本发明公开了一种热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料,由表面层与底层两部分组成,一个完全组织包括三列六行,第一行、第三行和第五行由功能性弹性纱线编织平针结构形成底层,第二行、第四行和第六行由非弹性纱线编织变化集圈结构形成表面层。本发明制备的针织面料不仅具有较好的弹性和回复性能,还具有吸湿排汗和冰爽触感功能;无需预定型,从而减少了生产工序,降低了成本;避免了成衣裁片时的氨纶露白头现象;可以将面料染成深色不会发生弹性纱线露底。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纬编针织面料,具体是一种热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料。
背景技术
弹力纬编针织面料具有延伸性回复性好、保形性、抗皱性等优点,不仅适合于制作内衣特别是贴身和紧身内衣,也广泛应用于运动服、休闲服、外衣、袜子等产品。目前弹性针织面料主要是在其他纤维材料为主的条件下加入一定细度和含量的氨纶丝来实现弹力。
现有技术中,专利号为201620943903.8的中国专利中公开了一种凉感多功能弹力面料,由5种纱线在纬编双面机上编织而成的空气层结构织物,包括正面、中间层以及反面,所述正面采用凉感纱线和全消光抗紫外纱线并添纱氨纶交织而成,所述中间层采用细旦超细涤纶连接,所述反面采用涤纶抗菌纱线并添纱氨纶交织而成。另一项专利号为201621345328.8的中国专利中公开一种弹力网眼单面纬编面料,包括织物本体即由第一涤纶长丝、第二涤纶长丝和30D氨纶交织而成的单面纬编织物,该织物本体的正面具有网孔结构,网孔结构由一个大网孔和二个小网孔组合而成,且大网孔与二个小网孔呈三角形分布,并通过各方形凸起使织物本体的反面与人体皮肤的高点接触效应更为明显。
但是含有氨纶的弹力纬编针织面料也存在如下问题:(1)为了避免染整后坯布易产生的皱纹,通常需要在染色前进行预定型,特别是对于单面纬编氨纶面料,这增加了生产工序与成本;(2)成衣裁片时会导致的氨纶露白头现象,尤其是在臀部等缝接处,造成不雅观的外观效果,(3)氨纶丝不上染,在生产深色织物易露底。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料,由表面层与底层两部分组成,一个完全组织包括三列六行,第一行、第三行和第五行由功能性弹性纱线编织平针结构形成底层,第二行、第四行和第六行由非弹性纱线编织变化集圈结构形成表面层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述的功能性弹性纱线为8.3dtex/48F涤纶弹性纤维,非弹性纱线为14.6tex精梳棉纱。
作为本发明进一步的方案:该热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料在机号E32筒径30英寸的单面圆纬机上织造。
作为本发明进一步的方案:平针结构线圈长度2.6mm,变化集圈结构线圈长度1.2mm;落布幅宽230cm,单位面积重量100g/m2
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料采用一缸两浴法染色,先用分散料染涤纶弹性纤维,再用活性染料套染棉纱,染色与后整理工艺具体步骤如下:
一、起染温度:起染水温约40℃;
二、70℃以前升温速度1-3℃/min,70℃以后升温速度1℃/min;
三、采用中温型分散染料在温度125-128℃下染深色涤纶弹性纤维或用低温型分散染料在温度120℃下染浅色涤纶弹性纤维,时间30min;另用活性染料套染棉纱,采用温度60℃、时间45-90min(染浅色),或温度80℃、时间45-90min(染深色);
四、染色保温时间:深色40-60min,浅色20-30min;
五、降温速度为1℃/min,缓慢降温到70℃以下,如出现鸡爪印或折印,需进一步降温到60℃以下;
六、染色后洗涤:纯碱加保险粉在80℃下还原洗15-20min,然后适量洗衣粉在60-70℃下皂洗15min,再用pH值4-5的醋酸在70℃下酸洗15min,最后用40℃温水洗干净;
七、酸洗后加软油4kg在温度150℃下湿热定型,布速23.8m/min;
八、最终面料成品幅宽160cm,单位面积重量200g/m2
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明具有以下优点:1)制备的针织面料不仅具有较好的弹性和回复性能(纵横向拉伸弹性回复率达80%左右),还具有吸湿排汗和冰爽触感功能;2)无需预定型,从而减少了生产工序,降低了成本;3)避免了成衣裁片时的氨纶露白头现象;4)可以将面料染成深色不会发生弹性纱线露底。

请参阅图1,一种热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料,由表面层与底层两部分组成,一个完全组织包括三列六行,由下至上依次为第一行1、第二行2、第三行3、第四行4、第五行5、第六行6,第一行、第三行和第五行由功能性弹性纱线编织平针结构形成底层,第二行、第四行和第六行由非弹性纱线编织变化集圈结构(单针集圈加两针浮线,集圈呈斜纹分布)形成表面层;
所述的功能性弹性纱线为8.3dtex/48F涤纶弹性纤维(鑫纶T-3000长丝),其除了弹性外还具有吸湿排汗和冰爽触感功效,非弹性纱线为14.6tex精梳棉纱;
该热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料在机号E32筒径30英寸的单面圆纬机上织造,六路一个循环,第一行、第三行和第五行喂入8.3dtex/48F涤纶弹性纤维织平针结构,第二行、第四行和第六行喂入14.6tex精梳棉纱织变化集圈结构;送纱张力控制在4cN左右;平针结构线圈长度2.6mm,变化集圈结构线圈长度1.2mm;落布幅宽230cm,单位面积重量100g/m2
所述热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料采用一缸两浴法染色,先用分散料染涤纶弹性纤维,再用活性染料套染棉纱,染色与后整理工艺具体步骤如下:

本发明的工作原理是:该面料作内衣、运动衣等服装时,该面料的底层贴身穿着,底层涤纶弹性纤维不仅赋予面料弹力,还提供了吸湿排汗和冰爽触感的功能;面料的表面层穿着在外,不仅具有斜纹的外观效应,而且其棉纱还可以吸收底层涤纶弹性纤维传导的水分并向环境蒸发。与氨纶弹力针织面料相比,该面料具有无需预定型、成衣裁片时不存在氨纶露白头,弹性纤维可上染等优点。

1.一种热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料,其特征在于,由表面层与底层两部分组成,一个完全组织包括三列六行,第一行、第三行和第五行由功能性弹性纱线编织平针结构形成底层,第二行、第四行和第六行由非弹性纱线编织变化集圈结构形成表面层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料,其特征在于,所述的功能性弹性纱线为8.3dtex/48F涤纶弹性纤维,非弹性纱线为14.6tex精梳棉纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料,其特征在于,该热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料在机号E32筒径30英寸的单面圆纬机上织造。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料,其特征在于,平针结构线圈长度2.6mm,变化集圈结构线圈长度1.2mm;落布幅宽230cm,单位面积重量100g/m2
5.根据权利要求1所述的热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料,其特征在于,所述热湿功能性弹力纬编针织面料采用一缸两浴法染色,先用分散料染涤纶弹性纤维,再用活性染料套染棉纱,染色与后整理工艺具体步骤如下:
一、起染温度:起染水温约40℃;
二、70℃以前升温速度1-3℃/min,70℃以后升温速度1℃/min;
三、采用中温型分散染料在温度125-128℃下染深色涤纶弹性纤维或用低温型分散染料在温度120℃下染浅色涤纶弹性纤维,时间30min;另用活性染料套染棉纱,采用温度60℃、时间45-90min(染浅色),或温度80℃、时间45-90min(染深色);
四、染色保温时间:深色40-60min,浅色20-30min;
五、降温速度为1℃/min,缓慢降温到70℃以下,如出现鸡爪印或折印,需进一步降温到60℃以下;
六、染色后洗涤:纯碱加保险粉在80℃下还原洗15-20min,然后适量洗衣粉在60-70℃下皂洗15min,再用pH值4-5的醋酸在70℃下酸洗15min,最后用40℃温水洗干净;
七、酸洗后加软油4kg在温度150℃下湿热定型,布速23.8m/min;
八、最终面料成品幅宽160cm,单位面积重量200g/m2
