Summary of The Invention
The inventors have found that in replying to mail, a user may need to reference part of the content of the original mail (meaning that the user has sent or received a mail) for a targeted reply. In the related art, if a user selects a part of content in an original mail body to perform targeted reply, when a reply mail is generated, the part of content is directly cut from the original mail body, so that the cut part of content is used as a quotation of the reply mail.
Wherein, when replying or forwarding an email, the quotation refers to copying and pasting part or all of the content of the original email to the text in the new email. The quotation is typically used to provide context or answer questions in the original mail to provide the reader with more complete information to let them know the context and history of the mail exchange. In email applications, the quotation is typically displayed in the body of the reply or forward mail.
However, the part of the content which is cut out is used as the quotation of the reply mail, so that the quotation loses the complete content of the original mail, and the recipient of the reply mail cannot view the complete content of the original mail from the received reply mail. Moreover, the above implementations do not provide for replying to multiple pieces of content separately.
In view of the above needs, the present disclosure provides a mail reply method, so that when a part of contents of an original mail is referred to for reply, the complete contents of the original mail can still be kept, which is convenient for a user to trace back, and provides a function of performing multi-section reference on the contents of the original mail, so as to reply respectively to multi-section contents, thereby meeting the needs of the user for reply respectively to multi-section contents.
Application scenario overview
The mail reply method provided by the disclosure can be used for replying by referring to the partial content of the original mail in the webpage mailbox or can be used for replying by referring to the partial content of the original mail in the mail client, but can be used for retaining the complete content of the original mail and providing a function of replying by referring to the partial content of the original mail in multiple sections when the partial content of the original mail is referred to in the webpage mailbox or the mail client.
Alternatively, the web page mailbox and mail client may be deployed on a computer or mobile terminal, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
The mail reply method may be executed by a computing device, where the computing device may be a terminal device, such as a desktop computer, a portable computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, a smart watch, or other types of devices, and the device type of the computing device is not limited in this disclosure.
It should be noted that the above application scenario is only shown for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present disclosure, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in any way in this respect. Rather, embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to any scenario where applicable.
Exemplary method
The mail reply method provided by the present disclosure is described in detail below in conjunction with the description of the application scenario.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a mail reply method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101, responding to a selection operation in mail content of a target mail, and displaying a reference control based on the selected first mail content.
The target mail may be any mail of the received mails. The computing device can display the received mails through the received mail list, and a user can check and reply any mail displayed in the received mail list according to actual requirements.
Optionally, the user may select a mail from the received mail list, and the computing device may display, through the mail presentation interface, mail content of the selected mail in response to a selection operation on any mail, so that the user may select among the presented mail content, so that the computing device may display a reference control based on the selected first mail content.
It should be noted that, the mail content of the target mail may be text, picture, file, etc., and accordingly, the selected mail content may be text, picture, file, etc., and the specific type of the first mail content is not limited in this disclosure.
Alternatively, the user may press the mail content that the user wants to select for a long time, and the computing device may respond to the operation of the user, and use the mail content selected by the user as the first mail content, so that the reference control is displayed based on the first mail content.
S102, responding to the triggering operation of the reference control, displaying a shortcut reply window, wherein the shortcut reply window is used for inputting reply content.
Alternatively, the reply content may be text, pictures, files, etc., and the specific type of reply content is not limited by the present disclosure.
S103, responding to the mail sending operation in the shortcut reply window, and sending reply mails based on the first reply content and the target mails which are input in the shortcut reply window, wherein all mail contents of the target mails are displayed in the reply mails, and the first mail contents are displayed as a first reference pattern.
Alternatively, the first reference pattern may be an underline displaying a first preset format on the first mail content, or the first reference pattern may be displaying a background color of the first mail content as a first preset color, or the like, and the specific pattern of the first reference pattern is not limited by the present disclosure. Wherein, the display mode of the first reference style is different from the display mode of the unselected mail content.
By displaying all mail contents of the target mail in the reply mail and displaying the referenced first mail contents as the first reference style, the distinguishing display of the referenced mail contents and the unreferenced mail contents is realized, so that the reply mail can display all mail contents of the original mail and also can realize the highlighting display of the referenced mail contents, thereby being convenient for a user to trace the source, being convenient for the user to quickly position the referenced contents and improving the flexibility of mail reply and mail reply effect.
The present disclosure displays a reference control based on a first mail content selected in response to a selection operation in the mail content of a target mail; thereby responding to the triggering operation of the reference control and displaying a shortcut reply window for inputting reply content; and further, responding to the mail sending operation in the shortcut reply window, and sending a reply mail based on the first reply content and the target mail which are input in the shortcut reply window. The reply mail displays all mail contents of the target mail, and the first mail contents are displayed in a first reference mode, so that the effect of carrying out targeted reply on the first reply mail is achieved, and the flexibility of a mail reply process is improved.
In some embodiments, for step S101, in response to a selection operation in the mail content of the target mail, when the reference control is displayed based on the selected first mail content, it may be implemented as follows:
and responding to the selection operation in the mail content of the target mail, displaying the first mail content as a mark state, and displaying a reference control at a preset position corresponding to the first mail content.
Alternatively, the selected first mail content may be displayed as a set style to achieve the effect of displaying the first mail content as a marked state. The setting style may be any style, and it is only necessary to ensure that the first mail content is in a selected state according to the displayed setting style.
The preset position corresponding to the first mail content may be any position, for example, the preset position corresponding to the first mail content may be an upper side of the first mail content, and the preset position corresponding to the first mail content is not limited in this disclosure.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an interface diagram of a mail presentation interface for presenting a received mail according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in which a user selects a portion of text "please write personal information in a document in a line" as a first mail content, a cursor is displayed at the head and tail ends of the portion of text, and a background color of the portion of text is displayed in gray different from that of other text to indicate that the portion of text is in a marked state, as shown in fig. 2. In addition, a plurality of controls are displayed above the text, wherein the control with the text marked as 'reference' is the reference control, so that a user can intuitively determine the first mail content selected by the user according to the display of the mail display interface, and can reply in a targeted manner based on the first mail content meeting the requirement of the user through the reference control.
Optionally, the user may further adjust the first mail content in the marked state in the mail display interface according to the actual requirement, and correspondingly, the reference control may also be displayed at a preset position corresponding to the first mail content newly selected by the user along with the adjustment of the user.
If the user determines that the first mail content in the marked state meets the requirement of the user, the user can conduct targeted reply based on the selected first mail content by triggering the reference control.
In some embodiments, for step S102, when the shortcut reply window is displayed in response to the triggering operation of the reference control, the first mail content may also be displayed in the shortcut reply window, so that the user may intuitively see the first mail content selected by the user through the shortcut reply window.
In one possible implementation, the first mail content may be displayed in a shortcut reply window and the text input area may be displayed based on the first mail content so that the user may make an input of the first reply content in the text input area.
Alternatively, the first mail content and the first reply content may be displayed in different display styles, so that the user can quickly distinguish the first mail content and the first reply content in the quick reply window. For example, the font color of the first mail content may be displayed in gray, the font color of the first reply content may be displayed in black, and the font size of the first mail content may be set smaller than that of the first reply content, which is convenient for the user to distinguish.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an interface schematic diagram of a shortcut reply window according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in the shortcut reply window shown in fig. 3, "please write personal information in a document by oneself" is the first mail content, the font color of the content is displayed in gray, the area below the content where the cursor is displayed is the text input area, and the user may input the first reply content in the text input area.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an interface schematic diagram of another shortcut reply window according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in the shortcut reply window shown in fig. 4, the "document cannot be opened", and the "please verify" is the first reply content, the font color of the portion of the content is displayed as black, and the font size of the first reply content is slightly larger than the font size of the first mail content, so as to facilitate the user distinction.
It should be noted that, in order to avoid the situation that the first mail content is modified due to the user's false touch, and thus the reference fails, the first mail content may be set in the quick reply window to be in a non-editable state.
In addition, it should be noted that the shortcut reply window may also provide the user with a function of setting the recipient of the reply mail.
In one possible implementation, the shortcut reply window may provide a reply mode setting control for the user, so that the user may set the control through the reply mode to implement setting of the mail recipient replying to the mail.
Optionally, the reply mode setting control may include a reply sender option and a reply all option, where, in the case where the reply sender option is triggered, the generated reply mail only needs to use the sender of the mail to be handled as the recipient of the reply mail, without setting the sender of the reply mail; and under the condition that all the options are triggered, the generated reply mail needs to take the sender of the mail to be handled as the receiver of the reply mail, and take the copy person of the mail to be handled as the copy person of the reply mail.
The user can select the reply option through the reply mode setting control according to the actual demand of the user, so as to realize the setting of the reply mail addressee.
Taking the shortcut reply window as shown in fig. 4 as an example, in the shortcut reply window as shown in fig. 4, the control 401 is a reply mode setting control, where an option with text marked as "reply all" is a reply all option, and the user may trigger the display of the reply sender option by clicking a drop-down button on the right side of the reply all options, for example, may display the reply recipient option as an option with text marked as "reply".
If the user completes the input of the first reply content and the setting of the reply mail receiver in the shortcut reply window, the user can trigger mail sending operation in the shortcut reply window so as to send the reply mail based on the first reply content and the target mail.
In some embodiments, for step S103, when sending a reply mail based on the first reply content and the target mail input in the shortcut reply window in response to the mail sending operation in the shortcut reply window, the following steps may be included:
s1031, in response to the mail sending operation in the shortcut reply window, generating mail contents of the reply mail based on the first reply content and the first mail content, and taking all mail contents of the target mail as quotation of the reply mail to generate the reply mail.
Optionally, a sending control may be set in the shortcut reply window, so that the user may trigger the mail sending operation in the shortcut reply window by triggering the sending control.
Taking the shortcut reply window as shown in fig. 4 as an example, in the shortcut reply window as shown in fig. 4, a button with text marked "send" is a send control, and a user can trigger mail sending operation in the shortcut reply window as shown in fig. 4 by triggering the button with text marked "send".
Alternatively, when the mail content of the reply mail is generated based on the first reply content and the first mail content, the first mail content and the first reply content may be set to different display styles so that the user can quickly distinguish the first mail content and the first reply content in the reply mail. For example, the font color of the first mail content may be set to gray, the font color of the first reply content may be set to black, and the font size of the first mail content may be set smaller than the font size of the first reply content, so as to facilitate user distinction.
When the whole mail content of the target mail is used as the quotation of the reply mail, the first mail content can be displayed as the first quotation pattern in the whole mail content of the target mail used as the quotation, so that the user can trace the whole mail content of the original mail, and the part which is cited can be quickly determined in the original mail.
In addition, it should be noted that, when generating the reply mail, the generation of the reply mail may be performed according to the reply mail recipient set by the user through the reply mode setting control in the shortcut reply window. If the user selects the reply sender option, the generated reply mail only takes the sender of the mail to be handled as the receiver of the reply mail, and the sender of the reply mail does not need to be set; if the user selects all the options, the generated reply mail needs to take the sender of the mail to be handled as the receiver of the reply mail, and takes the copy person of the mail to be handled as the copy person of the reply mail.
S1032, sending the generated reply mail.
Optionally, after the reply mail is generated, the reply mail can be sent to the corresponding user according to the recipient information (including mail recipients and mail senders) of the generated reply mail.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an interface schematic diagram of a mail presentation interface for presenting reply mail according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in mail contents of reply mail as shown in fig. 5, a font color of a first mail content "please write personal information in a document by oneself" is displayed in gray, a font color of a first reply content "document cannot be opened, please verify" is displayed in black, and a font size of the first mail content "please write personal information in a document by oneself" is smaller than a font size of the first reply content "document cannot be opened, please verify" so that a user can distinguish a portion referring to an original mail from a portion replied by the user in mail contents of reply mail. In addition, in the quotation of the reply mail as shown in fig. 5, the entire mail content of the cited target mail is displayed, and of the displayed entire mail content of the target mail, the first mail content "please fill personal information in the document by oneself" is displayed as the first quotation pattern, that is, the first mail content "please fill personal information in the document by oneself" is displayed under the underline in the broken line format, so that the user can quickly determine which part is the cited content in the quotation.
The above embodiments only refer to a certain section of mail content in the original mail, so that the specific reply is performed based on the referred section of content, and in more possible implementations, the scheme provided by the present disclosure may further support the user to refer to a plurality of sections of content in the original mail respectively, so as to perform the specific reply based on each section of reference content respectively. The following describes how to refer to a plurality of pieces of content in an original mail, and a procedure of performing targeted reply based on each piece of reference content.
In some embodiments, a window minimization control may be provided in the shortcut reply window such that a user may return to the mail presentation interface through the window minimization control in the shortcut reply window and continue to reference mail content that is referenced at the mail presentation interface.
In one possible implementation, the user may trigger the window minimization control in the quick reply window, and the computing device may display the quick reply window minimization as a quick reply bar and display the entire mail content of the target mail in response to the triggering operation of the window minimization control.
Optionally, the window minimizing control may be provided as a window minimizing button or a sliding bar, where the operation modes of the triggering operations corresponding to the two window minimizing controls are different, but each may achieve the effect of displaying the shortcut reply window minimizing as a shortcut reply bar. For a window minimizing button serving as a window minimizing control, a user clicks the window minimizing button to finish the minimization of the quick reply window; for the slider bar serving as the window minimizing control, the user can finish the minimization of the quick reply window by dragging the slider bar downwards.
Taking the shortcut reply window as shown in fig. 4 as an example, in the shortcut reply window as shown in fig. 4, both the control 402 and the control 403 are window minimizing controls, wherein the control 402 is a window minimizing button and the control 403 is a slider bar. The user may implement the minimization of the shortcut reply window by clicking on control 402, or the user may implement the minimization of the shortcut reply window by dragging control 403 downward.
Optionally, when the shortcut reply window is displayed as a shortcut reply bar in a minimized manner and the whole mail content of the target mail is displayed, the display of the mail display interface may be skipped to display the whole mail content of the target mail through the mail display interface, and the shortcut reply window may be displayed as a shortcut reply bar in a minimized manner and the shortcut reply bar may be displayed at the bottom of the mail display interface.
When the whole mail content of the target mail is displayed through the mail display interface, the first mail content can be displayed as a first reference style, so that the differentiated display of the referenced mail content and the unreferenced mail content is realized.
Alternatively, the number of the draft mails currently being edited may also be displayed in the shortcut reply bar, and the first reply content added by the user based on the first mail content may be used as one draft mail currently being edited.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an interface diagram of another mail presentation interface for presenting received mail according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in which all mail contents of a target mail are displayed in the mail presentation interface as shown in fig. 6, and "please fill personal information in a document by oneself" as first reference contents is displayed as a first reference style, that is, the first mail contents "please fill personal information in a document by oneself" are displayed under an underline in a dotted line format, so that a user can quickly determine which part is the referenced contents among all mail contents. In addition, a shortcut reply bar (i.e., a bar control with text labeled "write mail") obtained by minimizing the shortcut reply window is also displayed at the bottom of the mail display interface as shown in fig. 6, and the number of draft mails currently being edited (i.e., 1 displayed in brackets) is also displayed in the shortcut reply bar.
Under the condition that the shortcut reply window is displayed as a shortcut reply bar in a minimized mode, a user can continue to operate the mail content which is not yet referenced in the mail display interface so as to realize the continued reference and the targeted reply to other mail contents on the basis that the first mail content is referenced and the targeted reply is carried out.
In some embodiments, the user may continue to select the unselected mail content in the mail presentation interface displaying the shortcut reply bar, and the computing device may display a reference control based on the second mail content selected this time in response to a selection operation of the unselected mail content in all the displayed mail contents; and responding to the triggering operation of the reference control, displaying a shortcut reply window, and displaying the selected second mail content in the shortcut reply window.
In one possible implementation manner, the second mail content selected this time may be displayed as a mark state in response to a selection operation of the unselected mail content in all the displayed mail contents, and the reference control may be displayed at a preset position corresponding to the second mail content.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is an interface diagram illustrating another mail presentation interface for presenting received mails according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in the mail presentation interface as shown in fig. 7, a user selects a portion of text "please leave or have other problems to communicate with me at any time" as the second mail content, the head and tail ends of the portion of text are displayed with cursors, and the background color of the portion of text is displayed in gray different from the color of other text to indicate that the portion of text is in a marked state. In addition, a plurality of controls are displayed above the text, wherein the control with the text marked as 'reference' is the reference control, so that a user can intuitively determine the second mail content selected by the user according to the display of the mail display interface, and the user can reply in a targeted manner based on the second mail content meeting the requirement of the user through the reference control.
Optionally, the user may adjust the second mail content in the marked state in the mail display interface according to the actual requirement, and correspondingly, the reference control may also be displayed at a preset position corresponding to the second mail content newly selected by the user along with the adjustment of the user.
If the user determines that the second mail content in the marked state meets the requirement of the user, the user can conduct targeted reply based on the selected second mail content by triggering the reference control.
In the case that the reference control is triggered, the display of the shortcut reply window may be adjusted, for example, a second mail content may be displayed in the shortcut reply window, and a text input area may be displayed based on the second mail content, so that the user may perform input of the second reply content in the text input area.
Alternatively, the second mail content and the second reply content may be displayed in different display styles so that the user can quickly distinguish the second mail content and the second reply content in the quick reply window. For example, the font color of the second mail content may be displayed in gray, the font color of the second reply content may be displayed in black, and the font size of the second mail content may be set smaller than that of the second reply content, which is convenient for the user to distinguish.
In more possible implementations, the shortcut reply window may display the first mail content that has been referenced and the first reply content that is obtained by performing targeted reply based on the first mail content.
