On one hand, the mounting hole needs to have a size large enough to allow the exhaust sheet provided with the exhaust small hole to be mounted, so that the exhaust sheet is convenient to open the exhaust small hole, and the mounting hole has a sufficient exhaust channel area to meet the emission requirement of more water vapor, so that the diameter of the mounting hole is not less than 1.5 cm; on the other hand, the size of mounting hole does not need too big under the condition that satisfies the demand of emission steam, avoids extravagant exhaust piece's material on the one hand, on the other hand prevents that the mounting hole is too big to lead to the heat preservation effect variation of culinary art process, therefore the diameter of mounting hole is not more than 2.5 cm.
Advantageously, the mounting hole 11 has a first diameter D, the lid body 1 has a second diameter D, and 1:18 ≦ D/D ≦ 1: 12. On one hand, the mounting hole needs to have a large enough size to allow the exhaust sheet provided with the exhaust small hole to be mounted, so that the process consideration of forming the exhaust small hole on the exhaust sheet is firstly for the convenience of the exhaust sheet, and secondly for the sufficient exhaust channel area to meet the emission requirement of more water vapor, therefore, the diameter of the pot body/pot cover is about 30cm, and the diameter ratio of the mounting hole to the pot cover is not less than 1: 18; on the other hand, the size of the mounting hole does not need to be too large under the condition of meeting the requirement of discharging water vapor, so that the waste of materials of the exhaust sheet is avoided, and the phenomenon that the heat preservation effect in the cooking process is poor due to the fact that the mounting hole is too large is avoided, and therefore the diameter ratio of the mounting hole to the pot cover is not larger than 1: 12.
Advantageously, the pot lid further comprises a pot lid handle (not shown in the figures), and the distance from the center of the mounting hole 11 to the center of the handle is 8-15 cm. In order to facilitate carrying of the pot cover, a pot cover handle is arranged on the pot cover, on one hand, in order that a user cannot be scalded by high-temperature water vapor discharged from the exhaust sheet when holding the handle, the distance between the mounting hole and the handle cannot be smaller than 8 cm; on the other hand, the location of the mounting hole (vent hole) is preferably as close as possible to the center of the lid, particularly, in the present embodiment, the lid handle is installed at the center of the lid, and the location of the mounting hole (vent hole) is preferably as close as possible to the center of the handle, so that the water vapor in various locations in the pot is uniformly and rapidly discharged abroad, and the pressure in the pot is balanced, so that the distance between the mounting hole and the handle is not more than 15 cm.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, the edge of the stainless steel exhaust sheet 3 forms a bent portion 37, and the bent portion 37 presses against the upper surface of the periphery of the mounting hole 11. Through the pressing of the bending part, the installation contact area of the stainless steel exhaust sheet and the installation hole is increased, the assembly reliability of the exhaust sheet and the installation hole is improved, the bending part and the exhaust sheet cover the installation hole together, and the periphery of the glass installation hole is effectively protected.
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 3, the bending portion 37 includes an upper bending portion 371 and a lower bending portion 372, the inner side of the upper bending portion 371 is connected to the upper end of the lateral surface 33, the outer side of the upper bending portion 371 is connected to the outer side of the lower bending portion 372, and a sealing ring 5 is disposed between the lower surface of the lower bending portion 372 and the upper surface of the periphery of the mounting hole 11. Here, the inner side refers to a side close to the center of the exhaust sheet 3, and the outer side refers to a side away from the center of the exhaust sheet 3. Therefore, after the bending part of the exhaust fin is assembled with the mounting hole, the exposed part is a continuous surface (the joint of the upper bending part and the lower bending part) rather than an end surface, so that the exhaust fin is attractive, and the exposed part is smooth and safe. By adopting the sealing ring, the water in the cooker can be prevented from overflowing from the assembly clearance between the bent part and the mounting hole and flowing along the surface of the cooker cover to cause the pollution of the cooker, and on the other hand, the extrusion of the bent part and the peripheral surface of the mounting hole can be buffered, so that the reliability of assembly is enhanced. In other embodiments, the lid may not include a sealing ring for cost and installation.
Advantageously, the exhaust member further comprises a stainless steel fixing ring 4, a first flange 41 is arranged at the top edge of the stainless steel fixing ring 4, a second flange 42 is arranged at the bottom of the fixing ring 4, the first flange 41 presses the lower bending portion 372 to the upper surface of the periphery of the mounting hole 11, and the second flange 42 is clamped on the lower surface of the periphery of the mounting hole 11, so that the stainless steel exhaust sheet 3 is mounted in the mounting hole 11. Through the split stainless steel fixing ring, the first flanging at the top of the stainless steel fixing ring is clamped with the lower bending part to the upper surface of the periphery of the mounting hole, and the second flanging at the bottom of the stainless steel fixing ring is clamped with the lower surface of the periphery of the mounting hole, so that the exhaust sheet can be conveniently fixed at the mounting hole; the fixing ring which is separated from the exhaust sheet is convenient to machine and form, and on the other hand, the exhaust sheet and the fixing ring which are separated are convenient to assemble due to the fact that stainless steel is high in rigidity and not prone to deformation.
Advantageously, the stainless steel fixing ring 4 comprises the side portion 43, one end of the side portion 43 extends to the lower side of the lid body 1 and forms the second flange 42, and the other end extends to form the first flange 41 above the outer surface of the lid body 1. So as to adapt to the depth of the mounting hole and enable the fixing ring to clamp the exhaust sheet.
Advantageously, an avoiding opening 373 through which the first turned edge 71 passes is formed between the inner side of the lower bent portion 372 and the side circumferential surface 33, and an accommodating space 374 for accommodating the first turned edge 41 is formed between the lower bent portion 372 and the upper bent portion 371. Therefore, the first flanging can extend into the upper part of the lower bending part, so that the exhaust sheet can be clamped by the fixing ring.
During installation, the exhaust sheet 3 and the fixed ring 4 are overlapped and fixed in an overlapping mode, the sealing ring 5 (such as a silica gel ring) is added below the exhaust sheet 3, the sealing ring passes through the installation hole 11 on the glass pot cover body 1, the fixed ring 4 is spun, and the fixed ring 4 is spun into a circle larger than 4/3, so that the exhaust sheet 3, the sealing ring 5 and the fixed ring 4 are fixed together.
Example 2:
the present embodiment 2 is different from the embodiment 1 in that, as shown in fig. 5, a reinforcing protrusion 362 is provided at a joint of adjacent reinforcing parts 36, and the reinforcing protrusion 362 protrudes toward the center of the exhaust sheet 3. The reinforcing protrusions may support the junction of adjacent reinforcing portions and advantageously reduce stress concentration at the junction.
Example 3:
the present embodiment 3 is different from the embodiment 1 in that, as shown in fig. 6, the vent sheet 3 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 31, and the plurality of vent holes 31 are spaced apart from each other. Therefore, the connecting parts are formed among the small exhaust holes, on one hand, the small exhaust holes ensure that the whole has enough exhaust capacity, steam is prevented from splashing out from a gap, meanwhile, the area of the single small exhaust hole is small, foreign matters are prevented from falling into the pot from the hole, on the other hand, the connecting parts also effectively enhance the overall strength of the exhaust sheet, and only one mounting hole needs to be formed in the pot cover, so that the manufacturing process is simple.
In this embodiment, the exhaust sheet 3 has 9 small exhaust holes, one of which is located at the center and the other 8 of which are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the center hole. Preferably, each of the vent apertures is circular and the same size. On the one hand, the processing is easy, and on the other hand, the exhaust is uniform. In other embodiments, the number, shape and arrangement position of the exhaust holes are not limited to those listed in the embodiment.
Example 4:
this embodiment 4 is different from embodiment 1 in that the side peripheral surface 33 includes side flat surface portions having an angle α of 90 ° or more and 135 ° or less with respect to the bottom portion 32 (not shown in the figure). Therefore, when in cooking, food in the pot is heated, and formed steam overflows from the small exhaust holes of the exhaust sheet, on one hand, the opening area of the upper part of the exhaust sheet is larger than or equal to the area of the bottom, so that the steam is favorably exhausted out of the pot body, and the chance of the steam contacting with the lateral periphery of the exhaust sheet is reduced; on the other hand, when a part of the water vapor is condensed on the side circumferential surface, the inclined side circumferential surface plays a role of guiding the backflow of the water droplets, and the water droplets are favorably flown back to the bottom along the inclined side plane portion.
Example 5:
the present embodiment 4 differs from embodiment 1 in that a seal ring is provided between the lower surface of the bent portion 37 and the upper surface of the outer periphery of the mounting hole, as shown in fig. 7. In the embodiment, the processing technology is simplified, and the cost is saved.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the exhaust flap 3 of the exhaust member is integrally formed with the fixing ring. During installation, a sealing ring (such as a silica gel ring) is directly added below the exhaust piece and then penetrates through the installation hole in the glass pot cover body to spin the fixing ring part, and the fixing ring part is spun into a circle larger than 4/3, so that the exhaust piece sealing ring and the installation hole are fixed together. The assembly process of the exhaust sheet and the fixed ring is reduced.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited thereto, and may be embodied in many different forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims. Any modification which does not depart from the functional and structural principles of the present invention is intended to be included within the scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. A pot cover comprises a pot cover body and an exhaust piece, and is characterized in that the pot cover body is provided with a mounting hole, the exhaust piece is mounted in the mounting hole and comprises an exhaust piece and a side part, one end of the side part extends to the lower side of the pot cover body, the other end of the side part is positioned above the outer surface of the pot cover body, the exhaust piece is provided with an exhaust small hole and a water collecting concave part, the exhaust small hole is positioned in the water collecting concave part, and the water collecting concave part comprises a side peripheral surface;
the exhaust piece further comprises a fixing ring, the fixing ring comprises the side part, and a first flanging is arranged on the edge of the top of the fixing ring;
the edge of the exhaust sheet is provided with a bending part, the bending part comprises an upper bending part and a lower bending part, the inner side of the upper bending part is connected with the upper end of the side peripheral surface, and the outer side of the upper bending part is connected with the outer side of the lower bending part;
the first flanging presses the lower bending part to the upper surface of the periphery of the mounting hole, so that the exhaust sheet and the fixing ring are subjected to edge folding and fixing in an overlapping mode.
2. The pot cover of claim 1, wherein the water trap recess comprises a bottom, and the junction of the lateral periphery and the bottom is a circular arc transition.
3. The pot cover of claim 2, wherein the side peripheral surface includes a side curved surface portion connected to the bottom portion, the side curved surface portion protruding in a direction away from the water trap recess.
4. The lid according to claim 2, characterized in that said lateral peripheral surface comprises lateral planar portions having an angle α with said bottom, α being greater than or equal to 90 ° and less than or equal to 135 °.
5. The pot cover of claim 1, wherein the depth of the water trap recess is 1-5 mm.
6. The pot cover of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the mounting hole is 1.5-2.5 cm.
7. The lid of claim 1, further comprising a lid handle, wherein the distance from the center of the mounting hole to the center of the handle is 8-15 cm.
8. The lid for a pot as claimed in claim 1, wherein one end of the side portion is connected to the exhaust piece so that the exhaust piece is fixed to the mounting hole, and the other end of the side portion is provided with a flange which is caught on a lower surface of an outer periphery of the mounting hole so that the exhaust member is mounted to the mounting hole.
9. The lid for a pot as claimed in claim 1, wherein said venting sheet is provided with a plurality of venting apertures, said plurality of venting apertures being spaced from each other.
10. The lid for a pot of claim 9, wherein said venting apertures each have a rounded profile.
