Abstract

一种精细印花工艺为:先用染料水、元糊和助剂配成印花糊料,然后进行丝网印花,再蒸化,最后水洗退浆。其中元糊采用Polyprint VP411或H‑90浆粉等非离子性糊料。采用本发明的印花工艺的优点在于,在各种锦纶与涤纶的氨纶针织物等高级面料上印花能达到色泽鲜艳、色牢度高,且印花图象精细、深浅过渡细腻,达到或接近画报的印刷效果。

一种精细印花工艺
所属技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染技术,具体指一种精细印花工艺。
背景技术
随着人们对纺织面料高档化的追求,各种锦纶、涤纶的氨纶针织物等高档面料相继问世,这些面料悬垂性好,有弹性、手感舒适,深受消费者欢迎。但高档面料要求有高质量的印花效果,即要求印花能达到或接近画报的印刷效果。传统的印花技术,一般选用网眼较大的丝网和一般的色糊料,色彩的渐变效果差,如改用网眼较小的丝网则容易塞网,或得色不鲜,色光发暗,无法印出极精细的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种精细印花工艺,以使能在这些高级面料上印出色泽鲜艳、色牢度高,图象精细、深浅过渡细腻的印花图案,其效果达到或接近画报的印刷效果。
本发明的一种精细印花工艺为:
1.配印花糊料:
a)配染料水:在1000g水中,根据色彩的要求加入适量染料和1-3%的染料助溶剂古立辛A(Glyezin A),配成染料水。其中锦纶染料通常选用尼龙类、弱酸性类或中性类染料,涤纶染料通常选用分散染料。
b)配元糊:将6-8%(重量比)的PolyprintVP411或H-90浆粉,慢慢加入水中,并不断搅拌使其完全溶解于水中,保持2h以上。
其中元糊采用Polyprint VP411或H-90等非离子性糊料,其主要组分为解聚多糖,PH=7呈中性,渗透性、透网性、溶水性均较理想,可防止可溶性染料产生沉淀和产生斑点,在印制中得色艳丽。
c)配糊料:用于锦纶织物时,按体积取步骤a)中配好的染料水20-30%,加助溶剂古立辛BC(Glyezin BC)3-5%,醋酸铵6-15%,其余为步骤b)中的元糊,配成色糊料。
用于绦纶织物时,用分散染料水加1%氯化钠、2-3%硫酸铵,其余为步骤b)中的元糊,配成色糊料。
色糊料的粘度控制在30000-45000CPS(厘泊)。
2.丝网印花:采用上述色糊料,在丝网印花机上按分色套数对坯布进行丝网印花,同时按各套地需要加上焙烘工序,以确保前套干了再印下一套。丝网采用1500-1600目的涤纶绢网。
3.蒸化:将印好花的坯布置入蒸化机中,用0.8-1.7kg/cm2压力的蒸汽蒸35-40min。
4.水洗退浆:
锦纶坯布:用冷流水加PA尼龙固色剂0.5-2g/L、分散剂W Aebegae0.5-2g/L、及苏打1-3g/L漂洗约30-40min,升温至55-60℃,再将坯布置于用冷水加PA尼龙固色剂1-3g/L配成的洗涤液中洗涤,最后用醋酸将洗涤液调节到PH4-5,出缸烘干。
绦纶坯布:用冷流水加PA尼龙固色剂5-10g/L洗20min,换水加保险粉(Na2S2O4),进行还原清洗,约20min,升温至70-90℃,再用清水漂洗,出缸烘干。
采用本发明的印花工艺的优点在于,在各种锦纶与涤纶的氨纶针织物等高级面料上印花能达到色泽鲜艳、色牢度高,且印花图象精细、深浅过渡细腻,达到或接近画报的印刷效果。
具体实施方式
实施例一种精细印花工艺:
先配印花糊料:在1000g水中,根据色彩的要求加入适量染料和2%的染料助溶剂古立辛A(Glyezin A),配成染料水;再将8kg Polyprint VP411或H-90浆粉,慢慢加入92kg水中,并不断搅拌使其完全溶解于水中,保持2h以上配成元糊;然后按体积比,取配好的染料水25%,加助溶剂古立辛BC(Glyezin BC)4%,醋酸铵10%,加入61%的上述元糊,配成色糊料。色糊料的粘度控制在30000-45000厘泊。
其中锦纶染料通常选用尼龙类的F-3GL大红、N-BL蓝、E-GL黄等、弱酸性的普拉红-G、N-6G黄、普拉橙-R、山德仑紫-4BNS等,或中性的2GL红、来纳芯蓝-GL、依加诺黄-SGLS等。
然后进行丝网印花:采用上述色糊料,在丝网印花机上按分色套数对坯布进行丝网印花,同时按各套的需要加上焙烘工序,以确保前套干了再印下一套。丝网采用1500-1600目的涤纶绢网。
再蒸化:将印好花的坯布置入蒸化机中,用1kg/cm2压力的蒸汽蒸38min。
最后水洗退浆:用冷流水加PA尼龙固色剂1g/L、分散剂WAebegaelg/L、及苏打2g/L漂洗约35min,升温至55℃,再将坯布置于用冷水加PA尼龙固色剂2g/L配成的洗涤液中洗涤,最后用醋酸将洗涤液调节到PH5,出缸烘干。

Claims (6)

1.一种精细印花工艺,其工艺流程为:
(1)配印花糊料:
a)配染料水:在1000g水中,根据色彩的要求加入适量染料和1-3%的染料助溶剂古立辛A(Glyezin A),配成染料水,其中染料通常选用尼龙类、弱酸性类或中性类染料;
b)配元糊:按重量比,取6-10%的Polyprint VP411或H-90浆粉,慢慢加入水中,并不断搅拌使其完全溶解于水中,保持2h以上;
c)配糊料:按体积比,取步骤a)中配好的染料水20-30%,加助溶剂古立辛BC(GlyezinBC)3-5%,醋酸铵6-15%,其余用步骤
b)中的元糊,配成色糊料;色糊料的粘度控制在30000-45000厘泊;
(2)丝网印花:采用上述色糊料,在丝网印花机上印花,同时按需要加上焙烘工序;
(3)蒸化:将印好花的坯布置入蒸化机中,用0.8-1.7kg/cm2压力的蒸汽蒸35-40min;
(4)水洗退浆:用冷流水加PA尼龙固色剂0.5-2g/L、分散剂W Aebegae0.5-2g/L、及苏打1-3g/L漂洗约30-40min,升温至55-60℃,再将坯布置于用冷水加PA尼龙固色剂1-3g/L配成的洗涤液中洗涤,最后用醋酸将洗涤液调节到PH4-5,出缸烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种精细印花工艺,其特征在于所述尼龙类染料可选用F-3GL大红、N-BL蓝、E-GL黄。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种精细印花工艺,其特征在于所述弱酸性的染料可选用普拉红-G、N-6G黄、普拉橙-R、山德仑紫-4BNS。
4.根据权利要求1所述精细印花工艺,其特征在于所述中性染料可选用2GL红、来纳芯蓝-GL、依加诺黄-SGLS。
5.一种涤纶的氨纶针织物精细印花工艺,其工艺流程为:
a)配染料水:在1000g水中,根据色彩的要求加入适量染料和1-3%的染料助溶剂古立辛A(Glyezin A),配成染料水,染料通常选用分散染料;
c)配糊料:用分散染料水加1%氯化钠、2-3%硫酸铵,65-70%元糊,配成色糊料。
色糊料的粘度控制在30000-45000CPS(厘泊)。
(4)水洗退浆:用冷流水加PA尼龙固色剂5-10g/L洗20min,换水加保险粉(Na2S2O4),进行还原清洗,约20min,升温至70-90℃,再用清水漂洗,出缸烘干。
6.根据权利要求5所述涤纶的氨纶针织物精细印花工艺,其特征在于所述分散染料可选用8GFF黄、RGFL黄棕、H3R红、GS大红、5BE桃红、HFRL紫、S-GL蓝、2BLN蓝、5GL绿、RD-3G黑。
