本发明关于一种太阳能焊带涂锡装置,锡在锡炉内溶化后,通过锡炉上的进气口进入气压,把锡炉内的液体锡通过风刀口喷射到铜材料上的一个涂锡过程,整个过程涂锡速度快且涂锡均匀。可广泛用于太阳能焊带涂锡加工领域。

本发明涉及一种太阳能焊带,尤其是关于一种太阳能焊带涂锡加工装置。
背景技术
目前太阳能光伏焊带涂锡生产线上都是以铜材料浸入锡炉中,同时慢慢地用收线轮带动铜材料在锡炉中走过起到涂锡的作用,涂锡速度慢及涂锡不均匀成为生产成本高的一大难题,随着经济的发展、社会的进步,太阳能电池已被广泛应用,需求量越来越大。由于涂锡的厚度都是靠人的经验来判断不能保证产品品质,且生产效率低速度慢也不能满足市场强大的需求量。
发明内容:
针对现有焊带涂锡加工的缺点,本发明提供一种太阳能焊带涂锡装置,锡在锡炉内溶化后,通过锡炉上的进气口进入气压,把锡炉内的液体锡通过风刀口喷射到铜材料上的一个涂锡过程,整个过程涂锡速度快且涂锡均匀。可广泛用于太阳能焊带涂锡加工领域。
本发明是这样实现的:一种太阳能焊带涂锡装置,其包括有:焊带、上风刀口、上风刀加热组件、下风刀口、下风刀加热组件、进气口、溶锡炉、溶锡炉加热组成,其特征在于:所述焊带经过上风刀口与下风刀口中间穿过,溶化的锡通过上风刀口及下风刀口内喷出,所述上风刀口及下风刀口分别设有加热设备。
本发明的优点是整个化锡炉体积小节约电费,溶化后的液体锡通过风刀口喷射到焊带上,上锡均匀而且收线速度成倍加快,整个过程节能环保低碳,具有很高的应用价值和推广价值。

以下结合附图进一步详细说明实施方式
参见附图1:焊带经过上风刀口与下风刀口中间穿过,上风刀口上设有上风刀口加热组件,下风刀口上设有下风刀口加热组件,加热组件分别可以控制液体锡在喷射时的温度。将锡块放入溶锡炉内,溶锡炉开始加热锡开始溶化成液体,这时向进气口通入一定压力的气体,气体就会分别从上风刀口与下风刀口喷出,液体锡就会同时被带出溶锡炉,由于焊带被放线轮及收线轮带动运动且经过上风刀口与下风刀口中间,这时就会被喷射均匀的锡在焊带上面,焊带运动的速度可决定涂锡层的厚与薄,速度可提升到每秒10米以上,是老款涂锡机的5倍速度。
