Description

Toxicity-removing fumigation lotion for hemorrhoids and fistula as well as preparation method and application method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a toxin-removing fumigation lotion for hemorrhoids and fistula.
Background
Hemorrhoids and fistula are common diseases and frequently encountered diseases in clinic, and the main symptoms comprise hemafecia, pain, prolapse, local secretion increase, difficult defecation and the like. Hemorrhoids and fistulas are two diseases, both common and frequently encountered diseases of the anorectal family. Hemorrhoid is also called hemorrhoid, and the main symptom is hematochezia. Fistula refers to a fistula which is formed in a body and is ruptured outwards due to a lesion to form a duct, secretion in a lesion flows out, the fistula can occur in many parts of the body, and the fistula occurring at an anus is usually related to perianal abscess. The cure is difficult.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a toxicity-removing fumigation lotion for assisting postoperative treatment of hemorrhoids and fistula, which is used for clearing heat, drying dampness, relieving swelling and pain, promoting blood circulation, removing toxicity, healing sores and stopping bleeding, and has a very good effect.
The invention aims to provide a toxicity-removing fumigation lotion for hemorrhoids and fistula, which is prepared by decocting the following medicines in parts by weight: 7-8 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 4.5-5.5 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 7-8 parts of raw rhubarb, 3.25-4.25 parts of paniculate swallowwort root, 4.5-5.5 parts of shinyleaf pricklyash root, 7-8 parts of Chinese gall, 3.25-4.25 parts of radix angelicae, 3.25-4.25 parts of amur corktree bark, 4.5-5.5 parts of broom cypress fruit, 4.5-5.5 parts of common cnidium fruit, 0.75-1.75 parts of fineleaf schizonepeta herb and a proper amount of water.
Preferably, the fumigation lotion is prepared by decocting the following medicines in parts by weight: 7 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 5 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 7.5 parts of raw rhubarb, 3.75 parts of paniculate swallowwort root, 5 parts of shinyleaf pricklyash root, 7.5 parts of Chinese gall, 3.75 parts of radix angelicae, 3.75 parts of golden cypress, 5 parts of belvedere fruit, 5 parts of fructus cnidii, 1.25 parts of schizonepeta and a proper amount of water.
The prescription uses radix Sophorae Flavescentis, cortex Phellodendri and fructus Cnidii with effects of clearing heat and eliminating dampness, and clearing heat and detoxicating, and belongs to the large intestine meridian, and can be used for treating hemorrhoid and anal fistula caused by downward flow of damp-heat; the Chinese gall is matched with the schizonepeta and the angelica dahurica to stop bleeding by astringency, and meanwhile, the schizonepeta, the angelica dahurica and the paniculate swallowwort root can expel wind, relieve itching, reduce swelling, relieve pain, eliminate sore and expel pus, and the clinical application takes the symptoms of hemorrhoids and fistula swelling and pain, pyocutaneous disease ulceration, no pus and slough removal, or the long-term non-astringency of wound surfaces after hemorrhoids and fistula operation as the key points for differentiation; meanwhile, the schizonepeta and the cynanchum paniculatum have the effects of resisting inflammation, inhibiting bacteria, resisting allergy and relieving pain, and are mainly used for treating skin diseases such as cutaneous pruritus, allergic dermatitis, eczema and the like in clinic; the raw rhubarb has the effects of cooling blood and detoxifying, removing blood stasis and dredging channels, clearing heat and promoting diuresis, and stopping bleeding and detoxifying, and modern pharmacological studies show that the raw rhubarb has excellent pathogenic microorganism resisting effect and inhibition effect on various gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and the chrysoletin in the wild chrysanthemum has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, so that the raw rhubarb has excellent prevention effect on the prevention of the secondary infection of hemorrhoids and fistula, and simultaneously, the rhubarb cools blood and removes blood stasis and stops bleeding and is used for patients with blood heat, bleeding stasis, burning anus and distending pain; meanwhile, the radix zanthoxyli and the radix zanthoxyli are matched to promote qi circulation, relieve pain, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis so as to achieve the purpose of regulating qi and blood, and have better curative effect on local edema and pain before and after operation of patients with hemorrhoids and fistula.
Preferably, the fumigation lotion is used after being decocted and mixed with the following substances in parts by weight: 0.25-1.25 parts of borneol, 4.5-5.5 parts of mirabilite, 3.5-4.5 parts of alum and 3.5-4.5 parts of borax.
A preparation method of a toxicity-removing fumigation lotion for hemorrhoids and fistula comprises the following steps: (1) preparing medicines in parts by weight according to the toxicity-removing fumigation lotion for hemorrhoids and fistula as set forth in claim 1 or 2; (2) boiling and decocting for 1.5 hours, and filtering filter residue; (3) adding a proper amount of water to boil and decoct the filter residue for 1.5 hours; (4) combining the liquid medicines in the step (2) and the step (3), and concentrating to 1/3-1/2 of the total volume of the added water to obtain concentrated liquid medicine; (5) adding 0.006-0.007 parts of ethylparaben into the concentrated medicinal liquid, boiling, filtering, cooling, and packaging.
Preferably, the amount of water used in step (1) is 7-9 times the total weight of the drug.
Preferably, the amount of water used in step (5) is half the amount of water used in pharmaceutical step (1).
A method for using toxic substance removing lotion for hemorrhoid and fistula comprises diluting 150ml lotion with 3000ml hot water, fumigating affected part, and hip-washing the affected part when the water temperature is close to skin temperature (38-42 deg.C) for about 20 min.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the traditional Chinese medicine composition is used for clearing heat and drying dampness, relieving swelling and pain, promoting blood circulation and removing toxin, and healing sore and stopping bleeding, especially assisting postoperative treatment of fumigating affected parts, can effectively relieve and treat swelling and pain of hemorrhoids, prolapse of hemorrhoids out of anus, no recovery, anal pendant expansion discomfort, burning and stabbing pain, and wound pain, edema, long-term disunion, abnormal secretion increase and pus and stinking of wound surfaces of patients after hemorrhoids and fistula operation.
