背景技术
在经济不断发展的今天,为了满足各种办公、住宿、娱乐的需要,楼房自然也越盖越多,越盖越高。在兴建建筑之前,在地基上打上建筑桩是常见的建筑施工方法。目前的建筑桩都是在较大的压力下竖直插入地面,如同钉子钉入木头一样,只受到垂直方向的摩擦阻力,而没有水平方向的契合作用,因此不是很稳固。
建筑物建成之后,由于地基下沉等原因,时常有建筑物的室内地面沉陷的情况发生,而由于一般建筑物的室内层高受限,无法采用大型设备在室内成桩,因此,建筑物的室内地面沉陷以后难以得到加固处理,危险性很高,而且时间长了,容易导致整栋楼将被迫停止使用,经济损失也很大。为此,目前建筑施工上出现了很多小型建筑桩体,通常是将预制部分结构后运输至施工现场再进行组装,然而在实际施工过程中,桩基的自身结构性能不足,且桩基的主要结构仍然是采取现场施工技术,但现场浇灌混凝土桩基结构耗用时间长,导致施工周期长,不利于施工成本的节约。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种设计简单、安全、抗震和稳定性高的建筑桩。

桩头的制造方法,包括有以下步骤:
1)取玻璃纤维28-30份和超细砂26-30份送去气流粉碎机中制成粉末,将粉末送入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,再加入水20-30份和聚丙烯12-18份,送入烘干机中,温度升至200-300℃,持续30-50min,备用;
2)取二苯醚10-16份和甲乙酮16-18份,送入加热机中,温度升至85-95℃,持续20-40min,再保温1-2小时,备用;
3)取珍珠岩20-24份送入碎石机中粉碎成小颗粒,加入步骤2)中制得的原料,送入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,送入800-900℃的焙烧机中焙烧2-3小时,再送入密闭容器中冷却至室温,备用;
4)取三氧化二锑10-14份和三氧化钼12-14份,送入加热器中加热,温度由200℃升至300℃,升温速度为10℃/min,再保温3-4小时,备用;
5)取硅藻土22-26份和石墨30-45份送入气流粉碎机中制成粉末,再加入丙烯酸酯10-16份、苯二胺12-14份和苯乙烯10-14份,送入加热器中加热至50-60℃,备用;
6)将步骤1)、步骤3)、步骤4)和步骤5)中制得的原料混合,加入硅30-40份和铝35-45份,送入熔融炉中,温度升至1200-1300℃,持续2-3小时,备用;
7)将步骤6)中的原料注入模中浇注养护30小时脱模,再常温养护五天,即可得到建筑桩的桩头。
本发明的有益效果为:该建筑桩设计简单,通过在桩头上设置有抓地机构,起到了固定作用,提高了建筑桩的稳定性;通过在承重台与支架之间设置有弹簧,纵向地震波使建筑物上下晃动,弹簧发生形变,避免建筑物上下剧烈晃动,发生破坏,保证建筑物结构的完整性;通过在桩体内设置有减震管,起到了减振作用,提高了安全性。

参照图1所示,一种建筑桩,包括有桩头1、桩体2和承重机构3,所述桩头1、桩体2和承重机构3依次连接,所述桩体2底部侧壁上设置有抓地机构4,所述桩体2内部设置有减震管5和两个连接锚管7,所述两个连接锚管7之间设置有加强柱6,所述桩体2顶部设置有支架8,所述支架8上方设置有承重台10,所述承重台10与支架8之间通过弹簧9连接,所述承重台10上设置有顶柱11,所述顶柱11顶部设置有顶板13,所述顶柱11两侧设置有筋板12。
所述桩头1与桩体2采用螺纹结构连接,利于桩头1与桩体2的拆装,而且安装牢固。
所述承重台10与顶柱11为一体化设置,让建筑桩更加稳固。
所述顶柱11表面设置有不锈钢层(未图示),防止顶柱11因长期接触水和氧气而生锈。
所述顶柱11内部设置有一条以上的钢筋(未图示),提高了顶柱11的强度。
桩头1的制造方法:
1)取玻璃纤维28份和超细砂26份送去气流粉碎机中制成粉末,将粉末送入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,再加入水20份和聚丙烯12份,送入烘干机中,温度升至200℃,持续30min,备用;
2)取二苯醚10份和甲乙酮16份,送入加热机中,温度升至85℃,持续20min,再保温1小时,备用;
3)取珍珠岩20份送入碎石机中粉碎成小颗粒,加入步骤2)中制得的原料,送入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,送入800℃的焙烧机中焙烧2小时,再送入密闭容器中冷却至室温,备用;
4)取三氧化二锑10份和三氧化钼12份,送入加热器中加热,温度由200℃升至300℃,升温速度为10℃/min,再保温3小时,备用;
5)取硅藻土22份和石墨30份送入气流粉碎机中制成粉末,再加入丙烯酸酯10份、苯二胺12份和苯乙烯10份,送入加热器中加热至50℃,备用;
6)将步骤1)、步骤3)、步骤4)和步骤5)中制得的原料混合,加入硅30份和铝35份,送入熔融炉中,温度升至1200℃,持续2小时,备用;
7)将步骤6)中的原料注入模中浇注养护30小时脱模,再常温养护五天,即可得到建筑桩的桩头1。
实施例二
参照图1所示,一种建筑桩,包括有桩头1、桩体2和承重机构3,所述桩头1、桩体2和承重机构3依次连接,所述桩体2底部侧壁上设置有抓地机构4,所述桩体2内部设置有减震管5和两个连接锚管7,所述两个连接锚管7之间设置有加强柱6,所述桩体2顶部设置有支架8,所述支架8上方设置有承重台10,所述承重台10与支架8之间通过弹簧9连接,所述承重台10上设置有顶柱11,所述顶柱11顶部设置有顶板13,所述顶柱11两侧设置有筋板12。

3)取珍珠岩22份送入碎石机中粉碎成小颗粒,加入步骤2)中制得的原料,送入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,送入850℃的焙烧机中焙烧2.5小时,再送入密闭容器中冷却至室温,备用;
4)取三氧化二锑12份和三氧化钼13份,送入加热器中加热,温度由200℃升至300℃,升温速度为10℃/min,再保温3.5小时,备用;
5)取硅藻土24份和石墨37.5份送入气流粉碎机中制成粉末,再加入丙烯酸酯13份、苯二胺13份和苯乙烯12份,送入加热器中加热至55℃,备用;
6)将步骤1)、步骤3)、步骤4)和步骤5)中制得的原料混合,加入硅35份和铝40份,送入熔融炉中,温度升至1250℃,持续2.5小时,备用;
7)将步骤6)中的原料注入模中浇注养护30小时脱模,再常温养护五天,即可得到建筑桩的桩头1。
实施例三
参照图1所示,一种建筑桩,包括有桩头1、桩体2和承重机构3,所述桩头1、桩体2和承重机构3依次连接,所述桩体2底部侧壁上设置有抓地机构4,所述桩体2内部设置有减震管5和两个连接锚管7,所述两个连接锚管7之间设置有加强柱6,所述桩体2顶部设置有支架8,所述支架8上方设置有承重台10,所述承重台10与支架8之间通过弹簧9连接,所述承重台10上设置有顶柱11,所述顶柱11顶部设置有顶板13,所述顶柱11两侧设置有筋板12。

4)取三氧化二锑14份和三氧化钼14份,送入加热器中加热,温度由200℃升至300℃,升温速度为10℃/min,再保温4小时,备用;
5)取硅藻土26份和石墨45份送入气流粉碎机中制成粉末,再加入丙烯酸酯16份、苯二胺14份和苯乙烯14份,送入加热器中加热至60℃,备用;
6)将步骤1)、步骤3)、步骤4)和步骤5)中制得的原料混合,加入硅40份和铝45份,送入熔融炉中,温度升至1300℃,持续3小时,备用;
7)将步骤6)中的原料注入模中浇注养护30小时脱模,再常温养护五天,即可得到建筑桩的桩头1。
实验例
选用实施例一、实施例二、实施例三和普通建筑桩,分为4组,观察各组建筑桩使用一年后的情况。
对比结果见下表:
由此可见,本发明三个实施例中的样品与普通建筑桩相比在耐磨损、倾斜度和结构强度上具有显著提升。
本发明的有益效果为:该建筑桩设计简单,通过在桩头上设置有抓地机构,起到了固定作用,提高了建筑桩的稳定性;通过在承重台与支架之间设置有弹簧,纵向地震波使建筑物上下晃动,弹簧发生形变,避免建筑物上下剧烈晃动,发生破坏,保证建筑物结构的完整性;通过在桩体内设置有减震管,起到了减振作用,提高了安全性。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种建筑桩,其特征在于:包括有桩头、桩体和承重机构,所述桩头、桩体和承重机构依次连接,所述桩体底部侧壁上设置有抓地机构,所述桩体内部设置有减震管和两个连接锚管,所述两个连接锚管之间设置有加强柱,所述桩体顶部设置有支架,所述支架上方设置有承重台,所述承重台与支架之间通过弹簧连接,所述承重台上设置有顶柱,所述顶柱顶部设置有顶板,所述顶柱两侧设置有筋板,所述桩头由按重量份数配比的硅35份、铝40份、玻璃纤维29份、超细砂28份、聚丙烯15份、二苯醚13份、甲乙酮17份、三氧化二锑12份、三氧化钼13份、珍珠岩22份、硅藻土24份、石墨37.5份、丙烯酸酯13份、苯二胺13份、苯乙烯12份和水25份制成,所述桩头的制造方法,包括有以下步骤:
1)取玻璃纤维29份和超细砂28份送去气流粉碎机中制成粉末,将粉末送入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,再加入水25份和聚丙烯15份,送入烘干机中,温度升至250℃,持续40min,备用;
2)取二苯醚13份和甲乙酮17份,送入加热机中,温度升至90℃,持续30min,再保温1.5小时,备用;
3)取珍珠岩22份送入碎石机中粉碎成小颗粒,加入步骤2)中制得的原料,送入搅拌机中,搅拌均匀,送入850℃的焙烧机中焙烧2.5小时,再送入密闭容器中冷却至室温,备用;
4)取三氧化二锑12份和三氧化钼13份,送入加热器中加热,温度由200℃升至300℃,升温速度为10℃/min,再保温3.5小时,备用;
5)取硅藻土24份和石墨37.5份送入气流粉碎机中制成粉末,再加入丙烯酸酯13份、苯二胺13份和苯乙烯12份,送入加热器中加热至55℃,备用;
6)将步骤1)、步骤3)、步骤4)和步骤5)中制得的原料混合,加入硅35份和铝40份,送入熔融炉中,温度升至1250℃,持续2.5小时,备用;
7)将步骤6)中的原料注入模中浇注养护30小时脱模,再常温养护五天,即可得到建筑桩的桩头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑桩,其特征在于:所述桩头与桩体采用螺纹结构连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的建筑桩,其特征在于:所述承重台与顶柱为一体化设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的建筑桩,其特征在于:所述桩管表面设置有不锈钢层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的建筑桩,其特征在于:所述顶柱内部设置有一条以上的钢筋。
