技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，具体涉及用于治理颈肩腰腿痛的中药膏剂。
背景技术
颈肩腰腿痛是十分常见的疾病，病因主要是外伤、劳损、颈、腰椎间盘突出，导致相邻神经受压迫或刺激，从而产生颈肩腰部及下肢麻木、疼痛等一系列临床症状。颈肩腰腿痛是大多数椎间盘突出患者的普遍症状。由于纤维环外层及后纵韧带受到髓核刺激，经神经传导而产生疼痛、麻木等症状，有时放射到上肢、下肢，直到手或足部，稍微活动或身体姿势变化致疼痛加重。少数患者伴有头晕、项强，甚至晕厥、大小便失禁、双下肢肌肉萎缩及不完全性瘫痪等严重后果。所以，颈肩腰腿痛患者十分痛苦，极大地影响了他们的生活、工作，给家庭及个人带来了不便和负担。
有的药虽然有一定的疗效，但治表不治本，也有的药价格比较高，治疗时间长，副作用大，有的甚至造成药物依赖或由于长期服药带来副作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是现有的用于治疗肩颈腰腿痛的中药膏剂效果不佳并且具有副作用，目的在于提供用于治理颈肩腰腿痛的中药膏剂，解决治疗肩颈腰腿痛的问题。

其中：血竭又名骐驎竭、海蜡、麒麟血、木血竭，棕榈科植物龙血树果实及树干树脂制成的非处方药物，具有活血散瘀、定痛、止血生肌等功效，主要用于治疗跌打损伤、瘀滞心腹疼痛、外伤出血、疮疡不敛等。
藏红花具有强大的生理活性，其柱头在亚洲和欧洲作为药用，有镇静、祛痰、解痉作用，用于胃病、调经、麻疹、发热、黄胆、肝脾肿大等的治疗。
三七根部入药，其性温，味辛，具有显著的活血化瘀、消肿定痛功效，有“金不换”、“南国神草”之美誉。
地龙具有清热定惊、通络、平喘、利尿的功效。
葛根有解肌退热，透疹，生津止渴，升阳止泻的功效。常用于表证发热，项背强痛，麻疹不透，热病口渴，阴虚消渴，热泻热痢，脾虚泄泻。
马钱子有通络散结，消肿止痛之效。
红花具有活血通经，去瘀止痛的作用。是一种活血通经药。
土元属鳖蠊科昆虫药用小动物。别名地鳖虫、地乌龟、簸箕虫、土鳖、土鳖虫、蛰虫等。现代中医药典称"土鳖虫"，性寒，有微毒。具有化淤止血，消肿止痛，通络理伤，接筋续骨等功效，是理血伤科要药。主治关节炎，腰腿跌打损伤，闭径等症。现代医学证明对白血病，癌症等也有一定疗效。
五加皮的根部和根状茎可入药，具有祛风湿、强筋骨的功效。
骨碎补用于治腰脚疼痛不止，治金疮，伤筋断骨，疼痛不可忍，治打扑伤损。
汉防己有利水消肿，祛风止痛之功效。还可用于水肿脚气、小便不利、风湿痹痛、湿疹疮毒、高血压等症的治疗。
平贝母有清热润肺，止咳化痰的作用，为一种常用中药。
白蔹具有清热解毒、消痈散结等功效。
当归具有补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、月经不调、经闭痛经、虚寒腹痛、肠燥便秘、风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤、痈疽疮疡。
木香主治行气止痛、健脾消食。
虎杖主治活血散瘀，祛风通络，清热利湿，解毒。主妇女经闭，痛经，产后恶露不下，症瘕积聚，跌扑损伤，风湿痹痛，湿热黄疸，淋浊带下，疮疡肿毒，毒蛇咬伤，水火烫伤。
牛膝主治：腰膝酸痛；下肢痿软；血滞经闭；痛经；产后血瘀腹痛；症瘕；胞衣不下；热淋；血淋；跌打损伤；痈肿恶疮；咽喉肿痛。
地枫皮用于风湿痹痛，劳伤腰痛。
羌活主治外感风寒、头痛无汗、油印寒湿痹、风水浮肿、疮疡肿毒、阳痿遗精、遗尿尿频、腰膝冷痛、肾虚作喘等。
赤芍有清热凉血，活血祛瘀的功效。
蒲公英清热解毒；消痈散结。主乳痈；肺痈；肠痈；痄腮；疔毒疮肿；目赤肿痛；感冒发热；咳嗽；咽喉肿痛；胃火；肠炎；痢疾；肝炎；胆吓炎；尿路感染；蛇虫咬伤。用于疔疮肿毒，乳痈，瘰疠，目赤，咽痛，肺痈，肠痈，湿热黄疸，热淋涩痛。
甘草主治清热解毒，祛痰止咳、脘腹等。
地肤子具有清热利湿，祛风止痒功效。
伸筋草用于风寒湿痹，筋脉拘挛疼痈。外用治跌打扭伤肿痛。
生姜用毛巾浸水拧干，敷于患处，反复数次。此法能使肌肉由张变弛、舒筋活血，可大大缓解疼痛。
冰片可用于闭证神昏、用于目赤肿痛，喉痹口疮、用于疮疡肿痛，溃后不敛等。
川芎功能行气开郁，祛风燥湿，活血止痛，治头痛旋晕、肋痛腹疼、经闭、难产、痈疽疮疡等症。
海马补肾壮阳，调气活血。治阳痿，遗尿，虚喘，难产，癥积，疔疮肿毒。
葛根有解肌退热，透疹，生津止渴，升阳止泻的功效。
朝鲜蓟医药上已利用茎叶加工制助消化片剂和开胃酒。供食部分为花蕾的总苞和花托部位，有似板栗的香味，可鲜食，制酱，作汤料或加工成罐头。世界上朝鲜蓟罐头年需求量10万吨以上。朝鲜蓟的萼片还以制成蜜饯。
独一味民间用全草入药，治跌打损伤、筋骨疼痛、气滞闪腰、浮肿后流黄水、关节积黄水、骨松质发炎。此外据青海对大白鼠股动脉、肱动脉、颈动脉横切断止血试验，认为本种有较好的止血效果。
延胡索主治心腹腰膝诸痛、月经不调、症瘕、崩中、产后血晕、恶露不尽、跌打损伤等，有镇痛、镇静、催眠作用。
威灵仙其根及茎入药具有祛风湿、通经络、消骨梗之功效。
白芍具有平肝止痛，养血调经，敛阴止汗。用于头痛眩晕，胁痛，腹痛，四肢挛痛，血虚萎黄，月经不调，自汗，盗汗。
炙甘草具有益气滋阴，通阳复脉治疗功效。
大青叶能清解气分、营分的热毒。
丹参具有活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈之功效。用于胸痹心痛，脘腹胁痛，瘕瘕积聚，热痹疼痛，心烦不眠，月经不调，痛经经闭，疮疡肿痛。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有如下的优点和有益效果：
1、本发明用于治理颈肩腰腿痛的中药膏剂，本中药膏剂具有较好的治疗颈肩腰腿痛的作用，并且见效快，比现有的膏剂效果更好；
2、本发明用于治理颈肩腰腿痛的中药膏剂，本膏剂不具有副作用，更便于人体使用；
3、本发明用于治理颈肩腰腿痛的中药膏剂，本膏剂为中药配方，组分之间相辅相成，不仅具有更好的效果，并且制备获取更简单方便，成本更低。

本发明用于治理颈肩腰腿痛的中药膏剂，包括以下重量份数的组分：血竭43份、藏红花46份、三七57份、地龙69份、葛根78份、马钱子89份、红花91份、土元87份、五加皮89份、骨碎补79份、汉防己89份、平贝母84份、白蔹81份、当归75份、木香57份、虎杖78份、牛膝68份、地枫皮87份、羌活84份、赤芍75份、蒲公英76份、甘草68份、地肤子80份、伸筋草82份、生姜79份、冰片87份、川芎86份、海马78份、朝鲜蓟78份、独一味84份、延胡索78份、威灵仙82份、白芍76份、炙甘草72份、大青叶84份、丹参73份。
本发明选取5组病人，每组300人，分别使用实施例1～4以及现有膏剂进行临床使用，情况如下：
综上所述，实施例2在实施例1的基础上缺少了一些组分，实施例2和实施例3的组分的取值范围在本发明的取值外，在本发明的组分和配方下，本发明的组分相辅相成，并且具有较好的治疗效果，见效也快。并且，本发明的组分下，没有副作用，对身体更好。
