本发明的技术方式是提供一种排毒果蔬汁,是由以下重量份的原料制成:苹果200-300份,西芹100-150份,黄瓜150-200份,苦瓜100-150份,青椒50-100份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种洋葱养生汁的制备方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:
1.将蔬菜苹果先洗一遍;
2.将洗净的蔬菜苹果放在清水中泡1个小时;
3.将泡过的蔬菜苹果再用清水洗一遍;
4.用饮用水过一过蔬菜苹果;
5.将原料切碎后放入搅拌机内搅拌约2分钟成乳汁状即可饮用。
