技术领域
本发明涉及一种手机塑料壳的材料,尤其是一种塑料绝缘高强度手机壳材料,属于手机配件技术领域。
背景技术
金属是一种具有光泽(即对可见光强烈反射)、富有延展性、容易导电、导热等性质的物质。 地球上的绝大多数金属元素是以化合态存在于自然界中的。这是因为多数金属的化学性质比较活泼,只有极少数的金属如金、银等以游离态存在。金属在自然界中广泛存在,在生活中应用极为普遍,是在现代工业中非常重要和应用最多的一类物质。
塑料是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,可以自由改变成分及形体样式,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成。塑料的基本性能主要决定于树脂的本性,但添加剂也起着重要作用。有些塑料基本上是由合成树脂所组成,不含或少含添加剂,如有机玻璃、聚苯乙烯等。所谓塑料,其实它是合成树脂中的一种,形状跟天然树脂中的松树脂相似,经过化学手段进行人工合成,而被称之为塑料。
手机外壳主要由金属或塑料制成。金属手机外壳具有质感良好、强度高的优点,但是它存在造价高、不易加工、有信号问题、不易着色以及工艺复杂和生产效率低等问题,故其在市场上就很难占据优势。而塑料手机外壳的价格低廉、易于加工、着色容易、绝缘、对信号的影响小,且其成型方法主要是注塑和压制等,生产效率高,可大规模生产,因而在市场上的占有率相对较高。但是,现有的塑料手机外壳的强度低、防辐射性能差、耐磨性不好、抗压能力差、散热效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种塑料绝缘高强度手机壳材料。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种塑料绝缘高强度手机壳材料,其特征是,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:线性低密度聚乙烯10-30份、钙锌盐2-8份、甲基丙二醇3-9份、甲基硅油1-6份、稳定剂1-4份、交联剂1-3份、蓖麻油2-6份、硅线石粉6-12份、聚丙烯5-15份、聚烯烃5-12份、石墨粉1-3份、抗菌剂1-4份、碳酸钙1-3份、纳米二氧化钛5-10份。
所述交联剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐。
所述稳定剂为二碱式亚磷酸铅。
所述抗菌剂为纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂。
线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)为无毒、无味、无臭的乳白色颗粒,密度为0.918-0.935g/cm3。它与LDPE相比,具有较高的软化温度和熔融温度,有强度大、韧性好、刚性大、耐热、耐寒性好等优点,还具有良好的耐环境应力开裂性,耐冲击强度、耐撕裂强度等性能,并可耐酸、碱、有机溶剂等而广泛用于工业、农业、医药、卫生和日常生活用品等领域。
纳米二氧化钛是白色疏松粉末,屏蔽紫外线作用强,有良好的分散性和耐候性。可用于化妆品、功能纤维、塑料、涂料、油漆等领域,作为紫外线屏蔽剂,防止紫外线的侵害。
聚丙烯无毒、无味,密度小,强度、刚度、硬度耐热性均优于低压聚乙烯,可在100℃左右使用。具有良好的介电性能和高频绝缘性且不受湿度影响,但低温时变脆,不耐磨、易老化。适于制作一般机械零件、耐腐蚀零件和绝缘零件。常见的酸、碱等有机溶剂对它几乎不起作用。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:强度高,不易开裂,防辐射性能好,并具有较佳的防水效果,具有良好的抗菌防霉性能,耐老化性强,产品阻燃性能优异,产品耐高温,产品强度高,冲击强度好,成本低廉,操作简单,耐腐蚀。

实施例1
一种塑料绝缘高强度手机壳材料,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:线性低密度聚乙烯10-30份、钙锌盐2-8份、甲基丙二醇3-9份、甲基硅油1-6份、稳定剂1-4份、交联剂1-3份、蓖麻油2-6份、硅线石粉6-12份、聚丙烯5-15份、聚烯烃5-12份、石墨粉1-3份、抗菌剂1-4份、碳酸钙1-3份、纳米二氧化钛5-10份。
交联剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐,稳定剂为二碱式亚磷酸铅,抗菌剂为纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂。
实施例2
一种塑料绝缘高强度手机壳材料,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:线性低密度聚乙烯10份、钙锌盐8份、甲基丙二醇9份、甲基硅油1份、稳定剂4份、交联剂1份、蓖麻油2份、硅线石粉6份、聚丙烯5份、聚烯烃12份、石墨粉3份、抗菌剂4份、碳酸钙3份、纳米二氧化钛5份。
交联剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐,稳定剂为二碱式亚磷酸铅,抗菌剂为纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂。

1.一种塑料绝缘高强度手机壳材料,其特征是,包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:线性低密度聚乙烯10-30份、钙锌盐2-8份、甲基丙二醇3-9份、甲基硅油1-6份、稳定剂1-4份、交联剂1-3份、蓖麻油2-6份、硅线石粉6-12份、聚丙烯5-15份、聚烯烃5-12份、石墨粉1-3份、抗菌剂1-4份、碳酸钙1-3份、纳米二氧化钛5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料绝缘高强度手机壳材料,其特征是,所述交联剂为六氢邻苯二甲酸酐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料绝缘高强度手机壳材料,其特征是,所述稳定剂为二碱式亚磷酸铅。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料绝缘高强度手机壳材料,其特征是,所述抗菌剂为纳米磷酸锆载银抗菌剂。
