一种高清洁轻烃燃料
技术领域
本发明涉及新能源领域,具体的说,涉及一种高清洁轻烃燃料。
背景技术
一般而言,有关轻烃泛指含5至6个碳原子(或称C5至C6)的烷烃,主要以含5个碳(C5)为主要组成成分,其化学名为戊烷(pentane)。戊烷有三种异构体,主要由正构体戊烷和异构体戊烷所组成。正构体戊烷的研究法辛烷值(RON)为61.8,异构体戊烷的研究法辛烷值(RON)为93,所有炼油厂和天然气油气处理厂副产品的戊烷均为正构体戊烷和异构体戊烷的混合物,其辛烷值约在70至80个单位之间。例如,炼油厂含5个碳馏分正戊烷≤50%,其辛烷值(RON)一般在75至78个单位;天然气油气处理厂含5个碳馏分正戊烷≤30%,异戊烷≥60%,C4和C6各5%,其辛烷值(RON)一般在80至84个单位之间。
因传统汽车引擎为化油器式,采用分电盘点火的发动机点火提前角均在6°至9°之间,压缩比较低。使用低辛烷值(RON)燃料可以通过调整点火时间来使用,但热效率降低,燃料消耗量将上升,且动力也降低。
随着汽车工业的不断进步,高压缩比的电控喷射发动机已完全取代了化油器及分电盘点火的发动机,使用低辛烷值(RON)燃料将严重影响发动机正常使用,轻烃燃料辛烷值(RON)必须达到90个单位以上方可使用。
因此,需要一种高清洁轻烃燃料以填补目前市场的空白。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供高清洁轻烃燃料。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种高清洁轻烃燃料,按重量份计,包括如下组分:
轻烃100-150重量份、间二甲苯10-25重量份、无水甲烷1-3重量份、氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂0.1-0.5重量份、间溴乙苯1-5重量份。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种环保性能好的高清洁轻烃燃料,以填补目前市场上的空白。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进:
进一步,按重量份计,包括如下组分:轻烃100重量份、间二甲苯10重量份、无水甲烷1重量份、氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂0.1重量份、间溴乙苯1重量份。。
进一步,按重量份计,包括如下组分:轻烃150重量份、间二甲苯25重量份、无水甲烷3重量份、氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂0.5重量份、间溴乙苯5重量份。。
进一步,按重量份计,包括如下组分:轻烃120重量份、间二甲苯22重量份、无水甲烷2重量份、氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂0.2重量份、间溴乙苯2重量份。
进一步,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比称取各组分的化合物,混合,得到混合液;
2)将步骤1)中的混合液在超声条件下,进一步混合均,得到高清洁轻烃燃料。
进一步,所述步骤2)中的超声频率为600Hz,超声时间为0.5小时。

实施例1

1)按比称取各组分的化合物,混合,得到混合液;
2)将步骤1)中的混合液在超声条件下,进一步混合均,得到本发明的高清洁轻烃燃料。所述步骤2)中的超声频率为600Hz,超声时间为0.5小时。

轻烃120重量份、间二甲苯22重量份、无水甲烷2重量份、氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂0.2重量份、间溴乙苯2重量份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比称取各组分的化合物,混合,得到混合液;
2)将步骤1)中的混合液在超声条件下,进一步混合均,得到本发明的高清洁轻烃燃料。所述步骤2)中的超声频率为600Hz,超声时间为0.5小时。
对比例1
市售普通轻烃燃料
对比试验,取相同质量的实施例1-3中所述高清洁轻烃燃料和对比例1中的轻烃燃料,分别测试其燃烧产能和污染物排放量,分别以对比例1中的轻烃燃料的燃烧产能和污染物排放量为1,计算其比例值,具体见下表。

轻烃100-150重量份、间二甲苯10-25重量份、无水甲烷1-3重量份、氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂0.1-0.5重量份、间溴乙苯1-5重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高清洁轻烃燃料,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:轻烃100重量份、间二甲苯10重量份、无水甲烷1重量份、氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂0.1重量份、间溴乙苯1重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种高清洁轻烃燃料,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:轻烃150重量份、间二甲苯25重量份、无水甲烷3重量份、氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂0.5重量份、间溴乙苯5重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种高清洁轻烃燃料,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括如下组分:轻烃120重量份、间二甲苯22重量份、无水甲烷2重量份、氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂0.2重量份、间溴乙苯2重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种高清洁轻烃燃料,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比称取各组分的化合物,混合,得到混合液;
2)将步骤1)中的混合液在超声条件下,进一步混合均,得到高清洁轻烃燃料。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种高清洁轻烃燃料,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中的超声频率为600Hz,超声时间为0.5小时。
