Abstract

The application provides a mail processing method and a device, in the scheme of the application, after a mailbox application receives a file sending request and acquires a target file included in the file sending request, whether the mailbox application has the target mail meeting a preset matching relation with the file name of the target file or not is detected; if the target mail exists in the mailbox application, displaying an operation interface for processing the target mail; and when the preset operation is detected in the operation interface of the target mail, generating a mail to be written which comprises the target mail and has an attachment as the target file. The method and the device can conveniently and efficiently realize the forwarding or replying of the mail when the user wants to add the file as the attachment to the existing mail for forwarding or replying.

Mail processing method and device

Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing a mail.

Background

It is a common practice in daily life and work to send and receive mails using a mailbox application on a terminal.

One of the more common mail processing scenarios is: after a user receives a mail containing an attachment by using a mailbox application in a terminal, editing the content of a file in the attachment, and replying the edited file to an opposite side or forwarding the edited file to other people as a mail attachment. However, after the user receives the email, the user needs to open the file in the attachment by using the file processing application, so that after editing the content of the file, if the user wants to reply the edited file to the sender of the email, the user needs to re-enter the interface of the mailbox application, then after searching and opening the email needing to be replied or forwarded, the user needs to re-determine the position of the file, and then the file can be added to the forwarded or replied email. Therefore, if a user wants to forward or reply the edited file to other people on the basis of the existing mail, the user needs to perform more complex and tedious operations, and the time consumption is long.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a mail processing method and a device, so that when a user wants to add a file as an attachment to forward or reply an existing mail, the forwarding or replying of the mail can be conveniently and efficiently realized.

In order to solve the above problem, in one aspect, the present application provides a mail processing method, including:

receiving a file sending request, wherein the file sending request carries a target file to be sent;

detecting whether a target mail meeting a preset matching relation with the file name of the target file exists in the mailbox application or not;

if the target mail exists in the mailbox application, displaying an operation interface for processing the target mail;

and when a preset operation is detected in the operation interface for processing the target mail, generating a target mail to be written, which comprises the target mail and has an attachment as the target file.

On the other hand, the present application also provides a mail processing apparatus, including:

a request receiving unit, configured to receive a file sending request, where the file sending request carries a target file to be sent;

the mail detection unit is used for detecting whether a target mail meeting a preset matching relation with the file name of the target file exists in the mailbox application or not;

the first mail display unit is used for displaying an operation interface for processing the target mail if the target mail exists in the mailbox application;

and the first mail generating unit is used for generating a target mail to be written, which contains the target mail and has an attachment as the target file, when a preset operation is detected in the operation interface for processing the target mail.

It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, if it is detected that a target email whose file name satisfies a preset matching relationship with the target file exists in the mailbox application, an operation interface for processing the target email is directly displayed, so that a user only needs to perform a preset operation (for example, click a forwarding or reply option) on the operation interface, the mailbox application generates an email including the target email, and automatically adds the target file as an attachment of the generated email, so that the user can directly send the email after editing the email, avoid complex operations such as searching the email by the user, and manually adding the target file as an attachment, and thus, forwarding or replying of the email can be conveniently and efficiently achieved.

Detailed Description

The service scenario described in the embodiment of the present invention is for more clearly illustrating the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, and does not form a limitation on the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as a person having ordinary skill in the art knows that along with the evolution of a network architecture and the appearance of a new service scenario, the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention is also applicable to similar technical problems.

The mailbox processing method and device in the embodiment of the application are suitable for the mailbox client, and the mailbox client can be understood as an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone and a palm computer where the mailbox application is located, and can also be a terminal such as a personal computer where the mailbox application program is located.

In the embodiment of the application, the mailbox client can be used for sending and receiving the email. Particularly, in order to improve the efficiency of mail management, the mailbox client may be further configured to manage the sending and receiving of mails of other mailboxes associated with the mailbox client, so that a user does not need to install application programs of the multiple mailboxes on a terminal, and only needs the mailbox client to manage the sending and receiving of mails of other multiple mailboxes. For example, the mailbox client may support multiple users, each user may have different mailbox accounts of multiple different mailboxes, and the mailbox client may associate the mailbox client with the accounts of the multiple mailboxes of the user, so that the mailbox client may send and receive mails in the multiple different mailbox accounts.

In a scene such as daily life or office of a user, the user often sends a file such as a picture, a document, or a form to another user using a mailbox, and in many cases, the user wants to send the file on the basis of the existing file in the mailbox.

For example, in one scenario, after the user a receives the email with the progress filling form sent by the user B, the user a opens the progress filling form by using the office application software, and after the progress filling form fills the progress of the relevant work, the user a wishes to reply the email based on the email sent by the user B, and sends the modified progress filling form as an attachment to the user B in the reply email. Therefore, the user A can be prevented from editing the mail subject, filling in the receiver and the like, and the user B can be facilitated to quickly know the approximate content of the mail after receiving the mail replied by the user A.

For another example, in another scenario, a user C sends a mail to a user D, and requests the user D to approve an approval report in an attachment of the mail through the mail, then after the user D approves the approval report, the approval report after approval by the user D may need to be forwarded to the user E for approval, in this case, after the user D completes approval of the approval report, the user D wants to forward the mail sent by the user C to the user E, and adds the approval report after approval by the user D to the forwarded mail, so that the user D can write less content in the mail text, and the user E can know the content of approval required for the approval report and the approval deadline time and other information directly according to the text of the mail of the user C.

Of course, in practical applications, there may be many scenarios that require forwarding or replying on the basis of the received or sent email, which is not limited herein.

In order to facilitate forwarding or sending of a mail, according to the mail processing method of the embodiment of the application, after a file processing request is received, whether a target mail meeting a preset matching relationship with a file name of a target file requested to be sent by the file processing request exists in the mailbox application is automatically detected, an operation interface for processing the target mail is automatically displayed when the target mail is detected, meanwhile, after a preset operation is detected in the operation interface, a mail containing the target mail is automatically generated, and the target file is added as an attachment of the generated mail, so that the purpose of conveniently and efficiently forwarding or replying the mail is achieved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.

Referring to fig. 1, which shows a flowchart of an embodiment of a mail processing method according to the present application, where the method of the present embodiment is applied to a client of a mailbox application, the method of the present embodiment may include:

s101, receiving a file sending request.

The file sending request carries a target file to be sent. For the sake of easy distinction, the file to be transmitted is referred to as a target file in the embodiments of the present application. The target file may be a picture, a document, a table, etc.

The file sending request may be a file sending request generated in a mailbox application, for example, a file sending request generated by detecting that a trigger is sent to a file in a certain mail in the mailbox application.

Optionally, the file sending request sent by other applications besides the mailbox application may be received. For example, in the embodiment of the present application, a file sending request sent by a file processing application may be received, where the file processing application may be understood as another application on a terminal where a client of the mailbox application is located.

In one possible scenario, the file processing application may be an application for rendering, editing files. For example, when the file is a document, the file processing application may be a document processing application, and the document may be presented by the document processing application, and the content in the document may be modified or deleted. After the file is displayed, edited and the like by using the file processing application, a user can select the file to enable the file processing application to display corresponding operation options, and if the user selects to send the file through a mail, the file processing application sends a file sending request to the mailbox application.

In yet another possible scenario, the file handling application may also be a file management application, such as file management in an operating system. The user can directly select the file and trigger the file management application to send a file sending request to the mailbox application on the premise of not opening the file.

Of course, the file processing application is not limited to the above two cases, and there may be other possible cases, which are not limited herein.

The file sending request is sent to the mailbox application through the file processing application, so that the file to be sent can be directly sent to the mailbox application without opening the mailbox application by a user, and the operation convenience is improved. Particularly, on handheld intelligent terminals such as mobile phones and handheld computers which are not convenient to transfer files, the file sending request is sent to the mailbox application by adopting the mode, and the convenience of file sending can be improved more obviously.

S102, whether a target mail meeting a preset matching relation with the file name of the target file exists in the mailbox application is detected.

Specifically, the mailbox application may detect whether the mailbox application processes a target mail that satisfies a preset matching relationship with the file name of the target file. If so, the mailbox application receives or sends the target mail meeting the preset matching relation with the file name of the target file.

In particular, when the mailbox application is used as a mailbox management application, the mailbox application is associated with one or more mailboxes, and in this case, the mailbox application may actually detect whether a target mail meeting a preset matching relationship with the file name of the target file exists in at least one mailbox associated with the mailbox application. If the mailbox application is responsible for managing the mailbox of the user account A and the mailbox of the user account B in the instant messaging mailbox, the mailbox application can be respectively associated with the instant messaging mailbox of the user account A and the instant messaging mailbox of the user account B, and the mailbox application can detect whether the instant messaging mailboxes corresponding to the user account A and the user account B have target mails of which the file names meet the preset matching relationship with the target file.

It can be understood that, in a case that a user wishes to send the target file by forwarding or replying an existing email in a mailbox, the email that the user wishes to forward or reply generally has a certain association with a file name of the target file, and therefore, the preset matching relationship in the embodiment of the present application may have a variety of possible situations:

in one possible case, the preset matching relationship may be: the matching degree of the subject of the mail and the file name of the target file exceeds a preset threshold value. The preset threshold value can be set according to needs. If the subject of the mail is the same as the file name of the target file, or the subject of the mail contains the file name of the target file, the matching degree is considered to be one hundred percent, and the mail can be considered to be the target mail; for another example, the subject of the mail includes most of the content in the file name of the target file, and the matching degree is also high, and at this time, the matching degree may also be considered to exceed the preset threshold.

In yet another possible case, the preset matching relationship may be: the main body of the mail contains a plurality of continuous characters which are matched with the file name of the target file with the degree exceeding a preset threshold value. For example, the mail body contains the file name of part or all of the target file.

In yet another possible case, the preset matching relationship may be: the matching degree of the attachment name of the attachment in the mail and the file name of the target file exceeds a preset threshold value. Optionally, the matching degree exceeding the preset threshold may be: the file name of the attachment in the mail is identical to the file name of the target file, and it should be noted that the attachment name and the file name compared at this time may not include a file format suffix.

Of course, the above are only a few possible cases of the preset matching relationship, and in practical applications, the preset matching relationship may also have other cases, which is not limited herein.

S103, if the file name of the target file in the mailbox application meets the preset matching relation with the target mail, displaying an operation interface for carrying out operation on the target mail.

The operation interface for processing the target email may be a page of the target email, or an email interface of the target email, such as a page presented when the target email is opened, where one or more of the text, the subject, the attached name of the included attachment, the recipient or the sender, and the like of the target email may be displayed on the page.

The operation interface for processing the target email can also be an operable operation interface other than the email interface of the target email. For example, an operation interface associated with the target email, in which options for triggering different processing of the target email can be presented. For example, when the terminal where the mailbox application is located is a terminal with a large display screen, such as a platform computer or a desktop computer, after the mailbox application determines the target mail, a mail interface of the target mail may be displayed, and an operation interface with a plurality of operation options available for the user to select may be displayed outside the mail interface of the target mail.

Optionally, when the operation interface for processing the target email is an operable interface other than the email interface of the target email, the operation interface for processing the target email may be displayed while the email interface of the target email is displayed.

S104, when the preset operation is detected in the operation interface for processing the target mail, generating the target mail to be written, which comprises the target mail and has an attachment as the target file.

For the convenience of distinguishing, in the embodiment of the present application, the generated to-be-written mail that includes the target mail and has the attachment as the target file is referred to as a target to-be-written mail. For example, the target to-be-written mail may include a text of the target mail, or may include a summary of the target mail. Optionally, the body of the target email may be contained in the generated body and the attachment is the target email to be written of the target email.

The preset operation may be understood as an operation of triggering forwarding or replying to the target email.

In an example, when the operation interface corresponding to the target email is the email interface of the target email, a forwarding option for triggering forwarding of the target email and a reply option for triggering reply to the target email may be displayed in the operation interface of the target email, so that a user may select the forwarding option or the reply option according to actual needs, when it is detected that the user selects the reply or forwarding option, a reply or forwarding email to the target email is generated, and the target file is added to the reply or forwarding email as an attachment.

In another example, a prompt box may be presented on the operator interface for processing the target email, the prompt box prompting the user to add the target file as an attachment. For example, the prompt box is displayed in the mail interface of the target mail, or the prompt box is displayed in an interface associated with the target mail. The specific display form of the prompt box may be set as required, for example, "add a table as an attachment" may be displayed in the prompt box. If the fact that the user clicks the prompt box is detected, a plurality of operation options related to the prompt box can be displayed, and the operation options are respectively used for triggering different processing operations on the target mail. For example, the operation options may include "reply," "forward," and the like. Wherein, the operation option can be displayed on a drop-down bar associated with the prompt box.

And when the operation option selected by the user is to trigger forwarding or replying of the target mail, generating a reply or forwarding mail of the target mail, and adding the target file as an attachment in the reply or forwarding mail. For example, if the user is detected to select a "reply" option among the plurality of operation options, a reply email is generated for replying to the target email.

In the embodiment of the application, when the preset operation is detected, the target file is automatically added as an attachment of the target mail to be written besides being automatically linked to the page of the target mail to be written for forwarding or replying the target mail.

It will be appreciated that when a user wishes to send the target file by forwarding or replying to an existing mail in the mailbox, the mail that the user wishes to forward or reply will generally have a certain association with the file name of the target file. For example, after the user receives the original mail with the file name of the target file, if the user wishes to modify the file content of the target file and then reply to the sender of the original mail, after the user modifies the file content of the target file, the original mail can be searched from the mailbox according to the characteristic that the file name of the target file is the same as the file name of the attachment in the original mail. For another example, although the user M receives the email sent by the user N, although there is no attachment, the text or the email subject of the email sent by the user N indicates a file such as a picture or a document that needs to be edited and fed back by the user M.

Based on the above findings, in the embodiment of the present application, if it is detected that there is a target mail in the mailbox application, where the file name of the target mail meets the preset matching relationship, an operation interface for processing the target mail is directly displayed, so that the mailbox application generates a mail including the target mail only by performing a preset operation (for example, clicking a forwarding or reply option) on the operation interface, and automatically adds the target file as an attachment of the generated mail.

Optionally, after the target email is detected, in order to prompt the user and reduce misoperation, a prompt bar for prompting the existence of the target email may be displayed in the mailbox application. In this case, the user may select whether to reply or forward the detected target email as needed, and if it is detected that the user clicks a prompt bar for prompting the presence of the target email, an operation interface for processing the target email is displayed. If the user does not click the prompt bar for prompting the existence of the target mail, the user may perform other operations in the mailbox application, for example, click an option of "write mail" in the mailbox application to write a new mail, and the target file may not be added in the new mail as an attachment, or may be directly added as an attachment of the new mail.

For example, referring to fig. 2, which shows a schematic flowchart interaction of another embodiment of the mail processing method according to the present application, the method of the present embodiment is applied to a client of a mailbox application, and the method of the present embodiment may include:

In the embodiment of the application, if the target mail is detected, a prompt bar for prompting the existence of the target mail is displayed. Optionally, while displaying the prompt bar for prompting the existence of the target mail, one or two of the prompt bar for prompting writing of a new mail and the prompt bar for prompting selection of an existing mail may be displayed, so that the user may select the prompt bar as needed to trigger different mail processing operations.

In the embodiment of the present application, the above cue bar may have various forms. Optionally, a bottom-floating prompt bar may be designed in the mailbox application, for example, the prompt bar may be a control floating and fitting to the bottom of the mailbox application interface, and a prompt content dialog bar or a dialog bar form is displayed on the control. Further, in order to enable the user to pay attention to the cue strip for prompting the existence of the target mail and the cue strip for prompting the selection of the existing mail, a distinguishing mark may be added to the two cue strips or any one of the two cue strips, for example, a bubble is displayed on one side of the cue strip.

S204, if the fact that the user clicks a prompt bar for prompting the existence of the target mail is detected, displaying an operation interface for processing the target mail, and displaying a prompt box on the operation interface of the target mail.

In the embodiment of the present application, for convenience of description, the operation interface for processing the target email is simply referred to as the operation interface of the target email.

The prompt box is used for prompting the user to add the target file as an attachment.

Optionally, the prompt box may exist in the form of a floating control at the bottom of the operation interface of the target email.

S205, when the fact that the user clicks the prompt box in the operation interface of the target mail is detected, a plurality of operation options related to the prompt box are displayed.

Wherein, the operation options are respectively used for triggering different processing operations to the target mail. It should be noted that, step 205 and step 206 are introduced by taking an implementation manner of "detecting a preset operation in the operation interface for processing the target email" as an example, and when the user selects a reply or forward option in the operation interface for processing the target email, a manner of triggering addition of the target file as an attachment to the reply or forward email of the target email is also applicable to the present application, and details are not described herein again.

S207, if the fact that the user clicks a prompt bar for prompting to write a new mail is detected, a mail writing page with the target file as an attachment is generated.

In practical applications, the searched target email may not be the target email that the user wishes to reply or forward, and the user may wish to select an email from emails that the user has manually existed in the mailbox application for reply or forwarding, and add the target file as an attachment while replying or forwarding, for example, the searched target email whose file name satisfies a preset matching relationship with the target file is email M, but in practice the user may wish to process email N that has been sent out in the mailbox application. In order to distinguish the existing mail from the previous target mail, in the embodiment of the present application, the mail selected by the user from the existing mail list is referred to as a pending mail.

The operation interface for processing the mail to be processed can also be a page presented when the mail to be processed is opened; or an operation interface associated with the to-be-processed email, for example, an operation option for triggering different processing on the to-be-processed email may be presented in the operation interface.

The mail to be written containing the mail to be processed may be a mail containing the body of the mail to be processed, or may be a mail containing only part of the contents such as the subject of the mail to be processed. Optionally, a to-be-written mail, in which the body contains the to-be-processed mail and the attachment is the target mail, may be generated.

For convenience of description, the operation interface for processing the mail to be processed is referred to as an operation interface of the mail to be processed.

In this embodiment, after receiving a file sending request sent by a file processing application, if a mailbox application detects a target mail, a prompt bar for prompting existence of the target mail is displayed, and a prompt bar for prompting writing of a new mail is also displayed, and/or a prompt bar for selecting an existing mail is displayed, so that a user can select whether to forward or reply the detected target mail, process other existing mails, or rewrite a new mail according to actual needs, thereby meeting different mail writing requirements of the user and being beneficial to reducing misjudgment.

It can be understood that in practical application, there may be a case that the target mail cannot be detected from the mailbox application, in this case, the user may directly send the target file in a form of writing a new mail, or may select a mail to be replied or forwarded from existing mails, and send the selected mail after adding an attachment. Optionally, in order to improve the detection efficiency, no matter how many files to be sent are carried in the file sending request, the mailbox application may first use the file ordered at the first position as a target file to be detected according to the sequence of the files to be sent, and detect whether a target mail meeting a preset matching relationship with the target file name exists in the mailbox application, and if the target mail is detected, the detection is not performed on subsequent files; if the target mail does not exist, selecting the file in the second order as the target file to be detected, detecting the target file, and if the target mail is detected, stopping the detection; otherwise, selecting the file in the next order as the target file to be detected, and repeating the steps until all the files are used as the target files to be detected.

Further, after the detection is performed in the above manner, if the target mail is detected, when the specified operation is detected in the page of the target mail, the at least two target files may be simultaneously added as the attachments to the mail to be written.

In order to facilitate understanding of the mail processing method according to the embodiment of the present application, the mail processing method according to the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to an application scenario. The embodiment of the invention also provides a terminal which can comprise the process control method.

Claims

1. A method for processing mail, comprising:

when preset operation is detected in the operation interface for processing the target mail, generating a target mail to be written, which comprises the target mail and has an attachment as the target file;

the detecting whether a target mail meeting a preset matching relationship with the file name of the target file exists in the mailbox application includes:

and detecting whether a target mail with the matching degree of the attachment name and the file name of the target file exceeding a preset threshold exists in the mailbox application.

2. The mail processing method according to claim 1, wherein displaying an operation interface for processing the target mail if the target mail exists in the mailbox application comprises:

if the target mail exists in the mailbox application, displaying a prompt bar for prompting the existence of the target mail in the mailbox application;

and when the fact that the user clicks the prompt bar for prompting the existence of the target mail is detected, displaying an operation interface for processing the target mail.

3. The mail processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising, while displaying an operation interface for processing the target mail:

displaying a prompt box on the operation interface for processing the target mail, wherein the prompt box is used for prompting a user to add the target file as an attachment;

when preset operation is detected in the operation interface for processing the target mail, generating a target mail to be written, which contains the target mail and has an attachment as the target file, and the method comprises the following steps:

when the fact that the user clicks the prompt box is detected, a plurality of operation options are displayed, and the operation options are respectively used for triggering different processing operations on the target mail;

and when the triggering of a reply option or a forwarding option in the operation options is detected, generating a reply or forwarding email of the target email, and adding the target file as an attachment in the reply or forwarding email of the target email.

4. The mail processing method according to claim 2, wherein, while displaying a prompt bar for prompting the presence of the target mail in the mailbox application, further comprising:

displaying a prompt bar for prompting writing of a new mail in the mailbox application;

and when detecting that the user clicks the prompt bar for prompting writing of the new mail, generating a mail writing page taking the target file as an attachment.

5. The mail processing method according to claim 2 or 4, wherein, while displaying a prompt bar for prompting the presence of the target mail in the mailbox application, further comprising:

displaying a prompt bar for prompting the selection of the existing mail in the mailbox application;

when the fact that the user clicks the prompt bar for prompting the selection of the existing mails is detected, displaying an existing mail list;

when detecting that a user selects a mail to be processed from the existing mail list, displaying an operation interface for processing the mail to be processed;

and when a preset operation is detected in the operation interface for processing the mail to be processed, generating the mail to be written which comprises the mail to be processed and has an attachment as the target file.

6. The mail processing method according to claim 5, further comprising, while said displaying an operation interface for processing the mail to be processed:

displaying a prompt box on the operation interface for processing the mail to be processed, wherein the prompt box is used for prompting a user to add the target file as an attachment;

when preset operation is detected in the operation interface for processing the mail to be processed, generating a mail to be written which comprises the mail to be processed and has an attachment as the target file, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

when the fact that the user clicks the prompt box is detected, a plurality of operation options are displayed, and the operation options are respectively used for triggering different processing operations on the mail to be processed;

and when the triggering of a reply option or a forwarding option in the operation options is detected, generating a reply or forwarding email of the email to be processed, and adding the target file as an attachment in the reply or forwarding email of the email to be processed.

7. The mail processing method according to claim 5, further comprising:

and when the target mail is detected not to exist in the mailbox application, displaying the prompt bar for prompting writing of a new mail and/or prompting selection of an existing mail in the mailbox application.

8. The mail processing method according to claim 3, after presenting a prompt box on the operation interface for processing the target mail, further comprising:

when the mailbox application is detected to be triggered to start the page for writing the new mail, the display of the prompt box is maintained in the displayed page for writing the new mail;

and when detecting that the target file prompted by the prompt box is not added in the page of the written new mail and sending out the new mail finished in the page of the written new mail, maintaining the display of the prompt box on the page of the target mail.

9. The mail processing method according to claim 3, wherein after detecting the trigger for the forwarding option among the plurality of operation options and generating the forwarding mail of the target mail, further comprising:

if the target mail has an attachment with the same file name as the target file, adding a distinguishing mark which is different from the existing attachment in the target mail for the file name of the target file;

and adding the target file with the file name having the distinguishing mark as an attachment of the forwarded mail.

10. The mail processing method according to claim 1, wherein the detecting whether there is a target mail in the mailbox application, the target mail having a file name satisfying a preset matching relationship with the target file, comprises:

and detecting whether a target mail meeting a preset matching relation with the file name of the target file exists in at least one mailbox associated with the mailbox application.

11. A mail processing apparatus, comprising:

a first mail generating unit, configured to generate a target to-be-written mail including the target mail and having an attachment as the target file when a preset operation is detected in the operation interface for processing the target mail;

the mail detection unit is specifically configured to detect whether a target mail exists in a mailbox application, where a matching degree of an attachment name and a file name of the target file exceeds a preset threshold.
