Accordingly, the present disclosure may be embodied in the following forms, namely: complete hardware, complete software (including firmware, resident software, micro-code, etc.), or a combination of hardware and software.
According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a mail display method, device, equipment and medium are provided.
Summary of The Invention
The present inventors have found that, in the related art, if a user has a mail that needs to be handled later, the mail can be set to be set on top so that the mail can be focused on at any time. When two or more overhead mails exist in the received mail list, the overhead mails can be aggregated in one overhead inlet, and a user can check the overhead mails by triggering the overhead inlet.
However, if a new mail is received, the received new mail will be displayed preferentially, and under the condition that more mails are received, the top-mounted entrance will be extruded below the screen, so that the display effect of the mail is poor, and the user is inconvenient to view.
In view of the above-mentioned needs, the present disclosure provides a mail display method, which is configured to provide a to-be-handled mail control that can be fixedly displayed at a preset position in a received mail list, so that display and viewing of to-be-handled mails can be achieved by fixing the to-be-handled mail control displayed at the preset position in the received mail list, and the display position of the to-be-handled mail control is not changed due to receiving a new mail, so that a user is convenient to pay attention to the to-be-handled mails at any time.
Application scenario overview
The mail display method provided by the disclosure can be used for displaying the mail to be handled in the webpage version mailbox or can be used for displaying the mail to be handled in the mail client.
Alternatively, the web page mailbox and mail client may be deployed on a computer or mobile terminal, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
The to-be-handled mail refers to a mail marked by a user in a received mail list (i.e. an inbox) and needing further processing. For example, the to-do mail may also refer in particular to the to-do item added for receiving the mail in the mail list, and the added to-do item may be associated with the mail identifier of the corresponding mail, so as to achieve association of the to-do information and the mail content, so as to achieve the effect that the original mail may be directly opened based on the to-do item.
The mail displaying method may be executed by a computing device, where the computing device may be a terminal device, such as a desktop computer, a portable computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, a smart watch, or other types of devices, and the device type of the computing device is not limited in this disclosure.

According to the scheme provided by the disclosure, a user can set the mail needing to be processed later as the mail to be handled, and the key display of the set mail to be handled is realized through the mail to be handled control fixedly displayed at the preset position in the mail receiving list, so that the flexibility of the mail display process is improved.
Having described the basic principles of the present disclosure, various non-limiting embodiments of the present disclosure are specifically described below.
It should be noted that, in the case that the number of the to-be-handled mails is different, the to-be-handled mail control may have different display styles. In some embodiments, for step S101, when the to-Do mail control is displayed in the received mail list, there may be two implementations:
in one possible implementation, if the email to be handled is a email, the email to be handled control is displayed in the received email list in the form of an independent window.
Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of a display form of a to-Do mail control according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 3, where the to-Do mail is a piece, the to-Do mail control may be displayed in a style of a separate window as shown by control 301 in FIG. 3.
In another possible implementation manner, if the to-be-handled mail is two or more, the to-be-handled mail control is displayed in the form of a laminated window in the received mail list.
Alternatively, when the to-Do mail control is displayed in the form of a cascading window, the number of cascading windows included in the to-Do mail control may be determined based on the number of to-Do mails.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a display form of another to-do mail control according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, where in fig. 4, in a case where two or more to-do mails are to be handled, the to-do mail control may be displayed in a style of a cascading window as shown by a control 401 in fig. 4. For the to-Do mail control shown in FIG. 4, the stacking window included is 3 (i.e., the stacking window is displayed as 3 layers), i.e., it indicates that the to-Do mail is 3 pieces.
Optionally, when the to-be-handled mail control is displayed, header information of the to-be-handled mail may also be displayed in the to-be-handled mail control, so as to realize the display of the to-be-handled mail through the to-be-handled mail control.
In one possible implementation manner, if the to-be-handled mail is a piece, the header information of the to-be-handled mail is directly displayed in the to-be-handled mail control displayed in a form of an independent window.
In another possible implementation manner, if the to-be-handled mails are two or more, the header information of the target to-be-handled mails is displayed in the to-be-handled mail control displayed in the form of a laminated window, where in the two or more to-be-handled mails, the time of the target to-be-handled mail is set to be the closest to the current time of the to-be-handled mails.
The title information may be a to-be-handled title of the to-be-handled mail. Alternatively, the to-be-handled title may be a mail subject of the to-be-handled mail, or may be a to-be-handled title set by the user for the to-be-handled mail. In one possible implementation manner, when a certain email is set as the email to be handled, the email subject of the email is defaulted to be the email subject, and on this basis, the user can further modify the email subject according to the actual requirement of the user, so as to set the email subject to be different from the content of the email subject.
The mail subject of the to-be-handled mail is displayed in the to-be-handled mail control, so that a user can intuitively acquire partial information of the to-be-handled mail through the to-be-handled mail control, flexibility of a to-be-handled mail process is improved, and display effect of the to-be-handled mail control is optimized.
After the display of the to-be-handled mails is realized through the to-be-handled mail control, a user can trigger the to-be-handled mail control when the user needs to call the display of the to-be-handled mail list, so that the view of the to-be-handled mails is realized through the to-be-handled mail list.
In some embodiments, for step S102, when the to-do mail list is displayed in response to the triggering operation of the to-do mail control, the following manner may be implemented:
And responding to the triggering operation of the mail waiting control, displaying a mail waiting list so as to display the mail waiting through the mail waiting list.
It should be noted that, in the case that the to-be-handled mail is one, the to-be-handled mail is directly displayed in the to-be-handled mail list; and under the condition that the number of the mails to be handled is two or more, displaying the mails to be handled in the list of the mails to be handled according to the sequence that the time of each mail to be handled is set as the mails to be handled from new to old.
In one possible implementation manner, when the to-be-handled mail is displayed through the to-be-handled mail list, for any to-be-handled mail, part of mail content of the to-be-handled mail may be displayed in the to-be-handled mail list, where the part of mail content includes at least header information, mail sending/receiving information, mail receiving time and mail text abstract.
The description of the title information may be referred to the foregoing, and will not be repeated here. The mail body abstract may be the first three lines of the mail body, or the mail body abstract may also be other contents in the mail body, or the abstract contents set by the user according to the actual needs, etc., which are not limited in this disclosure.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an interface schematic diagram of a to-do mail list according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in which 3 to-do mails are shown in the to-do mail list shown in fig. 5, and when each to-do mail is shown, header information, mail sending/receiving information, mail receiving time, and mail body abstract of the to-do mail are shown. Taking a first mail to be handled as an example, wherein ' activity arrangement ' is title information, ' user 1 sends to a development part ' is mail sending/receiving information, ' 12:18 ' is mail receiving time, ' good family, and the quarter of group construction activity is 3 days 2 late-reaches of Xiamen, and people are requested to fill personal information in a document by themselves, so that people and colleagues help people to arrange accommodation. .. it is the summary of mail text.
It should be noted that, by displaying part of the mail content of the to-be-handled mails in the to-be-handled mail list, so that resource consumption in the to-be-handled mail displaying process can be reduced and displaying efficiency of the to-be-handled mails can be improved under the condition that the content of each to-be-handled mail can be initially displayed.
Optionally, the user may trigger the mail text abstract of any to-be-handled mail displayed in the to-be-handled mail list to trigger the display of the complete mail content and the mail operation control of the to-be-handled mail. The computing device may display the complete mail content and mail operation controls of the to-be-handled mail in response to a trigger operation of the mail body digest of the to-be-handled mail shown in the to-be-handled mail list.
The complete mail content at least comprises header information, mail receiving/sending information, mail receiving time, mail full text and mail signature, and the mail operation control at least comprises a mail reply option and a mail forwarding option. Optionally, the mail reply option may include a reply recipient option and a reply all option, where in the case that the reply recipient option is triggered, the generated reply mail only needs to use the sender of the to-be-handled mail as the recipient of the reply mail, and in the case that the reply all option is triggered, the generated reply mail needs to use the sender of the to-be-handled mail as the recipient of the reply mail, and uses the sender of the to-be-handled mail as the sender of the reply mail.
Taking the to-do mail list as shown in fig. 5 as an example, if the user triggers the mail text summary of the first mail in the to-do mail list as shown in fig. 5, the computing device may display the to-do mail list as shown in fig. 6, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an interface schematic diagram of a to-do mail list according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, and in the to-do mail list as shown in fig. 6, the complete mail content (i.e. header information, mail receiving/sender information, mail receiving time, mail text and mail signature) and the mail operation control (i.e. mail reply option and mail forwarding option) of the to-do mail in which the mail text summary is triggered are displayed. The "activity arrangement" is title information, the "user 1 sends to the development part" is mail sending/receiving information, the "12:18" is mail receiving time, the "good family" is that the group construction activity in this quarter is that the building is 3 days 2 late-reaches, please self-fill personal information in the document, so that the colleagues help the family to arrange accommodation. The document will be updated by the time of 6 months and 15 days before work, please fill in as soon as possible. If the user needs to ask for something or has other problems, the user can communicate with me at any time. The whole mail is the mail, and the personnel part of the user 1 is the mail signature; the button with the text marked as 'reply' and the button with the text marked as 'reply all' are reply options, wherein the button with the text marked as 'reply' is reply recipient option, the button with the text marked as 'reply all' is reply all option, and the button with the text marked as 'forward' is mail forwarding option.
The function of triggering the text abstract of the mail to be handled to display the complete mail content of the mail to be handled is provided, so that a user can check the complete mail content of the mail to be handled in a mail list to be handled; in addition, by providing the function of triggering the mail text abstract of the to-be-handled mail to display the mail operation control of the to-be-handled mail, a user can conveniently realize operations such as reply and forwarding of the to-be-handled mail in the to-be-handled mail list, and flexibility of the display process of the to-be-handled mail is improved.
Optionally, the user may trigger header information of any to-be-handled mail displayed in the to-be-handled mail list to add remark information to the to-be-handled mail.
In one possible implementation, in a case where the user triggers the header information of the to-be-handled mail shown in the to-be-handled mail list, the computing device may display a note adding window in response to a triggering operation of the header information of the to-be-handled mail shown in the to-be-handled mail list, and the note adding window may be used to provide a function of adding the note information to the to-be-handled mail, so that the user may input the to-be-added note information through the note adding window.
The user may call up the virtual keyboard in the note adding window to input the note information to be added through the virtual keyboard, so that the note adding operation is triggered after the input is completed, so that the computing device may display a part of mail content of the mail to be handled and the note information added through the note adding window in the mail to be handled list in response to the note adding operation in the note adding window.
Optionally, a save control may be provided in the remark adding window, so that the user may trigger the save control after the remark information input is completed to trigger the remark adding operation in the remark adding window. After the remark adding operation is triggered, remark information input in the remark adding window can be transmitted to the to-be-handled mail list, and the computing equipment can display the to-be-handled mail in the to-be-handled mail list based on the remark information added in the remark adding window.
In one possible implementation, the remark information added in the remark adding window may be displayed below the header information of the corresponding to-be-handled mail.
For example, a text presentation control may be displayed below the header information corresponding to the to-be-handled mail to present the remark information through the text presentation control. The text display control may be used to display a line of remark information, and for remark information with text content exceeding one line, a manner of omitting display may be adopted, that is, only the first line of remark information is displayed, and for the rest, omitting display is performed by means of ellipses.
Taking the to-be-handled mail list shown in fig. 5 as an example, if the user triggers the header information of the first email in the to-be-handled mail list shown in fig. 5, the computing device may display a remark adding window shown in fig. 7, see fig. 7, fig. 7 is an interface schematic diagram of a remark adding window according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, in the remark adding window shown in fig. 7, the user may input remark information through a virtual keyboard, as shown in fig. 7, where the input remark information is "please: cheque, summer, and tense. When the remark information is input, the user can trigger a button (namely a save control) with a character marked as 'save', so that the remark adding operation is triggered in the remark adding window, and the computing device can display the to-be-handled mail in the to-be-handled mail list based on the remark information (namely 'leave person: old, summer and Zhang').
Alternatively, if the user triggers the remark adding operation in the remark adding window shown in fig. 7, the computing device may jump from the remark adding window shown in fig. 7 to the display of the to-Do mail list shown in fig. 8, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an interface schematic diagram of a to-Do mail list shown in an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 8, the control 801 is a text display control, and remark information (i.e. "please leave, summer, and open") added by the user in the remark adding window shown in fig. 7 is displayed in the control 801.
In some embodiments, a marking completion control may also be set for each to-be-handled mail in the to-be-handled mail list, so that the user may mark the to-be-handled mail as completed by triggering the marking completion control corresponding to any to-be-handled mail.
Taking the to-be-handled mail list shown in fig. 5 as an example, in the to-be-handled mail list shown in fig. 5, each to-be-handled mail corresponds to a mark completion control, and as shown in fig. 5, control 501 is a mark completion control corresponding to a first to-be-handled mail, control 502 is a mark completion control corresponding to a second to-be-handled mail, and control 503 is a mark completion control corresponding to a third to-be-handled mail.
In one possible implementation, the to-Do mail corresponding to the triggered mark-up control may be removed from the to-Do mail list in response to a trigger operation of the mark-up control in the to-Do mail list.
Taking the to-be-handled mail list shown in fig. 5 as an example, if the user triggers the mark completion control (i.e. the control 501) corresponding to the first to-be-handled mail in the to-be-handled mail list shown in fig. 5, the computing device may display the control 501 as a selected state, and remove the first to-be-handled mail from the to-be-handled mail list by adopting an effect of sliding out to the right. Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is an interface schematic diagram of a to-do mail marking completion process according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, where, as shown in fig. 9, a marking completion control corresponding to a first to-do mail is marked as a selected state, and in the to-do mail list shown in fig. 9, the first to-do mail may be gradually moved out of the to-do mail list with a special effect that slides out to the right.
In the case where the to-Do mail with the mark-up control triggered is moved out of the to-Do mail list, the display of the to-Do mail control may be updated based on the updated to-Do mail list.
In one possible implementation manner, if the to-be-handled mail list is empty after removing the to-be-handled mail corresponding to the triggered mark completion control, the display of the to-be-handled mail control is canceled in the received mail list.
For example, if all three to-Do mails in the to-Do mail list shown in FIG. 9 are removed, the display of the to-Do mail control may be canceled directly in the received mail list, that is, the received mail list may be displayed directly in the format shown in FIG. 10. Referring to FIG. 10, FIG. 10 is an interface diagram of a received mail list, i.e., without a to-do mail control displayed in the received mail list as shown in FIG. 10, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.

Alternatively, the header information displayed in the to-Do mail control may be updated based on the new to-Do mail list. For example, the header information displayed in the to-Do mail control may be updated to header information of a target to-Do mail in a new to-Do mail list in which the target to-Do mail is set to be closest to the current time.
In addition, the number of cascading windows included in the to-Do mail control may also be updated based on the number of to-Do mails included in the new to-Do mail list.
For example, if only the first to-Do mail in the to-Do mail list shown in FIG. 9 is removed, the received mail list may be displayed in the style shown in FIG. 11. Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is an interface schematic diagram of a received mail list according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in which header information displayed in a to-Do mail control is updated to header information (i.e., a "voting result summary") of a second to-Do mail in the to-Do mail list shown in fig. 9, where the second to-Do mail is a to-Do mail in a new to-Do mail list, and the time of the second to-Do mail is set to be the closest to the current time. In addition, if the number of to-be-handled mails in the new to-be-handled mail list is 2, in the received mail list shown in fig. 11, the number of stacking windows included in the to-be-handled mail control is updated to 2, that is, the to-be-handled mail control is displayed as a style of stacking 2 layers of windows.
According to the mail display method, the to-be-handled mail control for aggregating the to-be-handled mails is fixedly displayed at the preset position in the received mail list, so that the user can pay attention to and view the to-be-handled mails at any time, important matters cannot be omitted, and the user is not influenced to check and collect new mails. In addition, partial mail contents are displayed in the to-be-handled mail list, so that a user can be helped to know the item contents more quickly by directly from the list. In addition, the behavior of completing the to-be-handled mail (namely, the behavior of triggering the mark completion control corresponding to the to-be-handled mail) is directly associated with the display mode of the to-be-handled mail control, so that the display flexibility of the to-be-handled mail control is improved.
