本发明公开了一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,其特征在于,其原料组分的质量份配比为:硅橡胶30‑50份、氟橡胶20‑50份、增粘剂10‑15份,填料10‑20份,硬脂酸钙10‑20份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷1‑10份,白炭黑2‑5份,环氧大豆油1‑3份,硫化剂0.5‑3份。本发明的耐油橡胶密封胶具有良好的耐热耐低温性、耐油、耐化学性,拉断伸长率下降优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及密封产品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶。
背景技术
密封胶是用来填充构形间隙,以起到密封作用的胶粘剂,其具有防泄漏、防水、防振动、隔音及隔热等作用。在航空航天工业、汽车工业、机械制造、石油开采、炼油及其他工业生产中,需要大量在燃油、润滑油、液压油等油类中使用的橡胶制品。
而在橡胶制品的使用过程中,油类能够渗透到橡胶内部,分子之间相互扩散,使硫化胶的网状结构发生变化,从而导致橡胶的强度和其他力学性能降低。因此,在国民经济的各个行业中都需要大量耐油性良好的橡胶材料。
发明内容
针对以上存在的问题,本发明目的是针对上述存在的缺陷而提供一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶。本发明密封胶将硅橡胶与氟橡胶并用,提高硅橡胶的耐溶剂性、耐酸碱性能和耐油性。
为了解决该技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,其原料组分的质量份配比包括:硅橡胶30-50份、氟橡胶20-50份、增粘剂10-15份,填料10-20份,硬脂酸钙10-20份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷1-10份,白炭黑2-5份,环氧大豆油1-3份,硫化剂0.5-3份。
更进一步的,所述硅橡胶为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
优选的,所述的增粘剂为酚醛树脂、氢化松香、古马隆树脂中的至少一种;
优选的,填料为有机高纯蒙脱土、轻质碳酸钙、三聚磷酸铝中的至少一种;
优选的,所述的硫化剂为双二五硫化剂。
优选的,白炭黑的粒径为30nm、比表面积为950m2/g。
与现有技术相比,本发明的硅橡胶将硅橡胶与氟橡胶并用,改善硅橡胶的耐溶剂、耐酸碱性能和耐油性。氟橡胶作为耐化学品的特种橡胶使用,具有优良的耐热性、耐油性和耐化学性,但氟橡胶耐低温性差,采用综合性能优异的硅橡胶和氟橡胶并用得到耐油和耐溶剂性能和价格最优的新型密封胶。
在本发明的密封胶中,由一定重量百分比含量的聚二甲基硅氧烷、白炭黑、乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷,这些组分可使制备的硅橡胶密封胶快速密封,具有较高的早期耐压密封性,适用于快节奏的生产制造过程。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,质量配比的成分为:聚二甲基硅氧烷45份、氟橡胶25份、酚醛树脂11份,有机高纯蒙脱土15份,硬脂酸钙10-20份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷7份,白炭黑4份,环氧大豆油3份,双二五硫化剂2份。
实施例2:
一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,质量配比的成分为:聚二甲基硅氧烷36份、氟橡胶30份、古马隆树脂13份,轻质碳酸钙17份,硬脂酸钙10-20份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷5份,白炭黑2份,环氧大豆油2份,双二五硫化剂1份。
实施例3:
一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,质量配比的成分为:聚二甲基硅氧烷50份、氟橡胶45份、酚醛树脂15份,三聚磷酸铝10份,硬脂酸钙10-20份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷10份,白炭黑5份,环氧大豆油1份,双二五硫化剂0.5份。
实施例1-3的密封胶固化后的拉伸强度分别为2.3MPa、2.5MPa、2.2MPa。
耐压密封性是指密封胶填充于两个部件间的间隙而形成密封件后,密封件所能承受的气压密封压力。实施例1-3的硅橡胶密封胶在装配压紧15min后,密封件所能承受的气压密封压力为0.4bar(0.04Mpa)、0.6bar(0.06Mpa)、0.5bar(0.05Mpa),具有较高的初期耐压密封性。

1.一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,其特征在于,其原料组分的质量份配比包括:硅橡胶30-50份、氟橡胶20-50份、增粘剂10-15份,填料10-20份,硬脂酸钙10-20份,乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷1-10份,白炭黑2-5份,环氧大豆油1-3份,硫化剂0.5-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,其特征在于,所述硅橡胶为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,其特征在于,所述的增粘剂为酚醛树脂、古马隆树脂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,其特征在于,填料为有机高纯蒙脱土、轻质碳酸钙、三聚磷酸铝中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,其特征在于,所述的硫化剂为双二五硫化剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐油硅橡胶密封胶,其特征在于,白炭黑的粒径为30nm、比表面积为950m2/g。
