Claims (18)

1. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pan body including an inner pan;
the pot cover is arranged on the pot body in a switchable manner between an opening state and a closing state;
a seal, the seal comprising:
a mounting part mounted to the pot cover;
the first sealing part is connected with the mounting part and used for stopping the upper surface of the pot edge of the inner pot;
a second sealing part connected with the mounting part and/or the first sealing part, the second sealing part being used for stopping the inner circumferential wall of the inner pan,
when the cooker cover is in a closed state, the extension length of the contact area of the second sealing part and the inner cooker in the height direction of the inner cooker is S3, and S3 is not more than 10 mm.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein 2mm ≦ S3 ≦ 5 mm.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein an extension of a longitudinal section of the first sealing portion is greater than or equal to an extension of a longitudinal section of the second sealing portion.
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the second sealing part has a longitudinal section extending in length S2, 5mm ≦ S2 ≦ 20 mm.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein a thickness of the first sealing portion is less than or equal to a thickness of the second sealing portion.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first sealing portion has a thickness of 0.5mm to 2mm and the second sealing portion has a thickness of 1mm to 3 mm.
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the second sealing portion is formed in a ring shape, an inner diameter of the inner pot is greater than or equal to an outer diameter of the second sealing portion in a state that the lid is opened, and a difference between the inner diameter of the inner pot and the outer diameter of the second sealing portion is S4, S4 ≦ 2 mm.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein 0.3mm ≦ S4 ≦ 1 mm.
9. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first sealing portion is pressed during the switching process of the lid from the open state to the closed state so that the first sealing portion abuts against the upper surface of the rim of the inner pot and the second sealing portion abuts against the inner peripheral wall of the inner pot, and the compression amount of the first sealing portion is S5, and S5 is not less than 1mm and not more than 20 mm.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein 3mm ≦ S5 ≦ 6 mm.
11. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the second sealing portion includes a first sealing section disposed proximate to the mounting portion and a second sealing section disposed distal from the mounting portion, a surface roughness of the first sealing section toward the inner pan side being greater than a surface roughness of the second sealing section toward the inner pan side.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein a surface of the second sealing portion facing the inner pan is formed with a groove between the first sealing section and the second sealing section.
13. The cooking appliance of claim 12, wherein the second sealing portion forms an annular shape, the groove forming an annular groove extending along a circumference of the second sealing portion.
14. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein the second sealing section has a deformation resistance less than a deformation resistance of the first sealing section.
15. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein the first sealing section has a thickness greater than a thickness of the second sealing section.
16. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein the thickness of the second sealing section tapers in a direction away from the first sealing section.
17. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein the second seal segment forms an annular shape, the second seal segment having an outer diameter that gradually decreases in a direction away from the first seal segment.
18. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein the first sealing section is formed in a ring shape, and a surface of the first sealing section facing the inner pan is formed with a plurality of protrusions, the plurality of protrusions being spaced apart along a circumference of the first sealing section.
