Abstract
本发明公开了一种加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料,它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,其百分比为99.7~99.8˸0.2~0.3;所述微生物添加剂为酿酒酵母菌2.5~3.4份、枯草芽孢杆菌1.6~1.95份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.02~0.06份;均采用液体培养基培养;本加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料通过微生物在母猪体内的繁殖与富聚作用,产生纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、β‑葡聚糖酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、有机酸等多种物质;能有效降低仔猪肠道PH值,预防、缓解断奶、应激反应和致病菌而产生的腹泻,提高仔猪抗病能力;提高钙、磷、铁等元素的吸收,减少仔猪体内毒素的生成,增强仔猪的营养代谢、促进采食和消化、显著提高日增重和增强免疫力;对降低仔猪粪便异味有明显作用。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料,属于动物饲料技术领域。
背景技术:
随着现代社会的快速发展和人生活水平的不断提高,猪肉已经成为每个家庭生活中必不可少的蛋白质来源,仔猪是猪生长阶段最重要的环节,若这一阶段没有控制好,会严重影响猪肉的品质以及猪的出栏量;饲料对于仔猪的成长是极其关键的,现有技术中考虑到仔猪成长过程中疾病的预防和控制等问题,出现了一些饲料添加剂,但是这些产品添加主要是激素类药物或者其他加剂,如抗生素、激素、高铜、瘦肉精和砷制剂添加剂等,短期内看是解决了一些问题,但实际上导致猪肉品质急剧下降,更重要的是会对人的身体健康造成具大的危害;另外,长期用这些添加剂会导致猪的抗药性,且不利于仔猪的消化吸收,适口性差等诸多问题;因此,需要一种既能满足仔猪生长发育,适口性好,促进仔猪健康生长,又能提高猪肉品质,不会对人体健康造成危害的新的饲料来解决现有问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是通过微生物在仔猪体内的繁殖生长,产生大量有机酸、并与肠粘膜细胞紧密结合,在肠粘膜表面定植占位,保护、培育肠道菌群屏障;同时在胃肠道内产生淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、β-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶等多种消化酶,建立适应仔猪健康生长的胃肠道微生态系统,提供一种加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案来实现:一种加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料,它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,其百分比为99.7~99.8︰0.2~0.3;所述的配合料由玉米18%~22%、麸皮14%~18%、大麦18%~22%、四号粉13%~17.5%、炒豆粕9.5%~17.5%、稻谷10%~13.5%、食盐0.35%~0.6%、蚕蛹3%~6%、菜籽饼5%~8%、预混料1%~5%十种原料配制而成;
所述的预混料由以下原料配制而成:维生素A0.1~0.35份、维生素D30.01~0.05份、维生素E1~3份、维生素B120.01~0.03份、烟酸2~3份、硫胺素1.5~3份、氯化钴60~95份、硫酸铜3~8份、硫酸锌10~20份、硫酸亚铁45~80份、防霉剂45~70份、抗氧化剂10~42份、核黄素0.3~1份;泛酸钙0.9~1.5份;烟酸2~4份;生物素0.005~0.05份;叶酸0.03~0.06份;氯化胆碱68~295份;
所述微生物添加剂为酿酒酵母菌2.5~3.4份、枯草芽孢杆菌1.6~1.95份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.02~0.06份;均采用液体培养基培养;
所述液体培养基配方为:
1.酿酒酵母采用的液体培养基配方为:5°Bé麦芽汁 1.0L,琼脂 15.0g,自然pH,酿酒酵母≧1.1×108个/g,水份≤ 12%;
2.枯草芽孢杆菌采用的液体培养基配方为:蛋白胨 5.0g,牛肉浸取物 3.0g,氯化钠5.0g,琼脂 15.0g,蒸馏水 1.0L,pH7.0;[注] 培养芽孢杆菌时加入5mg 硫酸锰,则有利于产生芽孢,枯草芽孢杆菌≧1.3×108个/g,水份≤ 12%;
3.嗜酸乳杆菌采用的液体培养基配方为:酪蛋白胨(胰酶消化) 10g,肉汤提取物 10g,酵母粉 5g,葡萄糖 20g,吐温80 1g,磷酸氢二钾2g,醋酸钠 5g,柠檬酸二铵 2g,七水硫酸镁0.2g,硫酸锰0.05g,pH6.2~6.5,嗜酸乳杆菌≧1.0×108个/g,水份≤ 12%;
所述配合料的制备方法为:取如下重量份配比的原料:玉米18%~22%、麸皮14%~18%、大麦18%~22%、四号粉13%~17.5%、炒豆粕9.5%~17.5%、稻谷10%~13.5%、食盐0.35%~0.6%、蚕蛹3%~6%、菜籽饼5%~8%、预混料1%~5%;将其中的玉米、麸皮、大麦、四号粉、炒豆粕、稻谷、蚕蛹、菜籽饼粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀;其中预混料的制备方法为:取如下重量份配比的原料:维生素A0.1~0.35份、维生素D30.01~0.05份、维生素E1~3份、维生素B120.01~0.03份、烟酸2~3份、硫胺素1.5~3份、氯化钴60~95份、硫酸铜3~8份、硫酸锌10~20份、硫酸亚铁45~80份、防霉剂45~70份、抗氧化剂10~42份、核黄素0.3~1份;泛酸钙0.9~1.5份;烟酸2~4份;生物素0.005~0.05份;叶酸0.03~0.06份;氯化胆碱68~295份;将烟酸、硫胺素、氯化钴、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、核黄素、泛酸钙、氯化胆碱粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀。
由于采用了以上技术方案,较好的实现了其发明目的,本发明得到的加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料有益菌品种多,数量大,可长期在饲料中直接添加使用;能够通过微生物在母猪体内的繁殖与富聚作用,产生纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶、有机酸等多种物质;能有效降低仔猪肠道PH值,预防、缓解断奶、应激反应和致
病菌而产生的腹泻,提高仔猪抗病能力;提高钙、磷、铁等元素的吸收,减少仔猪体内毒素的生成,增强仔猪的营养代谢、促进采食和消化、显著提高日增重和增强免疫力;能极大程度减少肠道内硫化氢、亚硝基胺、吲哚等毒素旧囊:对降低仔猪粪便异味有明显作用。

实施例1:
由发明内容可知,一种加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料,它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,其百分比为99.7~99.8︰0.2~0.3;所述的配合料由玉米18%~22%、麸皮14%~18%、大麦18%~22%、四号粉13%~17.5%、炒豆粕9.5%~17.5%、稻谷10%~13.5%、食盐0.35%~0.6%、蚕蛹3%~6%、菜籽饼5%~8%、预混料1%~5%十种原料配制而成;

实施例2:
由发明内容可知,一种加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料,它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,99.7︰0.3;所述的配合料由玉米20%、麸皮16%、大麦20%、四号粉17%、炒豆粕12.5%、稻谷12%、食盐0.5%、蚕蛹5%、菜籽饼7%、预混料3%;将其中的玉米、麸皮、大麦、四号粉、炒豆粕、稻谷、蚕蛹、菜籽饼粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀;其中预混料的制备方法为:取如下重量份配比的原料:维生素A0.25份、维生素D30.03份、维生素E3份、维生素B120.03份、烟酸2份、硫胺素2.5份、氯化钴70份、硫酸铜5份、硫酸锌15份、硫酸亚铁47份、防霉剂60份、抗氧化剂24份、核黄素0.9份、泛酸钙1.4份、烟酸3份、生物素0.02份、叶酸0.04份、氯化胆碱200份,将烟酸、硫胺素、氯化钴、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、核黄素、泛酸钙、氯化胆碱粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀。
所述微生物添加剂为酿酒酵母菌2.8份、枯草芽孢杆菌1.75份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.05份;均采用液体培养基培养。
实施例3:
由发明内容可知,一种加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料,它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,99.8︰0.2;所述的配合料由玉米19%、麸皮16%、大麦21%、四号粉17%、炒豆粕16%、稻谷11%、食盐0.35%、蚕蛹6%、菜籽饼8%、预混料4%;将其中的玉米、麸皮、大麦、四号粉、炒豆粕、稻谷、蚕蛹、菜籽饼粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀;其中预混料的制备方法为:取如下重量份配比的原料:维生素A0.35份、维生素D30.01份、维生素E1份、维生素B120.01份、烟酸2份、硫胺素1.5份、氯化钴60份、硫酸铜3份、硫酸锌10份、硫酸亚铁45份、防霉剂45份、抗氧化剂10份、核黄素0.3份;泛酸钙0.9份;烟酸2份;生物素0.005份;叶酸0.03份;氯化胆碱68份;将烟酸、硫胺素、氯化钴、硫酸铜、硫酸锌、硫酸亚铁、核黄素、泛酸钙、氯化胆碱粉碎后与其它原料混合搅拌均匀。
所述微生物添加剂为酿酒酵母菌3份、枯草芽孢杆菌1.85份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.04份;均采用液体培养基培养;
实施例4:
选取30 头仔猪,按照胎次,年龄相同,体重相近的原则,随机分为3 组,其中2
组为试验组,饲喂根据本发明实施例2、3 配制的加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲
料,另一组为对照组,饲喂常规无微生物添加剂的混合饲料,试验从断奶期至后一月,试验
结束时得到数据如下表所示:

以上试验数据表明:试验组中断奶后前15天每天平均增重、断奶后后15天每天平均增重明显高于对照组,出现腹泻头数明显低于对照组,说明该加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料能提高仔猪的能有效降低仔猪肠道PH值,预防、缓解断奶、应激反应和致病菌而产生的腹泻,提高仔猪抗病能力;提高钙、磷、铁等元素的吸收,减少仔猪体内毒素的生成,增强仔猪的营养代谢、促进采食和消化、显著提高日增重。
Claims (4)
1.一种加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料料,其特征是它由配合料与微生物添加剂均匀混合而成,其百分比为99.7~99.8˸0.2~0.3;所述的配合料由玉米18%~22%、麸皮14%~18%、大麦18%~22%、四号粉13%~17.5%、炒豆粕9.5%~17.5%、稻谷10%~13.5%、食盐0.35%~0.6%、蚕蛹3%~6%、菜籽饼5%~8%、预混料1%~5%十种原料配制而成;所述微生物添加剂为酿酒酵母菌2.5~3.4份、枯草芽孢杆菌1.6~1.95份、嗜酸乳杆菌0.02~0.06份;均采用液体培养基培养。
2.由权利要求1所述的一种加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料料,其特征是所述的预混料由以下原料配制而成:维生素A0.1~0.35份、维生素D30.01~0.05份、维生素E1~3份、维生素B120.01~0.03份、烟酸2~3份、硫胺素1.5~3份、氯化钴60~95份、硫酸铜3~8份、硫酸锌10~20份、硫酸亚铁45~80份、防霉剂45~70份、抗氧化剂10~42份、核黄素0.3~1份;泛酸钙0.9~1.5份;烟酸2~4份;生物素0.005~0.05份;叶酸0.03~0.06份;氯化胆碱68~295份。
3.由权利要求1所述的一种加微生物添加剂的仔猪专用混合饲料料,其特征是所述液体培养基配方为:
酿酒酵母采用的液体培养基配方为:5°Bé麦芽汁 1.0L,琼脂 15.0g,自然pH,酿酒酵母≧1.1×108个/g,水份≤ 12%;
枯草芽孢杆菌采用的液体培养基配方为:蛋白胨 5.0g,牛肉浸取物 3.0g,氯化钠5.0g,琼脂 15.0g,蒸馏水 1.0L,pH7.0;[注] 培养芽孢杆菌时加入5mg 硫酸锰,则有利于产生芽孢,枯草芽孢杆菌≧1.3×108个/g,水份≤ 12%;
嗜酸乳杆菌采用的液体培养基配方为:酪蛋白胨(胰酶消化) 10g,肉汤提取物 10g,酵母粉 5g,葡萄糖 20g,吐温80 1g,磷酸氢二钾2g,醋酸钠 5g,柠檬酸二铵 2g,七水硫酸镁0.2g,硫酸锰0.05g,pH6.2~6.5,嗜酸乳杆菌≧1.0×108个/g,水份≤ 12%。
