Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The application provides an information processing method, an information processing device and a storage medium, and the method can be applied to the system architecture shown in FIG. 1. As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture includes: a sender client 101, a server 103, and a receiver client 102. The sender client 101, the receiver client 102 and the server 103 are connected through the internet. The method comprises the steps that a user sends a message to a receiver client 102 through a sender client 101, the sender client 101 sends the message to a server 103, the message comprises the content of the message, a sender identifier and a receiver identifier, after the server 103 receives the message, the content of the message and the sender identifier are sent to the receiver client 102 corresponding to the receiver identifier according to the receiver identifier, and the receiver client 102 displays the content of the message in a dialog box corresponding to the sender identifier. The sender client 101 and the receiver client 102 may be social applications APP, such as a QQ client, a wechat client, and the server 103 may be a social server.
In some examples, to implement a message feedback mechanism, a message receipt approach is employed in which a "read" flag is triggered when the recipient of a message opens an unread message window and the message sender receives a message read receipt. However, in this method, when the message recipient clicks on the unread message window, the "read" flag is triggered, it cannot be confirmed whether the recipient has completely read the message, and there is a risk that the recipient opens the chat dialog box and does not read the message carefully.
In another example, in order to ensure that the message receiver reads the message, the message receiver is prompted to view the unread message in time by a voice prompt. However, this method is limited in use scenes, and is likely to disturb the message recipient in scenes such as meetings and breaks.
In another example, a message feedback mechanism is implemented by using a confirmation link mode, which increases a message confirmation threshold relative to a mode of opening an unread message window, i.e., default "read", but the mode does not give a key description to key information in a message, and cannot ensure that a receiver fully understands the key information in the message. Meanwhile, important information is easily precipitated, and strong reminding cannot be achieved.
In the above three examples, it cannot be guaranteed that a message receiver sufficiently understands key information in a message, and a message sender receives real message reading state feedback, and at the same time, a better message strong reminding mechanism cannot be provided.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application proposes an information processing method, as shown in fig. 2, the method including the steps of:
s201: in response to a message input operation, the contents of a message are acquired.
The message sender logs in to a sender client 101, which may be a QQ client, a wechat client, or other social application client. The message sender inputs the content of the message in a dialog box corresponding to the receiver identification, the sender client responds to the input operation of the user to acquire the content of the message, and the content of the message can comprise text, pictures and the like.
S202: and responding to the marking operation of one or more parts in the content, acquiring the identification of the one or more parts, and using the one or more parts as one or more pieces of key information in the message.
The marking operation may be a selecting operation of the one or more parts, and when the content of the message is a text, the identifier of the one or more parts may be a sequence number range of the one or more parts in the whole content. For example, when a message content is: "8/2/10: 00 in 2017, staff in the department meet in the three-storied conference room", wherein the key information is as follows: when the number of the messages is 10:00 in 8 month and 2 days and the number of the third floor meeting rooms are in the same, the user selects the key information from the message contents: "8 month 2 day 10: 00" and "third floor conference room", the sender client responds to the selection operation of the user to obtain the sequence number ranges of the two pieces of key information in the whole message content, for example, the sequence number range corresponding to the key information "8 month 2 day 10: 00" is: 3-7. In addition, when the content of the message includes a picture, the identifier of the picture may also be a sequence number range of the picture, for example, if there is a picture between two characters AB, the sequence numbers of the two characters are i, i +2, and the sequence number range of the picture is i + 1. The sender client 101 sends the message content and an identification of the one or more parts (key information) (e.g. a sequence number range of the one or more parts in the content) to the server 103, which is forwarded by the server 103 to the receiver client 102. The recipient client 102 identifies the one or more portions of the content based on the identification of the one or more portions and presents the identified one or more portions in the form of controls.
S203: and responding to the sending operation of the message, and sending a message sending request to a server, wherein the message sending request carries the content, the identification of the receiver, the identification of the sender and the identification of the one or more parts in the content of the message.
And the server sends the content, the sender identification and the identification of the one or more parts in the content to a receiver client corresponding to the receiver identification according to the receiver identification, so that when the receiver client displays the content of the message in a dialog box corresponding to the sender identification, the one or more parts in the content are displayed in a control form according to the identification of the one or more parts in the content, the state of the message is set to be a read state in response to the operation of all controls corresponding to the one or more parts, and the state of the message is sent to the server.
The sender client 101 sends the content of the message, the identification of the receiver corresponding to the receiver client 102, the identification of the sender, and the identification of one or more parts of the content to the server in response to the sending operation of the user. The server sends the content of the message, the sender identification and the identification of one or more parts of the content to the receiver client 102 corresponding to the receiver identification according to the receiver identification. The receiver client 102 displays the content of the message in a dialog box corresponding to the sender identifier, and when displaying the content of the message, the receiver client identifies the one or more parts in the content according to the identifiers of the one or more parts and displays the one or more parts in a control form. The control corresponding to the one or more parts may be a content box which can be selected, the content box may be a transparent content box, and when the receiver clicks on the content box corresponding to the one or more parts in the content of the message, the receiver client sets the state of the message to be a read state. As also shown in the above example, when the content of a message is: "8/2/10: 00 in 2017, staff in the department meet in the three-storied conference room", wherein the key information is as follows: "8 month, 2 days, 10: 00" and "third floor conference room", key information: the "8/2/10: 00" and "third floor conference room" are set as selectable content boxes, and when the user clicks the two content boxes, the recipient client 102 sets the status of the message to the read status in response to the user clicking the two content boxes, and sends the status of the message to the server, so that the server sets the status of the message to the read status.
By adopting the information processing method provided by the application, the key information in the message is marked, when the message receiver displays the message, the key information is displayed in a control form, and after the message receiver clicks the controls corresponding to each key information in the message, the state of the message is set to be a read state, so that the effective transmission of the key information in the message can be ensured.
In some examples, in the step S201, when the operation of obtaining the content of one message in response to the message input is performed, the following steps are included:
s301: and displaying a dialog box corresponding to the receiver identification, responding to the operation of a folding page control in the dialog box, displaying a folding page, and displaying a message editing control in the folding page.
On the dialog box corresponding to the receiver identification, the message editing control of the message (e.g., clattering message) needing to be confirmed is not directly displayed on the dialog box page, but is displayed on a folding page, and a folding page control is simultaneously displayed on the dialog box page and is used for displaying the folding page when the user clicks the control. When a user a wants to send a message to a user B, the user a logs in the sender client 101, and opens a dialog box corresponding to the identifier of the user B, as shown in fig. 3, the dialog box corresponding to the identifier of the user B includes an identifier 301 of the user B and history messages sent to the user B by the user a, and each history message includes an identifier 302 of the user a, an avatar 303 of the user a, and message content 304. Also shown in the dialog are a voice control 305 and a content input control 306 through which conventional voice messages and text messages, etc. may be sent. When the user a sends a message needing confirmation to the user B, for example, sends a "clattering message", after the user clicks the folding page control 307, the folding page 309 is displayed, and a message editing control 308, for example, a "clattering message" editing control, is displayed in the folding page 309. And the user operates the control to display a message to be confirmed editing page, such as a dong message editing page, and edits the message to be confirmed through the message to be confirmed editing page.
S302: responding to the operation of the message editing control, and displaying a message editing page; and responding to the operation of the content editing control in the message editing page, and acquiring the content of the message.
When the user a wants to edit a message to be confirmed, for example, edit "dong message", the user clicks the message editing control 308, and a message editing page is displayed, as shown in fig. 4. A content input control 401 is displayed on the message editing page, a user inputs content by operating the content input control 401, the input content includes input text content and added pictures, and the sender client 101 acquires the content of the message in response to the input operation of the user.
In the step S202, when the step of obtaining the identifier of the one or more parts in response to the marking operation on the one or more parts in the content is performed, the method includes the following steps:
s401: and responding to the selection operation of one or more parts of the content in the message editing page, and acquiring the identification of the one or more parts.
In the content of the message in the message editing page shown in fig. 4, the user selects two parts of the content, the key information part 402 and the key information part 403, and the sender client 101 responds to the selection operation of the user to obtain the sequence number range of the selected key information part 402 in the content, for example, the key information part 402 is the 3 rd to 7 th characters in the text, and the key information part 403 is the 10 th to 13 th characters in the text. The sequence number range of the key information part is the identification of the key information part.
In some examples, after performing step S401, that is, after acquiring the identification of the one or more parts in response to the selecting operation of the one or more parts of the content in the message editing page, the method further includes the following steps:
s11: responding to selection operation of one or more parts of the content in the message editing page, acquiring one or more parts of the content, and responding to operation of a format control, and acquiring a display style of the one or more parts; wherein the message sending request sent to the server carries the presentation style of the one or more parts.
After one or more parts in the content are selected as key information, a display style of the one or more parts is further set, so that when the receiving client displays the control corresponding to the one or more parts, for example, when the content box corresponding to the one or more parts is displayed, the content box corresponding to the one or more parts is displayed in the display style, and the one or more parts are convenient for the user to recognize. Specifically, when the sender client sets the special format of the one or more portions, for example, when the special format of the one or more key information portions of the clattering message is set, as shown in fig. 4, a clattering message editing page is displayed on the message editing page, where display style controls, such as a highlight ground color control, a bolding control, an underline control, and a red marking control, are displayed. After the user selects the key information portion 402 and the key information portion 403, the user may select the display style control to set the display style of the selected key information portion 402 and the key information portion 403. For example, when the user selects the key information portion 402 and the key information portion 403 and clicks the red marking control 404, the display style of the key information portion 402 and the key information portion 403 is set to red marking. After the presentation style of the key information portion is set, the content of the message may be presented in the preview area 405, where the key information portion in the content is presented in the set presentation style.
When the sender client sends the content of the message and the identification of one or more parts in the content, the sender client sends the presentation style of the one or more parts at the same time. The server sends the content of the message, the identification of one or more parts in the content and the display style of the one or more parts to the receiver client, so that when the receiver client displays the content of the message, the control corresponding to the one or more parts is displayed according to the display style of the one or more parts, for example, when the special format is red marking, when the key information part is text, and the control is a selectable text box, the selectable text box corresponding to the one or more parts is set to be in red marking format.
In some examples, after the sending of the message sending request to the server is performed, the information processing method provided by the present application further includes:
s501: and setting the state of the message as an unread state, and displaying the content and the unread mark of the message in a dialog box corresponding to the receiver identification.
As also shown in the message editing page of fig. 4, after the user clicks the sending control 406, the sending client 101 sends the content of the message, the sender identifier, the receiver identifier, and the identifier of one or more parts of the content to the server 103, and then the sending client 101 sets the state of the message to an unread state. Meanwhile, after the user clicks the sending control 406, the sending client 101 displays a dialog box corresponding to the recipient identifier, and displays the content of the message and the unread mark of the message in the dialog box, as shown in fig. 5. The content 501 of the newly sent message is presented in user B's dialog box, while the unread tags 502 of the message are presented below the content of the message.
S502: and receiving a state change message aiming at the message sent by the server, updating the state of the message into a read state, and displaying a read mark in a dialog box corresponding to the receiver identifier.
After the receiver client 102 clicks the controls corresponding to each piece of key information, the receiver client sets the state of the message to be a read state, and simultaneously sends the state of the message to the server, the server sends a state change message of the message to the sender client, and after the sender client receives the state change message, the sender client displays a read mark in a dialog box corresponding to the receiver identifier, as shown in fig. 6, and changes the unread mark 502 of the message in fig. 5 to be a read mark 601.
In some examples, after setting the presentation style of one or more parts in the content of the message, in response to the operation on the sending control, after sending the message sending request to the server, the information processing method provided by the application further includes the following steps:
and displaying the content of the message in a dialog box corresponding to the receiver identification, wherein when the content of the message is displayed, one or more parts in the content are displayed according to the display style of the one or more parts.
As shown in the dialog page diagram of user B in fig. 5, when the newly-sent message to be confirmed (e.g., dong message) is presented, when the key information portions 503 and 504 in the message are presented in a red-marked manner, the key information portion 503 and the key information portion 504 are presented in red when the content 501 of the message is presented.
The present application further provides an information processing method applied to the receiving-side client 102, as shown in fig. 7, the method includes the following steps:
s701: receiving content of a message sent by a server, an identification of a sender, and an identification of one or more portions of the content.
The sender client 101 sends the content of the message, the sender identifier, the receiver identifier, and the identifier of one or more parts of the content to the server 102, the server 102 sets the state of the message to an unread state, and the sender client 101 may also send the sending time of the message to the server 102, where the sending time of the message is the time when the user clicks the sending control 406 in the message editing page shown in fig. 4. After receiving the content sent by the sender client 101, the server 102 stores the content of the message, the sender identifier, the receiver identifier, the sending time, the identifier of one or more parts in the content, the display form of the message (for example, the display style of the one or more parts in the content), the state of the message, and other information in a database. And the server sends the content of the message, the sender identification and the identification of one or more parts in the content to a receiver client corresponding to the receiver identification according to the receiver identification.
S702: and displaying the content of the message in a dialog box corresponding to the sender identification, wherein the one or more parts in the content are displayed in a control form according to the identification of the one or more parts.
The receiver client 102 displays the content of the message in a dialog box corresponding to the sender identifier, and when displaying the content of the message, identifies one or more parts according to the identifiers of the one or more parts in the content, where the identifiers of the one or more parts may be sequence number ranges of the one or more parts in the content. And identifying the one or more parts in the content according to the sequence number range corresponding to the one or more parts, and displaying the identified one or more parts in a control form. The one or more parts may be transparent content boxes that can be selected, and when the message to be confirmed is a clattering message, as shown in fig. 8, where the clattering message is: 8, 2, 10:00 in 2017, staff in a department meet in a three-floor conference room, wherein the key information parts are as follows: the two key information parts are set to be transparent text boxes which can be clicked by a user, and when the user clicks one transparent text box, the confirmation that the user reads the corresponding key information is shown.
S703: and responding to the operation of all the controls corresponding to the one or more parts, setting the state of the message to be a read state, and sending the state of the message to the server so as to enable the server to set the state of the message to be the read state.
When the receiving party reads the message to be confirmed through the receiving party client 102, the receiving party client sets the state of the message to be read only after the user clicks all the controls included in one clattering message. In the dialog box shown in fig. 8, the key information portions 801 and 802 in the content of the message are set as transparent controls, and when the user clicks the transparent controls 801 and 802, the receiving-side client 102 sets the state of the message as a read state. The receiver client sends the state of the message to the server, so that the server sets the state of the message to be a read state. Meanwhile, the server sends a state change message of the message to the sender client, and after receiving the state change message, the sender client changes the state of the message into a read state and simultaneously displays a read mark of the message in a dialog box corresponding to the receiver identifier, such as the read mark 601 of the message shown in fig. 6.
Meanwhile, the read state of the message is sent to the client of the sender through the server, so that the sender can receive the real message reading state feedback.
In some examples, in the step S702, when the step of presenting the content of the message in the dialog box corresponding to the sender identifier is executed, the method includes the steps of:
s801: and responding to the operation of the message control, displaying a session aggregation page, and displaying a message confirmation reminding item corresponding to the sender identification in the session aggregation page.
As shown in fig. 9, the user clicks on the message control 901, presenting a session aggregation page 902 in which a message confirmation reminder 903 is presented. The message confirmation reminding item 903 is a confirmation reminding item of a clattering message sent by the user a to the current user B, and further includes an identifier 904 of the user a, a head portrait 905 of the user a, a clattering message identifier 906, and a sending time 907 of the clattering message. When the server sends the clattering message to the receiving-side client, the sending time of the clattering message is also sent to the receiving-side client, so that the receiving-side client displays the clattering message sending time 907. The message confirmation reminding item corresponding to the dong message can be displayed at the top of the conversation aggregation page. Other conventional conversation items 908 may also be included in the conversation aggregation page, which present a preview of the corresponding latest message, click on the conventional conversation item 908, presenting the conversation record of the user corresponding to the corresponding user identification.
S802, responding to the operation of confirming the reminding item to the message, displaying a dialog box corresponding to the sender identification, and displaying the content of the message in the dialog box.
When the user clicks the message confirmation reminder 903 in fig. 9, a conversation box as shown in fig. 8 is shown, and an unread clattering message is shown in the conversation box.
In some examples, in step S703, after the setting the state of the message to the read state is performed, the method further includes the steps of:
s901: and deleting the confirmation reminding item of the message from the session aggregation page.
When the state of the message is set to be the read state, the confirmation reminding item corresponding to the message (e.g., clattering message) is deleted from the conversation aggregation page. When the control corresponding to the key information in the clattering message in fig. 8 is clicked by the receiving party, the confirmation reminder 903 of the clattering message is deleted from the session aggregation page 902. When the clattering message is not confirmed, the confirmation reminding item corresponding to the clattering message is always kept in the session aggregation page for reminding until the clattering message is confirmed. Therefore, a strong reminding mechanism of the information of clattering can be provided, and the information is not easy to be ignored by the user.
In some examples, the information processing method provided by the present application further includes:
s1001: receiving a presentation style of the one or more portions of the content sent by a server.
And under the condition that the sending client side sets the display style of one or more parts in the content of the message to be confirmed, the sending client side adds the display style of the one or more parts into the sending request and sends the sending request to the server, and the server sends the display style of the one or more parts to the receiving client side.
In the step S702, when the step of presenting the one or more parts in the content in the control form is executed, the method includes the steps of:
s1002: and displaying the control of the one or more parts according to the display style of the one or more parts.
Displaying the one or more portions of the control according to the one or more portions of the presentation style, for example, when the presentation style is bold, the control corresponding to the one or more portions is a selectable content box, such as a clattering message displayed in the dialog box shown in fig. 8, where key information is: the two key information parts are arranged in a transparent text box format, and the text parts in the two transparent text boxes are displayed in a bold format, namely 8 months, 2 days and 10: 00' and a three-storied conference room.
In some examples, in step S701 above, among others: after receiving the content of the message sent by the server, the sender identification and the identification of one or more parts of said content, the method further comprises the steps of:
s1101: the state of the message is set to an unread state.
In step S702, when the content of the message is displayed in the dialog box corresponding to the sender identifier, the method includes the steps of:
s1102: and showing the unread marks of the messages.
Before the receiver does not click and confirm all the controls corresponding to one or more parts (key information) in the message, the state of the message is an unread state, and meanwhile, an unread mark of the message, such as a mark to be confirmed 803 in fig. 8, is shown below the content of the message shown in the dialog box corresponding to the sender identifier.
Wherein, in the step S703, after the setting the state of the message to the read state is performed, the method further includes:
s1103: the read flag showing the message is updated.
When the user clicks and confirms all controls corresponding to one or more parts (key information) in the message, the status of the message is updated to the read status, and meanwhile, a read mark of the message, such as the read mark 1001 in fig. 10, is displayed below the message content displayed in the dialog box corresponding to the sender identifier.
In some examples, the information processing method provided by the present application further includes the steps of:
s1201: and recording the sequence of the message in the session message corresponding to the sender identification.
For example, when the message to be confirmed is a clattering message, when the state of the clattering message is "unread", a strong reminder is kept on the session aggregation page, and when the user clicks a corresponding message confirmation reminder item in the session aggregation page to enter a corresponding session frame, the message to be confirmed is automatically positioned at the clattering message. For example, when a user a sends a clattering message to a user B, and the user a also sends other text messages and voice messages to the user B, after a receiving-side client corresponding to the user B receives the clattering message, a sequence number of the clattering message in a session message record of the user a and the user B, for example, a sequence number of the clattering message sorted in all received messages, is recorded.
In step S702, when the content of the message is displayed in the dialog box corresponding to the sender identifier, the method includes the steps of:
s1202: and determining the position of the message in the session message record according to the sequence.
S1203: and displaying the content of the message according to the position.
And determining the position of the clattering message in the session message record according to the sequence number of the clattering message in the message record, and automatically jumping to the position to display the clattering message according to the position when the session frame is opened.
When the message to be confirmed is a clattering message, a specific flow of this example is shown in fig. 11, and mainly includes the following steps:
s11001: and when the clattering message is received, recording the serial number of the clattering message in all the received messages. For example, for a conversation message between a user a and a user B, there are 5 conversation messages between a and B, and currently, the user a sends a clattering message to the user B, so that the sequence number of the clattering message in the conversation message is 5, and the sequence numbers of the messages are sequentially incremented.
S11002: and determining the position of the clattering message in the message record according to the sequence number of the clattering message in the session message. Wherein, there is an obvious division between one session message and the other session message, and the receiving-side client 102 can quickly locate the position of the clattering message in the message record according to the sequence number of the clattering message.
S11003: the user opens a dialog box. And the user B opens a dialog box corresponding to the identification of the user A.
S11004: and judging whether the unread-dong message exists in the session record, and executing the step S11005 when the unread-dong message exists, or executing the step S11006.
S11005: and jumping to the corresponding position according to the position of the unread-dong message in the message record to display the unread-dong message.
S11006: and displaying the message record. And when the message record is displayed, displaying the current latest message.
