用氨水调解物料d的pH值至中性,过滤出料,得到防静电助剂。
耐热改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将20份纳米碳管和2份二氯乙烷混合均匀,超声处理3h,接着加入1份亚硫酰氯混合均匀,磁力搅拌40min,接着升温至80℃,回流30h,冷却至室温后加入3份2-丙烯-1-醇混合均匀,接着升温至55℃,搅拌22h,洗涤4次,离心分离后,将固体于40℃干燥12h,冷却至室温得到物料A;将2份聚丙烯、5份纳米氢氧化铝和2份多聚磷酸铝混合均匀,加热至500℃,保温10min,冷却至常温,然后加入9份聚四氟乙烯球磨8min,得物料B;将9份纳米石墨、2份炭黑、5份重晶石粉、4份纳米二氧化硅、8份云母粉和2份滑石粉混合均匀,加热至90℃,保温5min,然后加入9份季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯和4份硅烷偶联剂KH-570搅拌至常温得到物料b,然后将物料A和物料B混合均匀,烘干,研磨,冷却至室温得到耐热改性助剂。

1.一种用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:偶氮二异丁腈10-20份、硫酸钠5-15份、碳纤维4-8份、氨基邻甲酚3-9份、乙二醇硬脂酸酯2-5份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-5份、邻苯二甲酸二酯3-8份、碳酸钠2-8份、对氨基苯甲酸1-5份、间苯二胺3-9份、十二醇硫酸钠2-5份、单甘脂1-4份、对甲基苯胺3-9份、防静电助剂4-8份、耐热改性助剂6-12份、水10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其特征在于,防静电助剂的原料按重量份包括:去离子水10-20份、叔丁醇5-15份、2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵4-9份、异丙醇2-6份、纳米硅藻土1-5份、氢氧化镁3-9份、氧化铝2-6份、蒙脱土1-4份、纳米硼酸锌4-8份、碳化硅2-7份、氟化碳1-5份、硅微粉2-9份、石英粉1-4份、钼酸钠3-9份、陶瓷微粉4-9份、白玉刚粉2-9份、苯乙烯1-5份、丙烯酸异辛酯4-9份、硅酸乙酯2-6份、有机硅单体1-6份、乙烯基硅油2-8份、二氧化硅气凝胶3-9份、二甲基甲酰胺1-5份、质量分数为5-15%的过硫酸钾溶液4-9份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其特征在于,防静电助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将去离子水、叔丁醇、2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、异丙醇、纳米硅藻土、氢氧化镁、氧化铝、蒙脱土、纳米硼酸锌、碳化硅、氟化碳、硅微粉、石英粉、钼酸钠、陶瓷微粉和白玉刚粉末投入反应釜中混合均匀,加热,保温,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将苯乙烯、丙烯酸异辛酯、硅酸乙酯和有机硅单体加入物料a中搅拌均匀,升温,保温,冷却至室温得到物料b;将乙烯基硅油、二氧化硅气凝胶及二甲基甲酰胺加入物料b中,搅拌,得到物料c;向物料c中加入质量分数为5-15%的过硫酸钾溶液,然后升温,保温,冷却至室温,得到物料d;然后用氨水调解物料d的pH值至中性,过滤出料,得到防静电助剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其特征在于,防静电助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将去离子水、叔丁醇、2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵、异丙醇、纳米硅藻土、氢氧化镁、氧化铝、蒙脱土、纳米硼酸锌、碳化硅、氟化碳、硅微粉、石英粉、钼酸钠、陶瓷微粉和白玉刚粉末投入反应釜中混合均匀,加热至60-70℃,保温1-2h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将苯乙烯、丙烯酸异辛酯、硅酸乙酯和有机硅单体加入物料a中搅拌均匀,升温至80-90℃,保温1-3h,冷却至室温得到物料b;将乙烯基硅油、二氧化硅气凝胶及二甲基甲酰胺加入物料b中,搅拌20-50min,得到物料c;向物料c中加入质量分数为5-15%的过硫酸钾溶液,然后升温至60-65℃,保温20-30min,冷却至室温,得到物料d;然后用氨水调解物料d的pH值至中性,过滤出料,得到防静电助剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其特征在于,耐热改性助剂的原料按重量份包括:纳米碳管10-20份、二氯乙烷2-6份、亚硫酰氯1-5份、2-丙烯-1-醇3-9份、聚丙烯2-9份、纳米氢氧化铝1-5份、多聚磷酸铝2-8份、聚四氟乙烯4-9份、纳米石墨3-9份、炭黑2-5份、重晶石粉1-5份、纳米二氧化硅4-8份、云母粉3-8份、滑石粉2-5份、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯3-9份、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 4-9份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其特征在于,耐热改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将纳米碳管和二氯乙烷混合均匀,超声处理,接着加入亚硫酰氯混合均匀,磁力搅拌,接着升温,回流20-30h,冷却至室温后加入2-丙烯-1-醇混合均匀,接着升温,搅拌,洗涤,离心分离后,将固体干燥,冷却至室温得到物料A;将聚丙烯、纳米氢氧化铝和多聚磷酸铝混合均匀,加热,保温,冷却至常温,然后加入聚四氟乙烯球磨,得物料B;将纳米石墨、炭黑、重晶石粉、纳米二氧化硅、云母粉和滑石粉混合均匀,加热,保温,然后加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯和硅烷偶联剂KH-570搅拌至常温得到物料b,然后将物料A和物料B混合均匀,烘干,研磨,冷却至室温得到耐热改性助剂。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的用于猪毛印染的防静电染料,其特征在于,耐热改性助剂按如下工艺进行制备:将纳米碳管和二氯乙烷混合均匀,超声处理1-3h,接着加入亚硫酰氯混合均匀,磁力搅拌20-40min,接着升温至80-90℃,回流20-30h,冷却至室温后加入2-丙烯-1-醇混合均匀,接着升温至45-55℃,搅拌22-26h,洗涤1-4次,离心分离后,将固体于40-50℃干燥6-12h,冷却至室温得到物料A;将聚丙烯、纳米氢氧化铝和多聚磷酸铝混合均匀,加热至450-500℃,保温10-20min,冷却至常温,然后加入聚四氟乙烯球磨8-16min,得物料B;将纳米石墨、炭黑、重晶石粉、纳米二氧化硅、云母粉和滑石粉混合均匀,加热至70-90℃,保温5-15min,然后加入季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯和硅烷偶联剂KH-570搅拌至常温得到物料b,然后将物料A和物料B混合均匀,烘干,研磨,冷却至室温得到耐热改性助剂。
