As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the end of the diversion cambered surface or diversion inclined surface, which is far away from the cover plate assembly 1, is located directly below or outside the end of the diversion cambered surface or diversion inclined surface, which is close to the cover plate assembly 1, that is, the vertical distance between the end of the diversion cambered surface or diversion inclined surface, which is far away from the cover plate assembly 1, and the central axis of the sealing ring 2 is greater than or equal to the vertical distance between the end of the diversion cambered surface or diversion inclined surface, which is close to the cover plate assembly 1, and the central axis of the sealing ring 2. The condensed water can directly slide down along the water diversion inclined plane or the water diversion cambered surface by self gravity, and the sealing ring is easy to clean.
As shown in fig. 4, in the arc formed by the same longitudinal section of the diversion cambered surface in this embodiment, the included angle between the connecting line of any two points and the downward direction of the central axis of the sealing ring 2 is θ, where θ is greater than or equal to 0 ° and less than or equal to 90 °, θ is selected from 10 ° to 60 °, and further is selected from 30 °, 40 °, 45 °, 50 ° and 55 °. The problem of poor sealing or water diversion effect caused by overlarge bending radian of the water diversion cambered surface can be avoided by limiting the included angle between any two points and the central axis of the sealing ring in the downward direction in the arc formed by any one longitudinal tangent plane of the water diversion cambered surface.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in this embodiment, the diversion cambered surface is formed by recessing the sealing ring 2 in a direction away from the central axis of the sealing ring 2, and compared with the diversion cambered surface formed by protrusion, the diversion effect and the sealing effect are better.
As shown in fig. 4, an included angle between a tangent line at any point on the diversion cambered surface and the downward direction of the central axis of the sealing ring 2 in this embodiment is α, where α is greater than or equal to 0 ° and less than or equal to 90 °, and α is optionally 10 ° to 60 °, and further optionally 30 °, 40 °, 45 °, 50 ° and 55 °; the included angle between the tangent line of any point on the diversion cambered surface and the downward direction of the central axis of the sealing ring is limited, so that the problem of poor sealing or diversion effect caused by overlarge radian of the diversion cambered surface is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, the sealing portion 22 of the present embodiment further includes a sealing connection section 222, one end of the sealing connection section 222 is connected to the connection portion between the water diversion section 221 and the mounting portion 21, and the other end extends toward a direction approaching the central axis of the sealing ring 2 and is in sealing and pressing connection with the cover plate assembly 1. Through setting up sealed linkage segment, accessible sealed linkage segment seals the crimping and shelters from annular gap outside the interior confined environment of cooking utensil on the apron, avoids the vapor in the cooking utensil to enter into in apron subassembly or the sealing washer and causes ponding phenomenon.

The cover plate assembly of the embodiment is provided with the elastic structure outside the joint of the sealing ring and the open edge of the cooking utensil, so that the stress of extrusion deformation of the sealing ring is reduced, and the sealing ring is easy to recover after being extruded.
Example 3
The present embodiment provides an upper cover assembly comprising a cover body and a cover plate assembly 1 as described in embodiment 2, the other side of the cover plate assembly 1 being attached to the cover body. The upper cover assembly of this embodiment sets up elastic construction through the outside with the laminating department at sealing washer and the open border of cooking utensil, has reduced the stress that the sealing washer extrusion warp, makes the sealing washer by the extrusion back resume the original state easily.
Example 4
An electric appliance of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, includes a cooking vessel 3 and an upper cover assembly as described in embodiment 3, the upper cover assembly being mounted at an open end of the cooking vessel 3; when the upper cover assembly is buckled on the cooking vessel 3, the sealing part 22 is in sealing and pressing connection with the opening edge 31 of the cooking vessel 3. The sealing ring on the cover plate assembly is characterized by comprising an installation part and a sealing part which are integrally connected, wherein the longitudinal section of the installation part is in a 'gamma' -shape and is arranged on one side surface of the cover plate assembly in a sealing way, and the sealing part extends out from one side surface of the cover plate assembly along the direction deviating from the cover plate assembly; when the cover plate component is buckled on the cooking vessel, the sealing part is abutted on the opening edge of the cooking vessel, and an elastic structure for reducing the extrusion deformation stress of the sealing part is arranged on one side surface of the sealing part, which is positioned outside the cooking vessel; the elastic structure is an elastic notch formed on one side surface of the sealing part outside the cooking vessel;
the sealing part is of a V-shaped structure, and one end of the opening of the sealing part is integrally connected with the mounting part; when the cover plate assembly is buckled on the cooking vessel, one bent end of the sealing part is abutted against the open edge of the cooking vessel; the opening of the sealing part of the V-shaped structure faces to the outer side of the sealing ring;
the sealing part comprises a water diversion section and a pressure-bearing section positioned at the outer side of the water diversion section, and the water diversion section and the pressure-bearing section are annularly arranged around the central axis of the sealing ring; one end of the water diversion section is connected with the mounting part, the other end of the water diversion section is connected with one end of the pressure-bearing section and is abutted to the open edge of the cooking utensil, the pressure-bearing section extends towards a direction away from the central axis of the sealing ring, and the water diversion section and the pressure-bearing section form the V-shaped structure;
one side surface of the water diversion section, which is close to the central axis of the sealing ring, is a water diversion cambered surface or a water diversion inclined surface; and one end of the diversion cambered surface or the diversion inclined surface, which is far away from the cover plate assembly, is positioned right below or outside one end of the diversion cambered surface or the diversion inclined surface, which is close to the cover plate assembly.
2. The gasket of claim 1 wherein said resilient notch is a curved or V-shaped opening in a side of said sealing portion outside said gasket.
3. A sealing ring on a cover plate assembly according to claim 2, wherein the arc-shaped opening is a circular arc-shaped opening, and the radius of the circular arc-shaped opening is 0.5 mm-5 mm.
4. A gasket for a lid assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein when the lid assembly is snapped onto a cooking vessel, the side of the sealing portion which is located outside the cooking vessel is provided with a reinforcing rib, and the resilient structure is provided on the reinforcing rib.
5. The gasket of claim 4 wherein said ribs are disposed at folds of said sealing portion on a side of said cooking vessel.
6. The gasket of claim 5 wherein said ribs are a plurality of and are evenly distributed about a central axis of said gasket; an included angle formed by connecting lines between two adjacent reinforcing ribs and the centers of the sealing rings is more than or equal to 10 degrees and less than or equal to 30 degrees.
7. The gasket of claim 6 wherein said ribs have a width of 0.4mm to 2mm.
8. A sealing ring on a cover assembly according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the reinforcing ribs are provided on the outside of the junction of the water diverting section and the pressure bearing section.
9. The gasket of claim 8, wherein the reinforcing rib comprises a first reinforcing rib section formed by radially protruding the water diversion section outwards and a second reinforcing rib section formed by radially protruding the pressure-bearing section towards a side close to the water diversion section, and one end of the first reinforcing rib section close to the bending position is integrally connected with one end of the second reinforcing rib section close to the bending position; the arc-shaped opening or the V-shaped opening is formed at the joint of the first reinforcing rib section and the second reinforcing rib section.
10. A gasket in a closure assembly according to claim 9, wherein the arcuate or V-shaped opening is located above or below the junction of the first bead segment outer convex extent and the second bead segment outer convex extent.
11. A sealing ring on a cover assembly according to claim 9 or 10, wherein an included angle between a central line of an included angle formed by a connecting line of two ends of the water diversion section and a connecting line of two ends of the pressure bearing section and an upward direction of a central axis of the sealing ring is greater than or equal to 0 ° and less than or equal to 90 °.
12. The gasket of claim 11 wherein said diverting arcuate surface is formed by recessing said gasket in a direction away from a central axis of said gasket.
13. The gasket of claim 12 wherein said seal further comprises a sealing connection section, one end of said sealing connection section being connected to said water-diverting section at a junction with said mounting section and the other end extending toward a direction proximate a central axis of said gasket and being sealingly crimped to said gasket.
14. A sealing ring for a cover plate assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3 and 5 to 7, wherein the hardness of the sealing portion is 30 to 75A.
15. A cover plate assembly comprising a cover plate body, a pressure plate of annular structure and a sealing ring as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14, wherein the pressure plate is in pressure connection with a circumferential edge of the cover plate body and forms an annular gap with the cover plate body, the mounting part is in sealed pressure connection with the annular gap and is positioned on the inner ring side of the pressure plate, and the sealing part extends from the annular gap in a direction away from the cover plate assembly and seals and shields the annular gap.
16. An upper cover assembly comprising a cover body and the cover assembly of claim 15, the other side of the cover assembly being attached to the cover body.
17. An appliance comprising a cooking vessel and the upper lid assembly of claim 16 mounted at an open end of the cooking vessel; when the upper cover component is buckled on the cooking vessel, the sealing part is in sealing and pressing connection with the opening edge of the cooking vessel.
