Cooking utensil
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a cooking utensil.
Background
Existing cooking appliances such as electric rice cookers, electric pressure cookers and the like generally comprise a pot body and a cover body arranged on the pot body. An inner pot is generally arranged in the pot body, and materials to be cooked are contained in the inner pot. When the cover body is buckled on the pot body, a cooking space is formed between the cover body and the inner pot.
The cover body is generally provided with a sealing ring made of silica gel, and when the cover body is buckled on the pot body, the cover body and the inner pot are extruded by the silica gel sealing ring positioned between the cover body and the inner pot so as to realize the sealing between the cover body and the inner pot.
But the silica gel sealing ring is usually arranged on the detachable cover of the cover body. Thus, the cover body has a complex structure and high production cost.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least partially the problems existing in the prior art, according to one aspect of the present utility model, there is provided a cooking appliance. The cooking appliance includes: the pot body comprises a pot body and an inner pot arranged in the pot body; the cover body can be opened and closed relative to the pot body, the cover body comprises a lining, an annular lip extending downwards is arranged on the lining, and the annular lip is inserted into the inner pot and forms a seal with a pot opening of the inner pot in a buckling state that the cover body is buckled to the pot body.
In the embodiment of the application, under the lock state, in annular lip inserts interior pot, form sealedly between annular lip and the pot mouth, and then make and form airtight culinary art space between inside lining and the interior pot, avoid the food of interior pot internal cooking to flow out to the cooking utensil outside. In the prior art, the cover body generally comprises a lining, an outer cover and a detachable cover, wherein the lining is positioned between the outer cover and the detachable cover, and a silica gel sealing ring is arranged on the detachable cover. In the embodiment of the application, be provided with annular lip on the inside lining, annular lip is direct to be connected with the inside lining promptly, can save removable lid isotructure, on the basis that realizes sealing between lid and the interior pot, make the structure of lid simpler, manufacturing cost is lower.
Illustratively, the annular lip is integral with the liner. Thus, the connection between the annular lip edge and the lining is more firm, the manufacture is simpler and more convenient, the sealing effect is more stable, and the structure is simpler.
Illustratively, the annular lip is a plastic piece. The material of the plastic part can better ensure the rebound capability of the annular lip edge when the annular lip edge is extruded, thereby ensuring the sealing effect of the annular lip edge. Compared with sealing rings made of silica gel and other materials in the prior art, the annular lip structure of the plastic part in the embodiment of the application is more stable in property, and the general problems of silica gel products, such as silica gel peculiar smell and the like caused by factors such as vulcanization time and vulcanizing agent in the vulcanization process, can be effectively reduced. In addition, the lining is usually made of plastic, and the annular lip edge of the plastic piece can further reduce the production difficulty and cost of the cover body.
Illustratively, the annular lip includes a connecting portion at an upper portion that is connected to the liner and a sealing portion at a lower portion that is inserted into the inner pan in a snap-fit condition and that is in interference fit with a pan opening of the inner pan. Under the buckling state, the outer side wall of the sealing part can be contacted with the pot mouth of the inner pot, and certain extrusion can be formed between the sealing part and the pot mouth through interference fit, so that the sealing effect is better.
The sealing portion comprises a first annular body and a plurality of annular support ribs arranged on the inner side wall of the first annular body, wherein the plurality of annular support ribs are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the annular lip, the outer side wall of the first annular body is abutted against the pot mouth of the inner pot in the buckling state, and at least one part of the plurality of annular support ribs is abutted against each other in the buckling state. Under the buckling state, the sealing part is inserted into the inner pot to be extruded to generate certain deformation, and the annular supporting rib can protect the annular lip edge to avoid the damage of the annular lip edge caused by deformation. Moreover, the annular supporting ribs which are mutually abutted can provide a certain support for the sealing part, avoid excessive deformation of the sealing part, ensure that rebound capability generated after the sealing part is deformed is better, and further improve the sealing effect.
Illustratively, the thickness of the first annular body is less than the thickness of the connecting portion. In this way, the relatively thicker connection 221 ensures better overall strength of the annular lip, and the first annular body of relatively smaller thickness can be more easily deformed by compression to achieve a sealing effect.
Illustratively, an annular guide wall is attached to the lower end of the first annular body, the annular guide wall sloping in a downward direction toward the center of the annular lip. In this way, in the process of the cover body buckling, the annular guide wall is contacted with the inner pot and plays a certain guide role, so that the buckling process is smoother.
The sealing part comprises a second annular main body and one or more annular sealing sheets, wherein the inner peripheral side of the one or more annular sealing sheets is connected to the outer side wall of the second annular main body, and the outer peripheral side of at least one part of the one or more annular sealing sheets is/are upwards bent to be abutted against the pot mouth of the inner pot in the buckling state. In the buckling process, the outer peripheral side of the annular sealing piece is in contact with the pot mouth of the inner pot, the annular sealing piece is extruded and deformed, and the sealing between the cover body and the pot body is realized under the action of the rebound force of the self structure.
Illustratively, the thickness of the second annular body is less than the thickness of the connecting portion. In this way, the relatively thicker connection portion ensures better overall strength of the annular lip, and the second annular body of relatively smaller thickness can be more easily deformed by compression to achieve a sealing effect.
Illustratively, the one or more annular sealing tabs are perpendicular to the axial direction of the annular lip. In this way, in the buckling process, the annular lip edge is pressed by the pot mouth from outside to inside, and the sealing effect is better.
Illustratively, a bottom surface of a lowermost annular seal piece of the one or more annular seal pieces is inclined in a downward direction toward a center of the annular lip. Therefore, in the process of buckling the cover body, the bottommost annular sealing piece can form a guide, so that the buckling process of the cover body is smoother.
The lower end of the connecting part is provided with a first flexible part, and the outer side wall of the sealing part is abutted against the pot opening of the inner pot in a buckling state. Thus, the first easily-bent part is bent and deformed, and the sealing part is extruded and deformed to a certain extent. The bending of the first easily-bent part can share the extrusion force of the sealing part, so that the sealing part is prevented from being damaged. Because the first easy-to-bend part and the sealing part all produce certain deformation, under the resilience action of the first easy-to-bend part and the sealing part, the sealing effect is better, the structure setting is simpler, and the production cost is lower.
Illustratively, the first pliable component includes an annular recess disposed on an inner and/or outer side of the lower end of the connecting component. Therefore, the annular groove is bent, so that the bending position is more controllable, and the stability of the buckling process is further enhanced.
Illustratively, the thickness of the seal portion is greater than the thickness of the connection portion. Therefore, the self resilience force of the sealing part is better, the joint between the sealing part and the inner pot is tighter, and the sealing effect is better.
Illustratively, the outer sidewall of the seal portion is inclined in a downward direction toward the center of the annular lip. Thus, the outer side wall of the sealing part can have a guiding function, so that the buckling process is smoother.
Illustratively, the upper end of the connecting portion is provided with a second pliable portion. Thus, under the condition that the strength of the deformation of the whole annular lip is unchanged, the stress of each position is more balanced, and the durability of the whole annular lip can be improved.
Illustratively, the second pliable component includes an annular recess disposed on an inner and/or outer side of the lower end of the connecting component. Like this, buckle at the annular groove, make the position of buckling more controllable, buckling process's stability is better.
Illustratively, the connection is disposed continuously along the circumferential direction of the annular lip. Thus, the connecting portion can achieve a more stable connection with the sealing portion, and has a better sealing effect everywhere in the circumferential direction.
Illustratively, the annular lip is inserted into the inner pan to a depth of between 8-15mm in the snapped condition. The arrangement is such that the interface between the annular lip and the inner pan is sufficiently large to ensure its sealing effect. And moreover, the depth is not too large, so that the whole cover body occupies too much space, and the structure is more reasonable.
Illustratively, the liner is hinged to the pot. Therefore, the lining is rotationally connected with the cooker body along the rotating shaft, and the cover body is buckled through rotation, so that the operation is more convenient.
The cover incorporates a series of concepts in simplified form in the summary, which will be described in further detail in the detailed description section. Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous details are provided to provide a thorough understanding of the utility model. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following description illustrates preferred embodiments of the utility model by way of example only and that the utility model may be practiced without one or more of these details. Furthermore, some technical features that are known in the art have not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the utility model.
According to one aspect of the present utility model, a cooking appliance is provided. The cooking appliance can be an electromagnetic heating electric cooker, an electric stewpot or other cooking appliances. Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 7, the cooking appliance may include a pot 100 and a cover 200. For brevity, only a portion of the structures of the pot 100 and the cover 200 are shown in the drawings. The pot body 100 may include a pot body 110 and an inner pot 120 provided in the pot body 110. In practical applications, the pot body 100 and the cover body 200 may be provided in any shape according to the use requirement. For example, the pot body 100 may have a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape, and have a cylindrical inner pot receiving part, and the inner pot 120 may be freely placed in or taken out of the inner pot receiving part to facilitate cleaning of the inner pot 120. The inner pot 120 has a pot opening 121 for holding materials to be cooked, such as rice, soup, etc., into the inner pot 120. The cover 200 may substantially correspond to the shape of the pot 100, and may have a substantially rounded rectangular parallelepiped shape. The cover 200 is provided to be openable and closable with respect to the pot 100. The inner pot 120 may be an inner pot 120 with a top having a shrinking shape, a pot opening 121 with a curved wall, or a straight tubular inner pot in the illustrated embodiment. Alternatively, the inner pot may be provided in any other shape as desired.
With continued reference to fig. 1, 3 and 7, the cover 200 may include a liner 210. It will be appreciated that the cover 200 may also include an outer cover (not shown), which may be a cap that surrounds the top (see arrow a in fig. 1) and the periphery (see arrow C in fig. 1) of the liner 210. Typically, the liner 210 is provided with a structure such as a control board, and the outer cover can cover the liner and the structure such as the control board on the liner to prevent the liner 210 and the structure thereon from directly contacting the outside. A display panel may be provided on the inner or outer cover, through which a user can select a cooking mode, a cooking time, etc. of the cooking appliance. The liner 210 may be provided with a downwardly extending annular lip 220 thereon. The annular lip 220 is inserted into the inner pot 120 in a fastened state in which the cover 200 is fastened to the pot 100 and forms a seal with the pot opening 121 of the inner pot 120. The annular lip 220 is inserted into the portion of the inner pot 120 such that a sealing surface is formed between the annular lip 220 and the inner pot 120. The annular lip 220 is inserted into the inner pot 120, and is extruded and deformed, so that the annular lip 220 is tightly attached to the inner pot 120 under the action of the resilience force of the annular lip, and the sealing effect is better. It will be appreciated that to further ensure a sealing effect, the sealing surface may be provided as a continuous, i.e. in embodiments where the mouth 121 of the inner pan 120 is circular, the portion of the annular lip 220 that is inserted into the inner pan 120 is of a continuous annular configuration. Under the condition that the pot mouth is of other shapes, the shape of the annular lip can be matched with the shape of the annular lip, so that a continuous sealing surface is formed between the annular lip and the inner pot, and the annular lip is not limited too much.
In the embodiment of the present application, in the locked state, the annular lip 220 is inserted into the inner pot 120, and a seal is formed between the annular lip 220 and the pot opening 121, so that a closed cooking space is formed between the liner 210 and the inner pot 120, and food cooked in the inner pot 120 is prevented from flowing out of the cooking appliance. In the prior art, the lid generally comprises a liner, an outer lid and a removable lid, the liner being located between the outer lid and the removable lid, and a silicone gasket being sandwiched between the liner and the removable lid. In the embodiment of the application, the annular lip 220 is disposed on the liner 210, that is, the annular lip 220 is directly connected with the liner 210, so that the structure of the cover 200 is simpler and the production cost is lower on the basis of realizing the sealing between the cover 200 and the inner pot 120.
For example, referring to fig. 3, 6 and 9, the annular lip 220 may be integral with the liner 210. In this way, the connection between the annular lip 220 and the liner 210 is more secure, simpler to manufacture, more stable in sealing effect, and simpler in construction. In an embodiment not shown, the annular lip may be provided as a separate body, the two being fixedly connected by a connector.
Illustratively, the annular lip 220 may be a plastic piece. The plastic material can better ensure the rebound ability of the annular lip 220 when being extruded, thereby ensuring the sealing effect of the annular lip 220. Compared with sealing rings made of silica gel and other materials in the prior art, the annular lip 220 of the plastic part in the embodiment of the application has more stable structural properties, and can effectively reduce the general problems of silica gel products, such as silica gel peculiar smell and other problems caused by factors such as vulcanization time, vulcanizing agent and the like in the vulcanization process. Moreover, the liner 210 is typically made of plastic, and the annular lip 220 of the plastic further reduces the difficulty and cost of manufacturing the cover 200. Of course, in other embodiments, the annular lip may be any material now or later developed that ensures its sealing effect.
Illustratively, the annular lip 220 may include a connecting portion 221 at an upper portion and a sealing portion 222 at a lower portion. The connection portion 221 may be connected to the liner 210, and the sealing portion 222 may be inserted into the inner pan 120 in a fastened state and interference-fitted with the pan opening 121 of the inner pan 120. Specifically, in the case where the port 121 is circular, the outer diameter of the sealing portion 222 may be slightly larger than the diameter of the port 121. In the buckled state, the lateral wall of sealing portion 222 can be with the pot mouth 121 contact of interior pot 120, and interference fit's setting can make certain extrusion between the two, and sealed effect is better. The annular lip 220 is not easy to adsorb foreign matters between the connecting part 221 and the sealing part 222, and the cleanliness in the use process can be better ensured.
For example, the connection 221 may be continuously provided in the circumferential direction of the annular lip 220. In this way, the connection portion 221 can achieve a more stable connection with the seal portion 222, and has a better sealing effect everywhere in the circumferential direction. In an embodiment not shown, the number of the connecting portions may be plural and arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the annular lip, so as to ensure connection with the sealing portion, without being excessively limited.
Illustratively, referring to FIG. 8, in the snap-fit condition of the annular lip 220, the annular lip 220 is inserted into the inner pan 120 to a depth L3 of between 8-15 mm. For example, the depth may be 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, or the like. This is provided so that the interface between the annular lip 220 and the inner pot 120 is large enough to ensure its sealing effect. And, this degree of depth is unlikely to be too big and leads to lid 200 whole occupation space too much, and the structure setting is more reasonable. Of course, the depth can be set according to practical requirements (such as the volume of the pot, the material of the annular lip, etc.).
Illustratively, the liner 210 may be hinged to the pot 110. It will be appreciated that the liner 200 serves as a main structure of the lid 200, and the connection between the lid 200 and the pot 100 is achieved through the connection of the liner 210 and the pot 110. Thus, the inner liner 210 is rotatably connected with the cooker body 110 along the rotation axis, and the cover 200 is fastened by rotation, so that the operation is more convenient. In an embodiment not shown, the inner liner and the pot body can be in a split structure, and the cover body and the pot body are buckled and opened through pulling and inserting.
1-3, the seal 222 may include a first annular body 223 and a plurality of annular support ribs 224 disposed on an inner sidewall of the first annular body 223. The plurality of annular support ribs 224 may be spaced along an axial direction (O-O') of the annular lip 220, with an outer sidewall of the first annular body 223 abutting against the mouth 121 of the inner pan 120 in a snap-fit condition, and at least a portion of the plurality of annular support ribs 224 abutting against one another in a snap-fit condition. In the buckled state, the sealing part 222 is inserted into the inner pot 120 to be extruded to generate a certain deformation, and the annular supporting rib 224 can protect the annular lip 220 from being damaged due to deformation. Moreover, the annular supporting ribs 224 abutted against each other can provide a certain support for the sealing portion 222, avoid excessive deformation of the sealing portion 222, and enable rebound ability generated after the sealing portion 222 is deformed to be better, so that sealing effect is further improved. Illustratively, referring to FIG. 2, the length L1 of the annular support rib 224 may be between 1-2mm in the radial direction of the annular lip 220. In an embodiment not shown, the sealing part may comprise only a first annular body, that is to say the inner side wall of the sealing part is not provided with annular support ribs, by means of which sealing with the inner pot is achieved.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the thickness of the first annular body 223 may be less than the thickness of the connection part 221. In this way, the relatively thicker connection 221 can better ensure the strength of the annular lip 220 as a whole, and the first annular body 223, which is relatively smaller in thickness, can be more easily deformed by compression to achieve a sealing effect. Of course, in some embodiments, the thickness of the first annular body and the connecting portion may be the same, i.e., the annular lip may be generally cylindrical in shape with a uniform thickness.
Illustratively, with continued reference to fig. 2, the lower end of the first annular body 223 may have an annular guide wall 225 attached thereto, and the annular guide wall 225 may be inclined in a downward direction toward the center of the annular lip 220. In this way, in the process of buckling the cover body 200, the annular guide wall 225 contacts with the inner pot 120 and plays a certain guiding role, so that the buckling process is smoother.
For example, referring to fig. 4-6 in combination, the seal 222 may include a second annular body 226 and one or more annular sealing tabs 227. An inner peripheral side of the one or more annular sealing pieces 227 is connected to an outer side wall of the second annular body 226, and an outer peripheral side of at least a portion of the one or more annular sealing pieces 227 is upwardly curved to abut against the port 121 of the inner pan 120 in a fastened state. The annular sealing plate 227 is shown in an unbent state, and in actual use, the outer peripheral side of the annular sealing plate 227 is pressed against the port 121 and bent. It will be appreciated that during the process of the snap-fit, the outer peripheral side of the annular sealing piece 227 contacts the mouth 121 of the inner pot 120, the annular sealing piece 227 is pressed and deformed, and the sealing between the lid 200 and the pot 100 is achieved by the resilience of the self-structure. Illustratively, referring to FIG. 5, the length L2 of the annular sealing tab 227 in the radial direction of the annular lip 220 may be between 3-4 mm.
For example, referring to fig. 5, the thickness of the second annular body 226 may be smaller than the thickness of the connection part 221. In this way, the relatively thicker connection 221 may better ensure the strength of the annular lip 220 as a whole, and the relatively smaller thickness of the second annular body 226 may be more easily deformed by compression to achieve a sealing effect.
For example, with continued reference to fig. 5, one or more annular sealing tabs 227 may be perpendicular to the axial direction (O-O') of the annular lip 220. In this way, during the buckling process, the annular lip 220 is pressed by the pot opening 121 from outside to inside, and the sealing effect is better. Of course, in other embodiments, one or more annular sealing tabs may be disposed at a predetermined angle to the axial direction of the annular lip, so long as the sealing action of the annular sealing tabs is ensured, without undue limitation.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 5, the bottom surface of the lowermost annular sealing piece of the one or more annular sealing pieces 227 may be inclined in a downward direction toward the center of the annular lip 220. In this way, the lowermost annular sealing piece can form a guide in the process of buckling the cover body 200, so that the buckling process of the cover body 200 is smoother. In other embodiments, the bottommost annular sealing piece can also be arranged perpendicular to the axial direction of the annular lip, and the bottommost annular sealing piece can be bent upwards after contacting with the pot mouth in the buckling process, so that a certain guiding effect can be achieved.
7-9, the lower end of the connection portion 221 may be provided with a first pliable portion 228, and the outer sidewall of the sealing portion 222 may abut against the mouth 121 of the inner pot 120 in the fastened state. In this way, the first pliable portion 228 is deformed by bending, and the sealing portion 222 is pressed and deformed to a certain extent. The bending of the first flexible portion 228 may share the extrusion force applied to the sealing portion 222, so as to avoid the damage of the sealing portion 222. Because the first flexible part 228 and the sealing part 222 all produce certain deformation, under the action of resilience force of the first flexible part 228 and the sealing part 222, the outer side wall of the sealing part 222 and the inner pot 120 form sealing, the sealing effect is better, the structure setting is simpler, and the production cost is lower.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 8, the first pliable component 228 may include an annular groove disposed on an inner and/or outer side of the lower end of the connecting portion 221. Therefore, the annular groove is bent, so that the bending position is more controllable, and the stability of the buckling process is further enhanced. In other embodiments, the first pliable portion may take other configurations such that the first pliable portion may be folded, such as a crease. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the first pliable portion may be made of a material that is relatively flexible, so as to facilitate bending thereat.
Illustratively, the thickness of the seal 222 may be greater than the thickness of the connection 221. Thus, the sealing part 222 has better resilience, and is tightly attached to the inner pot 120, so that the sealing effect is better. In other embodiments, the thickness of the sealing portion may be the same as the thickness of the connecting portion, with the annular lip being generally cylindrical.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 8, the outer sidewall 222a of the seal 222 may slope in a downward direction toward the center of the annular lip 220. In this way, the outer sidewall of the sealing portion 222 may have a guiding function, so that the buckling process is smoother. Illustratively, the thickness of the seal 222 may taper from up to a maximum where the thickness L4 may be between 1.5-2.5mm and a minimum where the thickness L5 may be between 0.8-1.2 mm.
Illustratively, the upper end of the connecting portion 221 is provided with a second pliable portion 229. It will be appreciated that during the snap-fit process, the sealing portion 222 and the first pliable portion 228 deform at the same time as the second pliable portion 229 can buckle to share the compressive forces acting on the sealing portion 222 and the first pliable portion 228. In this way, with the strength of the deformation of the annular lip 220 as a whole unchanged, the forces at each location are more balanced, and the durability of the annular lip 220 as a whole can be improved.
Illustratively, with continued reference to fig. 8, the second pliable component 229 may include an annular groove disposed on an inner and/or outer side of the lower end of the connecting portion 221. Like this, buckle at the annular groove, make the position of buckling more controllable, buckling process's stability is better. Preferably, the annular grooves at the upper end of the connection part 221 and the annular grooves at the lower end of the connection part 221 may be disposed in the same direction, and both the annular grooves may be recessed from the outside to the inside in the radial direction (P-P') of the annular lip.
