Abstract

本发明公开一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将线性酚醛环氧树脂加入浸泡液中,浸泡处理2‑3小时后,离心,得到滤渣,将滤渣烘干后,制得的改性线性酚醛环氧树脂;(2)将颜料和稳定剂按照质量比为10:3‑5的比例混合后,加热至100‑120℃,保温处理2‑3小时后,取出,冷却至室温,制得改性颜料;(3)将改性线性酚醛环氧树脂、改性颜料、流平剂、消光剂、光稳定剂加入至高速分散机,混合均匀后,通过双螺杆挤出机,冷却压片粉碎后,制得成品。本发明制得的自清洁粉末涂料,制得的涂膜各项力学性能优异,尤其是涂膜具有优异的自清洁性能,可长久的使得涂膜表面保持较高的清洁度,减少了清洗的次数,延长了涂膜的防护寿命。

Description

一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于粉末涂料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
粉末涂料指的是一种新型的不含溶剂100%固体粉末状涂料。具有无溶剂、无污染、可回收、环保、节省能源和资源、减轻劳动强度和涂膜机械强度高等特点。涂料由特制树脂、颜填料、固化剂及其它助剂,以一定的比例混合,再通过热挤塑和粉碎过筛等工艺制备而成。它们在常温下,贮存稳定,经静电喷涂、摩擦喷涂(热固方法)或流化床浸涂(热塑方法),再加热烘烤熔融固化,使形成平整光亮的永久性涂膜,达到装饰和防腐蚀的目的。现有技术中,基体树脂常采用线性酚醛环氧树脂,其苯基含量高,碳链短,具有良好的耐热性和刚性,但是其存在着自清洁性能较差的缺点,喷涂后的工件表面,极易被污渍污染,进而失去了装饰的效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将线性酚醛环氧树脂加入浸泡液中,浸泡处理2-3小时后,离心,得到滤渣,将滤渣烘干后,制得的改性线性酚醛环氧树脂,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠11-16份、癸二酸二钠盐6-12份、异柠檬酸三钠盐15-20份、水350-400份;
(2)将颜料和稳定剂按照质量比为10:3-5的比例混合后,加热至100-120℃,保温处理2-3小时后,取出,冷却至室温,制得改性颜料,其中稳定剂由以下重量份的组分制成:四硼酸锂4-6份、氯化钙7-10份、植酸钠12-15份;
(3)按重量份计,将68-75份改性线性酚醛环氧树脂、16-22份改性颜料、1-3份流平剂、1-2份消光剂、0.5-0.9份光稳定剂加入至高速分散机,混合均匀后,通过双螺杆挤出机,冷却压片粉碎后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘干的玩温度为65-75℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,颜料为氧化铁、铬黄、炭黑、钛白粉、锌钡白中的任意一种。
具体地,上述冷却压片时,将熔融挤出的物料压成3-5mm的带状物。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,无毒无害,绿色环保,固化干燥温度高,节约能源,制得的涂膜各项力学性能优异,尤其是涂膜具有优异的自清洁性能,可长久的使得涂膜表面保持较高的清洁度,减少了清洗的次数,延长了涂膜的防护寿命。其中,经过线性酚醛环氧树脂经过步骤(1)的处理后,可有效的提升线性酚醛环氧树脂的表面的疏水性能,进而降低了污渍在其表面的粘结力,从而有效的提升了膜层的自清洁性能;市售普通的颜料的热稳定性较差,在熔融挤出时,很容易发生氧化,进而颜料失去色泽,本发明提供的稳定剂,和颜料混合后,经过高温处理,可有效的提升颜料的稳定性,使其色泽不易退失,极大地提升了颜料的品质。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将线性酚醛环氧树脂加入浸泡液中,浸泡处理2小时后,离心,得到滤渣,将滤渣烘干后,制得的改性线性酚醛环氧树脂,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠11份、癸二酸二钠盐6份、异柠檬酸三钠盐15份、水350份;
(2)将颜料和稳定剂按照质量比为10:3的比例混合后,加热至100℃,保温处理2小时后,取出,冷却至室温,制得改性颜料,其中稳定剂由以下重量份的组分制成:四硼酸锂4份、氯化钙7份、植酸钠12份;
(3)按重量份计,将68份改性线性酚醛环氧树脂、16份改性颜料、1份流平剂、1份消光剂、0.5份光稳定剂加入至高速分散机,混合均匀后,通过双螺杆挤出机,冷却压片粉碎后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘干的玩温度为65℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,颜料为氧化铁。
具体地,上述冷却压片时,将熔融挤出的物料压成3mm的带状物。
实施例2
一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将线性酚醛环氧树脂加入浸泡液中,浸泡处理2.5小时后,离心,得到滤渣,将滤渣烘干后,制得的改性线性酚醛环氧树脂,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠13份、癸二酸二钠盐8份、异柠檬酸三钠盐18份、水380份;
(2)将颜料和稳定剂按照质量比为10:4的比例混合后,加热至110℃,保温处理2.5小时后,取出,冷却至室温,制得改性颜料,其中稳定剂由以下重量份的组分制成:四硼酸锂5份、氯化钙8份、植酸钠13份;
(3)按重量份计,将70份改性线性酚醛环氧树脂、20份改性颜料、2份流平剂、1份消光剂、0.7份光稳定剂加入至高速分散机,混合均匀后,通过双螺杆挤出机,冷却压片粉碎后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘干的玩温度为70℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,颜料为铬黄。
具体地,上述冷却压片时,将熔融挤出的物料压成4mm的带状物。
实施例3
一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将线性酚醛环氧树脂加入浸泡液中,浸泡处理3小时后,离心,得到滤渣,将滤渣烘干后,制得的改性线性酚醛环氧树脂,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠16份、癸二酸二钠盐12份、异柠檬酸三钠盐20份、水400份;
(2)将颜料和稳定剂按照质量比为10:5的比例混合后,加热至120℃,保温处理3小时后,取出,冷却至室温,制得改性颜料,其中稳定剂由以下重量份的组分制成:四硼酸锂6份、氯化钙10份、植酸钠15份;
(3)按重量份计,将75份改性线性酚醛环氧树脂、22份改性颜料、3份流平剂、2份消光剂、0.9份光稳定剂加入至高速分散机,混合均匀后,通过双螺杆挤出机,冷却压片粉碎后,制得成品。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,烘干的玩温度为75℃。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,颜料为炭黑。
具体地,上述冷却压片时,将熔融挤出的物料压成5mm的带状物。
对比例1
线性酚醛环氧树脂不经过步骤(1)的改性处理,其余操作步骤与实施例1完全相同。
对比例2
颜料不经过步骤(2)的处理,其余操作步骤与实施例2完全相同。
采用对比例2的方法,在制得粉末涂料的过程中,颜料经过双螺杆挤出机挤出后,出现色差的的缺陷粉末涂料较多,粉末涂料的色泽均匀度较差,而实施例2在制备粉末涂料的过程中,则很少出现上述问题。
分别用各实施例和对比例1的方法制得的粉末涂料,其中对照组中的粉末涂料为市售普通的粉末涂料,将各组制得的粉末涂料采用相同的方法喷涂在铝合金表面,将经过喷涂处理的铝合金放置在室外的环境中,3个月后,查看其表面的污染程度,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明制得的自清洁粉末涂料,具有优异的防污、自清洁效果,有效的延长了涂层的防护寿命。

Claims (4)

1.一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将线性酚醛环氧树脂加入浸泡液中,浸泡处理2-3小时后,离心,得到滤渣,将滤渣烘干后,制得的改性线性酚醛环氧树脂,其中浸泡液由以下重量份的组分制成:甲基丙烯磺酸钠11-16份、癸二酸二钠盐6-12份、异柠檬酸三钠盐15-20份、水350-400份;
(2)将颜料和稳定剂按照质量比为10:3-5的比例混合后,加热至100-120℃,保温处理2-3小时后,取出,冷却至室温,制得改性颜料,其中稳定剂由以下重量份的组分制成:四硼酸锂4-6份、氯化钙7-10份、植酸钠12-15份;
(3)按重量份计,将68-75份改性线性酚醛环氧树脂、16-22份改性颜料、1-3份流平剂、1-2份消光剂、0.5-0.9份光稳定剂加入至高速分散机,混合均匀后,通过双螺杆挤出机,冷却压片粉碎后,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,烘干的玩温度为65-75℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,颜料为氧化铁、铬黄、炭黑、钛白粉、锌钡白中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自清洁粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,上述冷却压片时,将熔融挤出的物料压成3-5mm的带状物。
