本发明公开了一种高耐擦洗卷帘生产工艺,包括以下步骤:S1:进行坯布水洗,将坯布上的油脂去除;S2:涂层配方制备:所述涂层配方由以重量计份的40~50份树脂、35~45份钛白粉和5~25份无机颜填料混合组成,所述树脂选用Tg值在25℃‑60℃的水性纯丙乳液,所述钛白粉选用吸油值在17g/100g‑25g/100g的金红石型钛白粉;S3:坯布涂层:将步骤S2制备的涂层配方以15m/min‑22m/min的速度在步骤S1水洗完成的坯布上涂覆4~6次,并且最里层涂覆为黑色,每次在坯布上涂覆完成的涂层均进行烘干交联定型。用户可经常对产品进行擦洗维护,确保产品外观整洁,同时在擦洗过程中不会破坏涂层面,不会影响产品的外观和特性,因此延长卷帘的使用寿命。

高耐擦洗卷帘生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高耐擦洗卷帘生产工艺。
背景技术:
卷帘用于窗饰遮阳行业悬挂在室内,经常会沾染灰尘或者别的脏污,因此经常需要用清水或者肥皂水进行表面清洁,甚至会用浓度较低的酒精进行擦拭。普通的涂层卷帘在进行擦拭时表面涂层面会被破坏从而影响外观和正常使用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种高耐擦洗卷帘生产工艺,进而可延长卷帘使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种高耐擦洗卷帘生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:进行坯布水洗,将坯布上的油脂去除;
S2:涂层配方制备:所述涂层配方由以重量计份的40~50份树脂、35~45份钛白粉和5~25份无机颜填料混合组成,所述树脂选用Tg值在25℃-60℃的水性纯丙乳液,所述钛白粉选用吸油值在17g/100g-25g/100g的金红石型钛白粉;
S3:坯布涂层:将步骤S2制备的涂层配方以15m/min-22m/min的速度在步骤S1水洗完成的坯布上涂覆4~6次,并且最里层涂覆为黑色,每次在坯布上涂覆完成的涂层均以12m/min-18m/min的车速经过100℃、120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、130℃、120℃七个单独控制的烘箱进行烘干交联定型。
作为优选,步骤S3中坯布的每一层涂层涂覆完成后的含水量在10%~15%之间。
作为优选,步骤S2的制备的涂层配方还加入有按重量计份的0.1~1份交联剂和0.3~3份疏水剂。
作为优选,所述交联剂选用异氰酸酯类、有机硅类、氮丙啶类和密胺类交联剂。
作为优选,所述疏水剂选用有机硅类、氟碳聚合物类和高熔点石蜡类疏水剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:用户可经常对产品进行擦洗维护,确保产品外观整洁,同时在擦洗过程中不会破坏涂层面,不会影响产品的外观和特性,因此延长卷帘的使用寿命。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
如图1所示的一种高耐擦洗卷帘生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:进行坯布水洗,将坯布上的油脂去除;在织布过程中通常会加入一些润滑性油脂,而涂层浆料为水性体系。为保证涂层有良好的付着性和擦拭牢度,需要将胚布上的油脂去除,因此胚布水洗变成一道至关重要的工艺;
S2:涂层配方制备:所述涂层配方由以重量计份的40~50份树脂、35~45份钛白粉和5~25份无机颜填料混合组成,由于产品是用于室内的遮阳卷帘,因此环保和耐候性是首要考虑因素,同时,一般树脂的玻璃化转变温度越高,树脂的耐磨性越强,因此需要选择Tg值较高的树脂。但是,Tg值过高成膜性不好,容易导致粉化和龟裂,影响正常使用,因此所述树脂选用Tg值在25℃-60℃的水性纯丙乳液,为保证产品的耐候性,除选择正确的树脂外,钛白粉也是重要指标,需要选择金红石型钛白粉。钛白粉的吸油值不能过高,否则需要大量的树脂去进行包覆,影响产品的耐擦洗性能,因此所述钛白粉选用吸油值在17g/100g-25g/100g的金红石型钛白粉;
S3:坯布涂层:将步骤S2制备的涂层配方以15m/min-22m/min的速度在步骤S1水洗完成的坯布上涂覆4~6次,为保证产品的遮光性和表面良好的遮盖率,因此需要涂覆4~6次,并且最里层涂覆为黑色,外层根据客户需求进行不同的配色,每次在坯布上涂覆完成的涂层均以12m/min-18m/min的车速经过100℃、120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、130℃、120℃七个单独控制的烘箱进行烘干交联定型。
涂层过程中,每一层不能过干也不能含水率太高。过干,层与层之间粘结牢度不够,影响产品的耐擦洗性能。含水率太高,后车收卷时日容易粘连,不能进行下一道涂层,因此步骤S3中坯布的每一层涂层涂覆完成后的含水量在10%~15%之间。
步骤S2的制备的涂层配方还加入有按重量计份的0.1~1份交联剂和0.3~3份疏水剂,在涂层配方里加入一定量的交联剂,形成空间网络结构有利于提高产品的耐擦洗性能,将涂层表面涂覆一层疏水涂层也能提高产品的耐擦洗性能。
所述交联剂选用异氰酸酯类、有机硅类、氮丙啶类和密胺类交联剂,
所述疏水剂选用有机硅类、氟碳聚合物类和高熔点石蜡类疏水剂。

Claims (5)

1.一种高耐擦洗卷帘生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:进行坯布水洗,将坯布上的油脂去除;
S2:涂层配方制备:所述涂层配方由以重量计份的40~50份树脂、35~45份钛白粉和5~25份无机颜填料混合组成,所述树脂选用Tg值在25℃-60℃的水性纯丙乳液,所述钛白粉选用吸油值在17g/100g-25g/100g的金红石型钛白粉;
S3:坯布涂层:将步骤S2制备的涂层配方以15m/min-22m/min的速度在步骤S1水洗完成的坯布上涂覆4~6次,并且最里层涂覆为黑色,每次在坯布上涂覆完成的涂层均以12m/min-18m/min的车速经过100℃、120℃、150℃、150℃、150℃、130℃、120℃七个单独控制的烘箱进行烘干交联定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐擦洗卷帘生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S3中坯布的每一层涂层涂覆完成后的含水量在10%~15%之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐擦洗卷帘生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤S2的制备的涂层配方还加入有按重量计份的0.1~1份交联剂和0.3~3份疏水剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高耐擦洗卷帘生产工艺,其特征在于:所述交联剂选用异氰酸酯类、有机硅类、氮丙啶类和密胺类交联剂。
