本发明提供了一种耐高温漆包线,由裸铜线和耐高温漆包线漆层组成,所述的耐高温漆包线漆层为复合层,从内到外,包括耐热绝缘内层、耐热自粘性外层和用于粘合内外层的耐热中间层。本发明制备出的漆包线,具有很好的耐热性能,适用于高、低压、中、大容量的电机电器产品绕组线。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温漆包线,属于电工材料技术领域。
背景技术
漆包线是绕组线的一个主要品种,由导体和绝缘层两部组成,裸线经退火软化后,再经过多次涂漆,烘焙而成。但要生产出既符合标准要求,又满足客户要求的产品并不容易,它受原材料质量,工艺参数,生产设备,环境等因素影响,因此,各种漆包线的质量特性各不相同,但都具备机械性能,化学性能,电性能,热性能四大性能。
目前,我国漆包线的生产厂家已超千家,年生产能力已超万吨。但总的来说我国漆包线的状况是低水平的重复,概括来说是“产量高、品位低、设备落后”。
电磁线必须满足多种使用和制造工艺上的要求。前者包括其形状、规格、能短时和长期在高温下工作,以及承受某些场合中的强烈振动和高速下的离心力,高电压下的耐受电晕和击穿,特殊气氛下的耐化学腐蚀等;后者包括绕制和嵌线时经受拉伸、弯曲和磨损的要求,以及浸渍和烘干过程中的溶胀、侵蚀作用等。现有的产品无法满足这一点要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种耐高温漆包线。
本发明的耐高温漆包线,由裸铜线和耐高温漆包线漆层组成,所述的耐高温漆包线漆层为复合层,从内到外,包括耐热绝缘内层、耐热自粘性外层和用于粘合内外层的耐热中间层。
所述的绝缘内层选自改性聚酯或聚氨酯。
所述的中间层选自尼龙或聚酰胺酰亚胺。
所述的自粘性外层为改性聚酯或缩丁醛树脂。
本发明制备出的漆包线,具有很好的耐热性能,适用于高、低压、中、大容量的电机电器产品绕组线。

1.耐高温漆包线,其特征在于,由裸铜线和耐高温漆包线漆层组成,所述的耐高温漆包线漆层为复合层,从内到外,包括耐热绝缘内层、耐热自粘性外层和用于粘合内外层的耐热中间层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温漆包线,其特征在于,所述的绝缘内层选自改性聚酯或聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温漆包线,其特征在于,所述的中间层选自尼龙或聚酰胺酰亚胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温漆包线,其特征在于,所述的自粘性外层为改性聚酯或缩丁醛树脂。
