本发明公开一种防止卵巢早衰的中药组合物及其制备方法，所述中药组合物由以下重量份的原料组成：当归4‑15份、白芍8‑20份、生地黄20‑30份、山药20‑30份、山茱萸10‑20份、女贞子10‑20份、柴胡4‑15份、龙胆草8‑20份、黄柏7‑17份、菟丝子8‑20份、茯苓5‑13份、泽泻10‑25份、红花4‑15份、川芎4‑15份。本发明提供的中药能滋养卵巢，平衡雌孕激素，调整生殖内分泌，降低免疫损伤而改善卵巢的内分泌功能，且无明显毒副反应，安全而有效，能预防卵巢早衰。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种防止卵巢早衰的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
卵巢功能早衰是指女性曾有自然的月经周期，而在 35 岁之前出现卵巢萎缩性持续闭经。同时，临床上表现第二性征退缩，出现颜面烘热、心烦、易怒等更年期症状；平时易感冒，血卵泡刺激素水平升高，达40单位以上，相当于绝经后妇女水平；而血雌二醇水平显著低落。妇科检查内生殖器明显萎缩，阴道粘膜薄而充血。
卵巢早衰的致病原因多样化，主要表现为 ：卵巢早衰患者容易发生性腺发育继发不孕，数年后月经逐渐稀少直到闭经；卵巢早衰患者容易导致性腺未发育者，原发闭经，性腺发育不全者初潮延迟或月经不规则，痛经；卵巢早衰患者容易导致乳房萎缩下垂，皮肤松弛粗糙，紧张，多梦，多疑，心悸，骨质疏松，关节痛，生殖器官炎症，子宫下垂，尿失禁，便秘，痘痘，色斑；卵巢早衰患者容易导致不排卵，有排卵者，典型的POF有潮热，性腺功能减退表现，如盗汗，便秘，脱发，阴道干燥，性生活痛、性欲下降，甲状腺功能低下，泌尿系感染，体重增加，焦虑，多疑等。
但卵巢早衰治疗比较困难，西医临床上采用激素替代疗法，需要在大夫的指导下使用雌孕激素。研究表明该雌激素和孕激素治疗的时候，有一定的作用，可以改善症状，但对卵巢功能的恢复并不理想，同时停药之后症状重新出现，使卵巢处于依赖状态，有导致卵巢功能更差的可能。也就是说激素替代疗法仅仅起到了治标的作用，而且这种方法副作用大，长期使用外源性激素有导致子宫内膜癌变的危险，并增加冠心病以及胆囊病的发病率。因此该激素治疗的效果不理想，同时存在安全隐患。在西医治疗方面，除了激素替代治疗法之外，还存在诱导排卵，辅助赠卵技术，自体或异体卵巢移植技术，免疫抑制治疗，补充钙剂或降钙素治疗。但这些西医治疗方法不外乎恢复，保养，替代卵巢功能这几方面。到目前为止还没有确切有效的方法能恢复卵巢的功能，所以卵巢早衰病因复杂，治疗难度较大。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷，本发明提供一种防止卵巢早衰的中药组合物及其制备方法。
防止卵巢早衰的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料组成：
当归4-15份、白芍8-20份、生地黄20-30份、山药20-30份、山茱萸10-20份、女贞子10-20份、柴胡4-15份、龙胆草8-20份、黄柏7-17份、菟丝子8-20份、茯苓5-13份、泽泻10-25份、红花4-15份、川芎4-15份。
优选地，防止卵巢早衰的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料组成：当归8-12份、白芍12-15份、生地黄22-26份、山药22-26份、山茱萸13-17份、女贞子14-17份、柴胡7-12份、龙胆草10-16份、黄柏10-15份、菟丝子10-15份、茯苓6-10份、泽泻13-20份、红花6-10份、川芎7-12份。
优选地，防止卵巢早衰的中药组合物，由以下重量份的原料组成：当归11份、白芍13份、生地黄24份、山药24份、山茱萸15份、女贞子15份、柴胡10份、龙胆草14份、黄柏13份、菟丝子14份、茯苓7份、泽泻17份、红花8份、川芎11份。

（1）称取当归、白芍、生地黄、山药、山茱萸、女贞子、柴胡、龙胆草、黄柏、菟丝子、茯苓、泽泻、红花、川芎，混合，得到混合料，按照料液比1:30加入水中，然后在80℃下煎煮3h，然后在100℃下煎煮5h，然后过滤，滤液备用；
（2）将滤液在功率200W下微波反应20-40min，自然冷却至室温后，紫外杀菌，包装。

在例假干净后第一天开始，连续服用10天，每次取10mL，口服，早晚各一次，饭后服用。
本发明的优点：
本发明提供的中药能滋养卵巢，平衡雌孕激素，延年益寿，能改善机体的免疫功能，调整生殖内分泌，降低免疫损伤而改善卵巢的内分泌功能，且无明显毒副反应，安全而有效，能预防卵巢早衰。
