Claims (11)

1. A seal ring assembly for a cooking appliance, comprising:
the sealing ring is arranged on the fixing ring, the fixing ring is provided with a fixing ring pressing surface which is pressed against the sealing ring, and the sealing ring is provided with a sealing ring pressing surface which is suitable for being pressed against the fixing ring; and
and the convex part is arranged between the fixed ring pressing surface and the sealing ring pressing surface.
2. The gasket assembly for a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the protrusion is formed at the gasket pressing surface and protrudes toward the fixing ring.
3. The gasket assembly of claim 1, wherein the gasket pressing surface is an annular surface extending along a horizontal plane, and the protrusion is formed by protruding upward from the gasket pressing surface.
4. The sealing ring assembly for a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein said protrusion is annular and extends in a circumferential direction of said sealing ring.
5. The gasket assembly of claim 1, wherein the protrusion is a plurality of protrusions, and the plurality of protrusions are spaced apart along a circumference of the gasket.
6. The gasket assembly for a cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the upper end surfaces of the plurality of protrusions are flush.
7. The gasket assembly of claim 1 wherein said protrusion protrudes from said gasket pressing surface by a height of 0.3-3 mm.
8. The gasket assembly for a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the gasket comprises:
a body portion provided on the fixing ring, the seal ring pressing surface being formed on the body portion;
a first skirt connected to the body portion and extending in a vertical direction;
a second skirt connected to the body portion and extending in a horizontal direction,
the body part is provided with a protruding part, and the sealing ring pressing surface is connected with the second skirt edge and the protruding part respectively.
9. The seal ring assembly for a cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein the seal ring is annular and conforms to the cross-sectional profile of the cooking appliance.
10. A pot lid, comprising:
a sheet metal part;
a seal ring assembly, the seal ring assembly being provided on the sheet metal part, the seal ring assembly being in accordance with any one of claims 1-9.
11. A cooking appliance, comprising:
the cooking pot comprises a pot body, a cooking cavity and an opening communicated with the cooking cavity, wherein the pot body is internally provided with the cooking cavity;
the pot cover is movably arranged on the pot body and can move between an opening position for avoiding the opening and a closing position for closing the opening;
a sealing ring assembly provided on the lid, the sealing ring assembly being as claimed in any one of claims 1-9, the sealing ring assembly being clamped between the lid and the body when the lid is in the closed position.
