本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体涉及的是一种绿色环保型线切割液及其制备方法。
背景技术
用于数控线切割机床,机加工机床的线切割液,目前采用一般矿物基础油加油溶性添加剂以及亚硝酸钠配制而成,这种情况下,按照目前技术制备的线切割液传热效果较差,会使切削区的温度过高,导致切割液产生烟雾、起火等现象,并且容易被细菌侵染,发臭,不利于人身健康,安全环保性能低,本发明就是针对目前此种关键技术难题进行的全面优化,延长线切割液的使用寿命,提高安全环保性能。

为了解决现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种绿色环保型线切割液及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种绿色环保型线切割液,包括有按重量份计的以下物质:山梨醇单油酸酯5.8-6.2份;油酸5.2-6.5份;防锈剂3.8-4.3份;太古油3.5-4.2份;氢氧化钾0.8-1.1份;去离子水0.6-1.1份;甲醇1.0-1.4份;苯并三氮唑0.01-0.05份;防腐蚀抑制剂1-1.2份;低粘度环烷基基础油70-80份;其余为少量的消泡剂;所述防锈剂为石油磺酸盐、三乙醇胺、二环己胺、十二烯基丁二酸中的两种或三种混合物;所述防腐蚀抑制剂为N-油酸肌氨酸十八胺盐、十七西基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐两者的混合物。
优选的,所述山梨醇单油酸酯为基础油,山梨醇单油酸酯的性能满足:40℃运动粘度为35-65mm/s2。
优选的,所述低粘度环烷基基础油的性能满足:40℃运动粘度为32-46mm/s2。
一种绿色环保型线切割液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在调和釜内,按比例依次加入低粘度环烷基基础油、山梨醇单油酸酯、油酸、太古油,随后加热至50-60℃,搅拌30分钟;
(2)再按比例依次加入氢氧化钾、去离子水、防锈剂、甲醇、苯并三氮唑、防腐蚀抑制剂、消泡剂,搅拌50-70min,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的有益效果
本发明提供的一种绿色环保型线切割液,可以大幅提高切割液的安全环保性能,避免切削区温度过高,使切割工件良好传热,不冒烟,提高安全使用性,不变质,延长使用寿命,安全环保无异味,符合国家倡导的绿色环保的理念,适合大规模推广使用。

其中,山梨醇单油酸酯为基础油,山梨醇单油酸酯的性能满足:40℃运动粘度为35mm/s2。
