The specific structure of the sump dishwasher 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a sump dishwasher 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application includes: a washing tub 100, a water softener 200, and a sealing installation structure.
The washing tub 100 is formed with a washing space 110 for washing dishes, and a mounting hole 120 is provided at a bottom wall of the washing tub 100.
The water softener 200 includes a body 220 and a nipple 210, and a nozzle of the nipple 210 constitutes a salt adding port. The water softener 200 is located at the bottom of the washing tub 100 and the adapter 210 is extended into the washing space 110 from the mounting hole 120.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the sealing installation structure of the water softener 200 includes: the installation nut 300 is positioned in the washing space 110 and sleeved on the adapter 210, and the installation nut 300 is in threaded engagement with the adapter 210 to fix the water softener 200 at the bottom of the washing tank 100, and the salt cover 500. The salt cap 500 is covered on the pipe mouth of the adapter 210 for sealing the salt port.
It should be noted that, the water softener 200 has a resin cavity and a salt cavity, and the salt adding port is used for adding salt into the salt cavity of the water softener 200, so that it is required to ensure that when the dishwasher 1000 works normally, the pipe opening of the pipe 210 is closed by the salt adding cover 500, so that excessive water is prevented from flowing into the salt cavity to affect the work of the water softener 200.
Specifically, the tub dishwasher 1000 is used for washing dishes in a home, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the top of the washing tub 100 is opened to form a washing space 110, the height of the washing tub 100 is generally suitable for a height that can be conveniently washed in a standing posture of a human body, and the space below the washing tub 100 is relatively free. In the embodiment of the application, the water softener 200 is arranged at the bottom of the washing tank body 100, the water softener 200 does not need to be arranged in the washing tank body 100 to occupy the space of the washing tank body 100, and the water softener 200 does not need to be arranged on the side surface of the washing tank body 100 to occupy the kitchen space, so that the installation position can maximize the utilization space and save the whole occupied area of the water tank type dish washer 1000.
In some embodiments, the sump dishwasher further comprises: the installation base (not shown) on which the bottom of the water softener 200 is supported and the bottom of the washing tub 100 is supported on the water softener 200, such that the water softener 200 is equivalent to being sandwiched between the installation base and the washing tub 100, and such an assembly relationship makes the connection between the water softener 200 and the washing tub 100 relatively stable, and the water softener 200 is not easily separated from the washing tub 100.
On this basis, the sealing installation structure is arranged, so that the connection between the water softener 200 and the washing tank body 100 is tighter, and the washing tank body 100 is prevented from leaking at the installation hole 120, so that the water in the washing tank body 100 is prevented from leaking from the installation hole 120.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a platform 111 is provided on the bottom wall of the washing tub 100 around the mounting hole 120, and a boss 221 is provided on a portion of the body 220 of the water softener 200 around the adapter 210, the boss 221 being fitted on the platform 111. The flat surfaces of the platform 111 and the boss 221 are formed, and the sealing performance of the joint of the washing tank body 100 and the water softener 200 can be improved after the flat surfaces are matched.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the seal mounting structure includes: and a gasket 400, the gasket 400 being interposed between the body 220 and the bottom wall of the washing tub 100. Specifically, the gasket 400 is interposed between the platform 111 of the washing tub 100 and the boss 221 of the water softener 200.
The sealing gasket 400 is arranged between the washing tank body 100 and the water softener 200, so that the tightness of the joint of the washing tank body 100 and the water softener 200 is further ensured, and the leakage of the washing water from the gap between the mounting hole 120 and the connecting pipe 210 is prevented.
Specifically, the gasket 400 is ring-shaped and is sleeved on the adapter 210. This is convenient to install and the gasket 400 is not easily detached from the water softener 200.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the surface of the gasket 400 is provided with a bead 410, alternatively, the bead 410 is provided on the surface of the gasket 400 facing the body 220, or the bead 410 is provided on the surface of the gasket 400 facing the bottom wall of the washing tub 100, or the gasket 400 is provided with the bead 410 on both the surfaces facing the body 220 and the bottom wall of the washing tub 100.
It will be appreciated that the gasket 400 is installed between the water softener 200 and the bottom wall of the washing tub 100, and the gasket 400 can be compressed between the water softener 200 and the bottom wall of the washing tub 100 when the installation nut 300 is tightened, enhancing the sealability of the gasket 400.
Alternatively, the beads 410 are formed in a plurality of rings around the adapter 210, and the beads 410 are formed in a plurality of rings from inside to outside on the surface of the gasket 400, thus forming a plurality of sealing lines from inside to outside, thereby further improving sealability.
Optionally, the gasket 400 is a rubber gasket, and has good toughness and long service life. Of course, other material elements may be used for the gasket 400 of the present application.
In other embodiments of the present application, the gasket 400 may also be a sealing ring without the bead 410, which is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the outer circumferential wall of the adapter 210 is provided with external threads and a clamping block 211, the clamping block 211 is positioned at one side of the adapter 210 away from the body 220, and the maximum distance between the clamping block 211 and the central axis of the adapter 210 is m (as shown in fig. 5). The mounting nut 300 has an internal thread having an inner diameter smaller than 2*m, which is fitted with an external thread and provided with a notch 310 for avoiding the clamping block 211. The inside of the salt cover 500 is provided with a catching groove 514 for catching the catch 211, that is, the installation nut 300 is installed to the adapter 210 by the action of the knob, and the salt cover 500 closes the adapter 210 by the caught action, so that it can be seen that the installation of the water softener 200 is very convenient and the opening and closing of the salt mouth are also very convenient.
It can be appreciated that since the outer diameter of the mounting nut 300 is greater than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 120, the mounting nut 300 can restrain the adapter 210 in the washing space 110 such that the adapter 210 is not skewed by gravity. Since the maximum distance between the latch 211 on the adapter tube 210 and the central axis of the adapter tube 210 is m and the inner diameter of the internal thread of the mounting nut 300 is smaller than twice m, the mounting nut 300 must be provided with the notch 310 to avoid the latch 211. In this way, the installation nut 300 is very convenient to assemble, the salt cover 500 is directly clamped on the clamping block 211 after the installation nut 300 is screwed on the connecting pipe 210, and the structures are not interfered with each other.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the adapter 210 is provided with a plurality of clamping blocks 211, the plurality of clamping blocks 211 are spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the adapter 210, as shown in fig. 6, the mounting nut 300 is provided with a corresponding plurality of notches 310 on the internal thread, and the plurality of notches 310 are spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the mounting nut 300. Therefore, the salt adding cover can be better clamped on the connecting pipe 210, and the tightness of the joint of the salt adding cover 500 and the connecting pipe 210 is improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the latch 211 is disposed flush with the end surface of the adapter 210.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the notch 310 divides the internal thread in a circumferential direction into at least one section, each section comprising at least one thread segment 320 axially spaced apart, each section having an arc length greater than an arc length of the notch 310. It will be appreciated that if the arc length of the thread segments 320 is small and the arc length of the notches 310 is large, it may result in the mounting nut 300 not being able to be screwed firmly onto the adapter 210. Thus, to ensure that the mounting nut 300 can be securely screwed onto the nipple 210, it is necessary to ensure that the arc length of the threaded section 320 is greater than the arc length of the notch 310.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, each thread segment of the internal thread of the mounting nut 300 is provided with a chamfer at both ends in the circumferential direction. It will be appreciated that the threads of the external threads on the nipple 210 are continuous, while the internal threads of the mounting nut 300 are segmented circumferentially, and the mounting nut 300 and nipple 210 cooperate in a circumferentially torqued process, thus providing a chamfer at both circumferential ends of each threaded segment of the internal threads to facilitate reduced torqued resistance.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the salted cover 500 includes an outer cover 510, an inner cover 520, and a sealing ring 530, the inner cover 520 is rotatably provided on the outer cover 510, the sealing ring 530 is located inside the outer cover 510 and supported on the inner cover 520, the outer cover 510 is covered on the adapter 210, and the sealing ring 530 is in contact engagement with the adapter 210.
It will be appreciated that when the salt cap 500 of the embodiment of the present application is installed, the outer cap 510 is covered on the adapter 210, the sealing ring 530 is installed between the inner cap 520 and the end surface of the adapter 210, and the inner cap 520 is rotatable with respect to the outer cap 510. Therefore, when the outer cap 510 is rotated to be clamped on the adapter 210, the inner cap 520 cannot rotate, so that the phenomenon that the sealing ring 530 is not tightly attached to the adapter 210 due to the rotation of the inner cap 520 is avoided.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 to 11, a fitting hole 5111 is provided at the center of the outer cap 510, and the inner cap 520 includes a fitting shaft 521 rotatably fitted in the fitting hole 5111. It is understood that the outer cap 510 may rotate about the mating axis 521, while the inner cap 520 does not rotate relative to the adapter 210 during rotation of the outer cap 510. Therefore, the phenomenon that the sealing ring 530 is not tightly attached to the connecting tube 210 due to the rotation of the inner cover 520 is avoided, and the sealing effect of the salt adding cover 500 is ensured.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the outer periphery of the end of the fitting shaft 521 is provided with a catching protrusion 5211, and the inner periphery of the fitting hole 5111 is formed as a stepped surface that fits the catching protrusion 5211. Therefore, the outer cap 510 and the inner cap 520 cannot axially move, and the outer cap 510 and the inner cap 520 are prevented from being separated in the using process. Of course, there may be many structures for preventing the axial movement between the outer cap 510 and the inner cap 520, for example, in other embodiments of the present application, a rotation groove may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the coupling shaft 521, and a rotation protrusion engaged with the rotation groove may be formed on the inner circumferential wall of the coupling hole 5111 of the outer cap 510.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 9, a portion of the catching protrusion 5211 connected to the end surface of the fitting shaft 521 is formed as an arc surface. Thereby, the contact area between the catching convex 5211 and the stepped surface of the fitting hole 5111 is reduced, thereby reducing the friction between the outer circumferential surface of the catching convex 5211 and the stepped surface, so that the outer cover 510 can be rotated more smoothly about the fitting shaft 521.
Advantageously, the mating holes 5111 are provided with chamfers on both axial sides. Thereby, the frictional resistance applied to the outer cap 510 when it rotates can be further reduced, so that the outer cap 510 can be rotated more smoothly.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8 and 11, the inner cap 520 further includes a support ring 522, the support ring 522 is connected to the mating shaft 521, and the sealing ring 530 is sleeved on the support ring 522. It will be appreciated that if the seal ring 530 is provided between the inner cap 520 and the end face of the adapter 210, although a good sealing effect is ensured, the seal ring 530 is easily detached when the salt cap 500 is detached. Therefore, the sealing ring 530 is sleeved on the support ring 522, so that not only can a good sealing effect be ensured, but also the sealing ring 530 can be detached together with the salt cover 500 when the salt cover 500 is detached, and the phenomenon that the sealing ring 530 falls off when the salt cover 500 is detached is avoided.
Optionally, the support ring 522 is sleeved in the adapter 210, and the sealing ring 530 is pressed on the end surface of the adapter 210. Thereby, not only the connection strength of the salt cap 500 and the adapter 210 is increased, but also the sealing effect of the sealing ring 530 is ensured.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, a plurality of clamping blocks 511 are circumferentially spaced apart from each other on the outer circumferential wall of the adapter 210, the outer cap 510 includes a cap bottom 511, a cap rim 512 and a plurality of clamping groove bottom plates 513, the inner cap 520 is rotatably disposed on the cap bottom 511, the cap rim 512 is disposed along the outer circumferential rim of the cap bottom 511, the plurality of clamping groove bottom plates 513 are circumferentially spaced apart from each other and connected to the cap rim 512, a clamping groove 514 is defined between each clamping groove bottom plate 513 and the cap bottom 511, one side of the clamping groove 514 in the circumferential direction is opened to screw in the clamping block 511, and the other end of the clamping groove 514 in the circumferential direction is closed to limit the clamping block 511.
It will be appreciated that when the salted cover 500 is installed, the cover rim 512 is closed onto the adapter 210 such that the latch 511 fits in the gap between two adjacent latch bottom plates 513, and then the outer cover 510 is rotated such that the latch 511 is screwed into the latch 514. The clamping groove 514 is closed at one end in the circumferential direction to limit the clamping block 511, so that the clamping block 511 is prevented from over-rotating, and the clamping block 511 is limited from moving axially by the clamping groove bottom 513 after the clamping block 511 is screwed into the clamping groove 514. Therefore, after the clamping block 511 is screwed into the clamping groove 514, the connecting tube 210 and the outer cover 510 can be connected more stably, and the assembly operation of the outer cover 510 is very simple.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 7, the end surface of the card slot bottom plate 513 on the side where the card slot 514 is open is formed as an inclined surface toward the side close to the card slot 514 in the direction toward the cover bottom 511. Thus, the clamping block 511 can be smoothly inserted into the gap between the two adjacent clamping groove bottoms 513.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, a surface of the latch 211 facing the external thread is provided with a guide slope on one side in the circumferential direction, and as shown in fig. 7, a distance between the bottom plate 513 of the latch and the cover bottom 511 gradually decreases in a direction from the open end to the closed end of the latch 514. Here, the shape of the guiding inclined plane on the clamping block 211 is matched with the shape of the clamping groove bottom 513, and the clamping groove bottom 513 can press the clamping block 511 of the adapter 210 into the clamping groove 514 more stably, so that the axial movement range of the clamping block 511 in the clamping groove 514 is reduced, the connection between the adapter 210 and the salted cover 500 is more stable, and the tightness between the adapter 210 and the outer cover 510 is increased.
Specifically, the clamping block 211 is provided with a cut edge at one end where the guide slope is provided. The clamping block 211 is provided with a trimming edge at one end provided with the guiding inclined plane, so that the salt adding cover 500 can be rotated conveniently.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 7, the side of the slot floor 513 facing the cover bottom 511 is provided with a pressing rib 5131. The pressing rib 5131 can further press the clamping block 511 of the adapter 210 into the clamping groove 514 more stably, so that the axial movement range of the clamping block 511 in the clamping groove 514 is reduced, the connection between the adapter 210 and the salted cover 500 is more stable, and the tightness between the adapter 210 and the outer cover 510 is increased.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the outer circumferential wall of the outer cover 510 is formed in a concave-convex shape in the circumferential direction. Thus, the user can rotate the outer cap 510 more conveniently, thereby facilitating the disassembly operation of the salted cover 500.
A sump dishwasher 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application is described with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
