Abstract
一种浸渍纸饰面无甲醛胶合板及其制作工艺,所用的黏合材料由热塑性树脂薄膜与非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂配合使用。其上下表面各两层的粘合使用非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂;内部的其他层的黏合,使用热塑性树脂薄膜。通过热塑性树脂薄膜与非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂配合使用,降低了无甲醛胶合板生产成本的同时,有效解决了单纯使用热塑性薄膜生产的胶合板用浸渍纸饰面后龟裂问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明人造板行业中的人造板领域,涉及一种装饰装修或家具制作用无甲醛胶合板。
背景技术
胶合板是我国人造板生产中的主要品种,以往主要是通过用甲醛类胶粘剂(酚醛树脂胶粘剂、脲醛树脂胶粘剂或三聚氰胺改性的脲醛树脂胶粘剂)粘结旋切单板制取,但由于最突出的问题是释放出的游离酚和游离甲醛对人体会产生巨大的危害,因此近年来人们开始着手研究非甲醛类粘结材料生产胶合板。目前国内的主要研究方向有大豆蛋白胶粘剂生产胶合板、水性聚氨酯胶粘剂生产胶合板、改性淀粉胶粘剂生产胶合板、热塑性薄膜生产胶合板等。
由于热塑性薄膜综合成本较低,将是今后的重要发展方向。但是目前应用热塑性薄膜生产的胶合板生产过程中均须经过170℃左右的高温,使胶合板的水份和韧性发生了改变,在后期使用浸渍纸饰面后容易产生龟裂,影响了饰面胶合板的使用。因此,解决浸渍纸饰面后容易产生龟裂的问题,是关系到热塑性薄膜在胶合板生产中推广应用的关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改进现有技术的不足,而提供一种浸渍纸饰面无甲醛胶合板及其制作工艺,所用的黏合材料由热塑性树脂薄膜与非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂配合使用,具体的是其上下表面各两层的粘合使用非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂;内部的其他层的黏合,使用热塑性树脂薄膜。其制作工艺为:首先采用热塑性树脂薄膜制作胶合板的芯板,按照设计的厚度定厚砂光,再在上下两面使用非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂各粘贴一层旋切单板和一层装饰薄木;经修整抛光后再压贴饰面浸渍纸。
所述的热塑性树脂薄膜,可以是聚乙烯薄膜、聚丙烯薄膜、聚苯乙烯薄膜、VAE热熔膜以及它们的改性材料;可以是其中的一种或几种的混合材料,也可以是几种膜材料配合使用。
所述的非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂,可以是水性异氰酸酯胶黏剂(EPI)、改性大豆蛋白胶黏剂、改性玉米淀粉胶黏剂、生物单宁类胶黏剂、液化木质素类胶黏剂以及它们的混合或相互改性材料;可以是其中的一种或几种的混合材料,也可以是几种材料的配合使用。
通过其上下表面各两层的粘合使用非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂,有效解决了单纯使用热塑性薄膜制作的胶合板用浸渍纸饰面后的表面龟裂问题。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
实施例
以生产18mm多层胶合板为例,首先用旋切单板1与热塑性树脂薄膜2(图1)层向交替组坯,旋切单板可以是7-9层,经热压→冷压→修板→定厚砂光→养生等工序,制做无甲醛芯板;再将芯板涂布非甲醛类热固性液体胶后,两面各压贴一层旋切单板,旋切单板的厚度不小于1mm,经冷压→热压→修板→砂光→养生等工序,制作二次芯板;再将二次芯板涂布非甲醛类热固性液体胶后,两面各压贴一层装饰薄木,装饰薄木的厚度小于1mm,可以是整张的旋切薄木,也可以是单板重组木(科技木)经冷压→热压→修板→抛光→养生等工序,制作三次芯板;最后在三次芯板的上下两面,经热压覆贴饰面浸渍纸,即得到浸渍纸饰面无甲醛胶合板。
Claims (5)
1.一种浸渍纸饰面无甲醛胶合板,其特征在于在胶合板的制作过程中,所用的黏合材料由热塑性树脂薄膜与非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂配合使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无甲醛胶合板,其上下表面各两层的粘合使用非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂;内部的其他层的黏合,使用热塑性树脂薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性树脂薄膜,可以是聚乙烯薄膜、聚丙烯薄膜、聚苯乙烯薄膜、VAE热熔膜以及它们的改性材料;可以是其中的一种或几种的混合材料,也可以是几种膜材料配合使用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂,可以是水性异氰酸酯胶黏剂(EPI)、改性大豆蛋白胶黏剂、改性玉米淀粉胶黏剂、生物单宁类胶黏剂、液化木质素类胶黏剂以及它们的混合或相互改性材料;可以是其中的一种或几种的混合材料,也可以是几种材料的配合使用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无甲醛胶合板,其制作工艺为:首先采用热塑性树脂薄膜制作胶合板的芯板,按照设计的厚度定厚砂光,再在上下两面使用非甲醛类热固性液体胶黏剂各粘贴一层旋切单板和一层装饰薄木;在此基础上单面或双面粘贴无甲醛胶浸渍的木纹装饰纸,制作成浸渍纸饰面胶合板。
