the upper section of the outer side surface is arranged in a rough surface manner and/or the lower section of the outer side surface is arranged in a rough surface manner; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the outer side surface upper section and the outer side surface lower section are arranged in a rough surface mode, and the roughness of the outer side surface upper section is larger than that of the outer side surface lower section; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

9. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein a notch is provided in a position of the upper outer edge of the pan body corresponding to the circumferential lip;
the supporting part is arranged to penetrate through the notch and extends inwards into the notch or is positioned right below the notch.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9 wherein an outer end of said circumferential lip is disposed outwardly beyond an upper outer edge of said pan body; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the outer end of the circumferential lip edge is positioned within the outer edge of the upper end of the pot body.
