一种绿色环保型线切割液,包括有按重量份计的以下物质:山梨醇单油酸酯5.8-6.2份;油酸5.2-6.5份;防锈剂3.8-4.3份;太古油3.5-4.2份;氢氧化钾0.8-1.1份;去离子水0.6-1.1份;甲醇1.0-1.4份;苯并三氮唑0.01-0.05份;防腐蚀抑制剂1-1.2份;低粘度环烷基基础油70-80份;其余为少量的消泡剂;所述防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、三乙醇胺、二环己胺、十二烯基丁二酸中的两种或三种混合物;所述防腐蚀抑制剂为N-油酸肌氨酸十八胺盐、十七西基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐两者的混合物。

1.一种绿色环保型线切割液,其特征在于:包括有按重量份计的以下物质:山梨醇单油酸酯5.8-6.2份;油酸5.2-6.5份;防锈剂3.8-4.3份;太古油3.5-4.2份;氢氧化钾0.8-1.1份;去离子水0.6-1.1份;甲醇1.0-1.4份;苯并三氮唑0.01-0.05份;防腐蚀抑制剂1-1.2份;低粘度环烷基基础油70-80份;其余为少量的消泡剂;所述防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、三乙醇胺、二环己胺、十二烯基丁二酸中的两种或三种混合物;所述防腐蚀抑制剂为N-油酸肌氨酸十八胺盐、十七西基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐两者的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保型线切割液,其特征在于:所述山梨醇单油酸酯为基础油,山梨醇单油酸酯的性能满足:40℃运动粘度为35-65mm/s2
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保型线切割液,其特征在于:所述低粘度环烷基基础油的性能满足:40℃运动粘度为32-46mm/s2
4.一种绿色环保型线切割液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)在调和釜内,按比例依次加入低粘度环烷基基础油、山梨醇单油酸酯、油酸、太古油,随后加热至50-60℃,搅拌30分钟;
(2)再按比例依次加入氢氧化钾、去离子水、防锈剂、甲醇、苯并三氮唑、防腐蚀抑制剂、消泡剂,搅拌50-70min,搅拌均匀即可。
