本发明涉及一种建筑涂料专用耐高温添加剂。
背景技术
随着现代工业的迅速发展,人们对于型材的要求也越来越高。目前,一般型材都没有做很好的耐高温措施,其表面的耐高温效果往往不佳,难以满足现代人对于新型建材的要求。因此研发出一种可以应用于型材表面的耐高温涂料越来越受到人们的关注。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种建筑涂料专用耐高温添加剂。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种建筑涂料专用耐高温添加剂,其特征在于,组成成分按质量份数计如下:聚异戊二烯28~52份、聚酰亚胺48~77份、二甲苯18~32份、微米氮化硅2~11份、黑碳化微粉3~12份、丙酮4~11份。
上述一种建筑涂料专用耐高温添加剂,其特征在于,玻璃纤维粉末的粒径为50-90微米。
本发明所得的添加剂具有极高的耐高温性能。

玻璃纤维粉末的粒径为50微米。

一种建筑涂料专用耐高温添加剂,其特征在于,组成成分按质量份数计如下:聚异戊二烯52份、聚酰亚胺77份、二甲苯32份、微米氮化硅11份、黑碳化微粉12份、丙酮11份。
玻璃纤维粉末的粒径为90微米。
